Mediocre. Ordered drunk noodles w/ chicken, what should be safe choice was flavorless and dry. Recommend skipping and trying another truck

We stopped here for lunch, and I was a bit hesitant at first. We were seated and I was told they no longer serve their cocktails, which was disappointing. They still have beers, but that's about it. We started with ordering some appetizers: we ordered their pork bun baos and their pork spring rolls. Both were decent, but okay. It made me not have any expectations for what was about to come next. Their Meekong burger is a fusion burger, yet, it was completely authentic. Their meat patty has the texture and taste of nem nuong and they use the actual pickled vegetables from a banh mi sandwich. We have their pickled lettuce and daikon, amidst the banh mi mayonnaise sauce. It was absolutely a banh mi sandwich contained into a little American burger. Again, seldomly so I praise Vietnamese restaurants since I can get authentic food at my mom's house. Yet, this burger absolutely knocked my socks off. Delicious and amazing! A must try for visitors.

I left with all my clothes absolutely reeking of the smell of frying grease - beware. "Banh mi burger" grabbed me when I saw it advertised and . . . I'm glad I tried it out. It was pretty tasty: a sausage patty on a bun with all the banh mi fixin's on it. It . . . well, it was interesting and I'm glad I tried it for the experience. Probably don't ever need to do that again. The fries that came with the "burger" were great. The spring rolls that my wife got made her happy. It's a neat place - but maybe crank that vent fan above the fryer, eh?

Personally I really love Woo Bar and their brunch menu, especially the Ube pancakes and oxtail eggs Benedict. Also recommend the Vietnamese coffee. Staff are friendly and like supporting local, minority owners. Dinner was good - the main thing is that I'd recommend having them send out the dishes as they get done so the food doesn't get cold. However it is nice to get the food all at once. Otherwise, solid food for dinner. Best dishes on dinner menu are the oxtail hummus, pork sliders and chicken sesame salad. HH everyday from 4-5 pm. Swing by for HH but definitely go for brunch.

She was able to give us her favorite items and not so favorite items which I definitely appreciate when people are really honest. We started off with the mango habanero wings as well with a beer and an old-fashioned. After finishing the first round, we decided to order both burgers, the Katsu chicken burger, and the Woo burger, as well as a blossom bourbon and another beer. All items were absolutely delicious and the place maintained really well. Besides the bathroom, the males bathroom was not very up-to-date clean. I'm still giving five stars though because of that atmosphere and how Monica treated us at the table. The food and drinks were on point and definitely made a statement. Highly recommend coming out here if you're new to Seattle or you wanna try some really good cuisine.

Ray was our server and he did a great job with his recommendations, even steering me away from something I wanted to try, warning me the dish tends to get the most complaints from guests. Additionally, we had quite a bit of food without that. We had melon salad, roasted califlower, and grilled angus sot bap. All had a good flavor palate with ingredients that worked nicely together. The space was nothing remarkable, the entrance didn't really mention Chan, but Spruce instead. Confusing, is it a rebrand or different name depending on the day or?? Look at the menu before you go and see if you consider it $$ or not, I don't have a good feel for that sort of thing as my restaurant outings are infrequent. This place is part of the "add 3% if using a CC" which kind of grinds my gears. I understand margins in restaurants can be tight etc, but to see that on your tablet in smaller print is a bit lame IMO.

I will say the photographer created a bit of an uncomfortable experience as she came off a bit pushy and did not explain what the photos were for. She ended up coming back and wanting us to pose differently and retake them. We politely told her we weren't interested and she proceeded to come by and show us a printed photo of ours to sell. When we said no thanks, she continued to press and tell us to just take a photo of the photo with our phone lol. Besides the photographer, the food was pretty good. I ordered a khao soi, and it was my first time trying the dish. I am not sure I would come back, but it was a nice dining experience besides the photographer and the food was good.

In fact, the interior is so unique that you wouldn't immediately guess it's an Asian restaurant. The staff were friendly, though service was a bit inattentive; I found myself waiting longer than expected for basic things. Interestingly, when I ordered noodles and asked for chopsticks, they told me they didn't have any. It was quite a surprise to find an Asian restaurant serving noodles without chopsticks. As for the food, it was fine, but nothing memorable for the price. I've had better Asian food elsewhere in Seattle for less. If you're after a stylish, brunch-aesthetic spot to try Asian-inspired dishes, Di Fiora fits the bill. But if you're going purely for the flavors, you may leave underwhelmed.
