OKAY LISTEN. I had one of the BEST customer service experiences ever at this Better Buzz location. My sister and I had never been to a Better Buzz before, and my sister went to this cafe while waiting for me to get off work. My sister ordered an iced chai tea latte and after a sip, realized she didn't ask if it was made with non-dairy syrups or with a milk based powder. She's been a vegan for years but was too shy to ask after ordering the drink since she didn't want to bother the baristas. Once I picked her up I realized she barely had a sip of the drink, I asked if she didn't like it. She said it tasted great, but she forgot to ask they used a non dairy syrup or milk-based powder. I told her I would ask, and buy her a new drink if it had milk based powder. I asked the baristas about the ingredients and mentioned that we're only asking because shes a vegan and can't have milk based products. The barista was SO KIND and empathetic towards our predicament and double checked the ingredient list with the other barista. They confirmed that the chai latte was made with a milk based powder, and immediately offered to make us a new drink and even gave us some delicious recommendations. I was truly blown away by how accommodating and understanding they were!!! When we go to cafes/restaurants, staff members can often be a bit annoyed while handling our dietary preferences since it can be hard to make adjustments (and it's not like we have a serious allergy to the ingredients). However, Amy and Natalie went above & beyond to make sure that we were able to receive a delicious dairy-free and vegan beverage, and didn't make us feel like a burden to accommodate. I am truly appreciative and grateful to the lovely baristas who made our day!!! We will be returning to Better Buzz because of the customer service and delicious drink (I ended up having one of the BEST almond milk matcha latte's of my life) provided by Amy and Natalie!! read more

I am happy a coffee shop opened up again. We need one. However prepare yourself for bright and loud with rarely limited seating. The prior coffee shop had many more seating options for gathering with friends or self. Between 4:30-10 a.m. I find the ambiance painful. It is loud and bright. No gentle wake up. However, I don't mind the noise in the afternoon. It's usually what I need to get through the evening. The coffee has been hit and miss.
