    Salted egg yolk taro
    Jennifer T.

Came here to try something new. We ordered the Hunan fish and salted egg yolk taro. The Hunan fish was very customizable from what you wanted inside for veggies, noodles, etc. then you could also pick type of seasoning and spice level. We went with spicy pickles, taro, a choy, intestines, and tripe. The fried taro was amazing because it was not too salty or greasy. The service was so quick for what they serve and how busy they are. The place was really well kept and clean. It does get busy quick.

When they just opened, the quality was better. The last few times I went, the taste was not the same and the chicken wings sometimes not fresh taste. Parking is free but limited in. busy time.

Intestine dry pot, eggplant with century egg

It's been quite a while since i've been wow'd by sichuan chinese food and this spot did just that. Most of the dishes we got here were very authentic and right up my flavor alley. The eggplant with century egg was a favorite for me and my friend. It was the right mix of flavorful and garlicky. The intestine dry pot was also super delicious! Highly recommend as this was one of the best chinese food in bellevue if you like sichuan style cuisine.

    Tofu and beef

This place is always pretty crowded when we walk in. Overall, I feel the restaurant's dishes are pretty oily, but it still tastes really good! Compared to other chili fish places, I feel like this fish does not have as much meat as other places though don't quote me on that. The ingrediends in the fish are really flavorful though. Beef has good flavor, however it is quite spicy. The tofu is our FAVORITE! The tofu is like mochi tofu, however beware that it can get quite spicy, especially if you do takeout!

I would honestly come here just for the dry pot beef alone. The green beans were nicely seasoned and went very well with the dishes we ordered as well. We also had ordered the sweet glazed duck and the sweet and sour ribs. The watermelon juice was also pretty good. Being able to order on the iPad was nice, and the servers were great about keeping our waters filled as well. I look forward to coming back and trying the spicy chicken wings as I've heard lots of good things about those!

This was my first time here, and I was truly impressed! I ordered the Dry Pot Beef, it was incredibly flavorful, rich, and delicious, definitely something I would come back for. I also highly recommend ordering their green tea with lemon, so refreshing and perfectly balanced. My husband got the Beef Trio, and the portion sizes for both dishes were huge, we couldn't finish everything and ended up taking a lot home. The restaurant was clean, the service was friendly and impressively fast, and the whole dining experience felt warm and welcoming.Overall, a wonderful first visit, delicious food, generous portions, and great service. We'll definitely be back!

We made rice at home and the portions were perfect to feed four people comfortably. The pricing felt like a good value, especially for DoorDash--$14.99 for the chicken, $16.99 for the beef, and $17.99 for the prawns. Portions were generous and everything was well-seasoned and properly cooked--nothing dry or chewy. The honey walnut prawns were crispy with a nice light breading, though the walnuts were a bit underwhelming and had gone slightly soggy, likely from not being toasted enough. Pickup was smooth and right on time, the food was packaged carefully, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, everything was solid and we'd absolutely order from here again. If you're craving Chinese, skip Panda Express and give Crab Season your business instead! Equivalent if not better value, and hometown style service. We really liked it

I think we were the only customers there. We ordered a seafood boil, salt and pepper frog legs and a lunch combo of chow mein and beef. The portion of these are really good for the price. The seafood boil was plump and juicy. I did wish it was more flavorful though. The frog legs was really good though. Love how it was juicy and the texture. The chowmein had a really good wok flavor! Service is good too. Overall definitely will be back again, hopefully they get more business!

We decided to go with Combo 6 and splurged by adding king crab for an additional $90. We chose the butter garlic sauce and ordered a side of hot sauce, both of which were delicious! Despite how busy they were, the food came out relatively fast. The service was excellent. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and seemed to anticipate exactly what we needed, bringing out napkins, extra limes, and tools before we even had to ask. Everything was served quickly, which was perfect since we arrived with empty stomachs. The restaurant itself is quite spacious, and there is plenty of parking since it is located in a shared complex with other stores. Overall, this is a great spot for a seafood boil with plenty of delicious options.

It's nice that Crawfish Chef is fairly close to where I live. My party of 5 came here at 1:45pm on a Sunday. Parking was plentiful at this time in the strip mall. I was surprised at how many people were there considering it was just past lunchtime, but we were able to get seated immediately. The menu has the usual Viet-Cajun flare, where you want to eat seafood boil or items cooked from the kitchen. I noticed that there was the option to order headless shrimp for those of you who are squeamish about shrimp heada. I ordered a pound of head-on shrimp with added corn tossed in House Sauce at Medium Spicy. The shrimp had nice texture, the corn was sweet and the sauce was pretty decent. We were provided gloves which was very nice. The server was very attentive and refilled my drink when she saw it was getting low. Overall, we had a nice experience and thought this place was pretty solid. If I had one suggestion it would be to have a stock of wet naps considering that this is the type of establishment where you eat with your hands and there is no sink outside of the bathroom.

One big plus: they offer free 3-hour parking in the garage, which makes visiting downtown Bellevue so much easier. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was delicious--nice balance of sweet and savory with great texture. My personal favorite, though, was the Crunch Tower. It had amazing flavor and crunch, and I would definitely order it again. I also highly recommend the Salmon Lemon -- fresh, bright, and very satisfying. Overall, Wild Wasabi Signature is a solid spot for happy hour sushi in downtown Bellevue. We'll definitely be back!

I had a 7pm reservation, but when we arrived and I double-checked my booking on Yelp, it had somehow been changed to 10pm with no notice. There was no way we could wait three hours, so I called the restaurant to cancel. The manager answered and said this kind of issue never happens and that it was likely either a Yelp glitch or a scheduling mistake on their end. He told us to still come in, which I appreciated, and they were able to honor our original 7pm reservation. Once we were seated at the hibachi table, it was a very busy Friday night, so we ended up waiting about an hour for the chef to start. They did provide us with gyoza while we waited, which was a nice gesture. As for the food, I ordered the hibachi special, and it was good overall. I'm a sucker for some Yum Yum sauce, the meat quality was good as well. Our habachi chef can whip up a mean fried rice. The experience itself just felt a bit disorganized, which was disappointing for a special occasion. Not terrible, just not what I expected for an anniversary dinner.
