Following my need to try places in my neighborhood, and have yet to have any Teriyaki since moving to PNW which is a staple I decided it was time. I got a Teriyaki bowl to go and some egg rolls. The teriyaki was decent nicely sliced and sauced. Ratio of chicken to rice was about as expected. The egg rolls could've been better, they pretty hard and not all the filled with contents, so I'd skip those next time in favor of a different appetizer. I appreciate the service, the young man who usually at front taking orders is always pleasant and spoke with regulars who seem to frequent here. I understand a dollar or two increase before you get your website updated, but not double. Food was okay, not outstanding and after the fact I am left feeling utterly taken advantage of. Ordered Togo no one was seated inside, no other orders should have been a red flag.... Large restaurant and plenty of seating. Cashier was not friendly and honestly she had a rude attitude. Main concern was I did not finish my food as I found a big plastic piece of who knows what in the food and very greasy. Knew driving back or calling would be a waste as how I was treated inside wasn't pleasant so I took the L and at least I didn't choke on the plastic piece...disappointing and not appetizing, go anywhere else. Got the spicy chicken yakisoba, and it was such a tasty meal! The chicken was cooked well and had a delicious sweet teriyaki taste. The dish was quite spicy, and they didn't hold back on the sriracha, which I personally loved but would caution for those who are spice sensitive. so me and my grandma came here for dinner today, I have a slight complaint. Your online menu doesn't have the same prices as in person. My grandpa got the ribs and chicken combo, but online it said it was 14$ but in person it costed 21$!!! That's extremely expensive for the little food they gave us. Me and my grandma also got some of the bubble tea which was okay, but the inside of the bubbles weren't fully cooked which made me feel gross. The chicken teriyaki was decent as well. I am glad they provide extra sauce for you to drizzle the chicken with if needed. Overall, I thought this was a pretty decent meal. I sadly regret coming here because it was convenient as I was running errands in the area. They gave no teriyaki sauce on the side. I ordered Teriyaki with Tempura, OMG the shrimp was so rubbery the elderly who ordered this item could not even chew any of it, it appeared at least 2-3 days old. Okay I don't usually leave one star reviews, but my last visit to this place has turned me away for good. I've eaten here before and have been happy with the service and the teriyaki is decent. I went there a couple days ago, placed my order, got my food and sat down. And discovered that there were tiny flys all over the place, in my food, and feeding on the sauce containers that are out in the open (see my pics for the disgusting details). I lost my appetite and left. Simple housekeeping such as wiping the condiment bottles down and securing them after customers eat would probably eliminate this disgusting problem.
