While the app can still see improvement with the way it works, the mobile orders have been processing much more smoothly than in past, and the baristas and managers always give me good morning vibes to kickstart my day. What better way to start your grueling workday mornings than a good cup of coffee and a boost of friendly energy? A quick shout out to the managers of the establishment as well - stellar customer service and always greeting customers like we've always been friends. So glad to finally have a better buzz closer to me!! Would always go anytime I was in SD. Hadn't gotten a chance to check out San Clemente yet but when I heard there was one in Costa Mesa I knew I had to check it out. Definitely worth visiting if you haven't been. Their drinks are incredible! You really cannot go wrong with anything you order. I did not got a breakfast sandwich this last time I went but I always love when coffee shops have a food item as well. I really do like their drinks offered; the pastry was ehh and wasn't warmed properly. I think this place could be better by just moving the menu or putting menus in the line area because you can't see the menu until you get to the cashier to order. Then you have to rush and pick what you want because there's a line. Last time I went the person that was in front of me (maybe 3rd) was getting impatient because it was taking a very long time for people to order (due to having to browse on what to order) and he ended up leaving the line. read more

Stopped by this morning to try their pumpkin chai and yum!! Started off my pumpkin season right! Got my husband his usual cold brew and we tried their chili crunch wrap and apple pop tart. They were on the busier end when I visited , however the team seemed to get it all done at a realistic time . Hi, I try not to leave a lot of negative reviews, but unfortunately, our first experience here was disappointing. My dad and I were very excited to try this place, especially since we always visited the Starbucks that used to be here. First, the servers weren't very friendly, which started things off on the wrong note. I ordered the candy cane drink and asked for it with oat milk, but the girl told me it didn't have milk in it. It definitely ended up having a lot of creamer. I'm not super sensitive to lactose, so it wasn't a huge issue, but it would've been nice to get a proper heads-up. I could have taken more time to look at the menu, but I got excited when I saw something candy cane. Unfortunately, my dad's experience was worse. All he ordered was a simple cup of coffee with cream and sugar. The server put stevia in it instead, and when he pointed it out, they argued that it was sugar. He had to wait in line again to get it replaced, which was frustrating. We encourage you to better train your employees on customer service and product details. Unfortunately, we're hesitant to come back after this. Luckily, there's another great spot across the street called Caffeine Club. We hope you can make improvements for future customers! read more

I was definitely not disappointed, I ordered the Lavender Iced Latte (Dirty) and my boyfriend got one of the blue raspberry energy drink except replaced with lemonade!
