Courtney, Kristen, and Jackie reassured us, took our orders, and just went above and beyond. The service was just amazing and this is my first time at this restaurant. This restaurant needs air conditioning!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! it's way too hot for the customers and the workers here. Summer in Socal is genuinely insane and it would be so much more comfortable. The beans were perfectly roasted, delivering a wonderful depth and richness to both drinks. Each cup was smooth, flavorful and thoroughlly enjoyable. We also tried the gluten free pecan cake. I loved that it wasn't overly sweet which allowed the flavorrs to come through naturally. The cake itself was slightly plain, but the generous pecan/toffee topping added the richness and texture it needed and made each bite much more satisfying. I could easily sit here for hours, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the thoughtfully designed space. It's the kind of coffee shop where you want to slow down, linger and simply enjoy the moment.

They've got plenty of "fun" drinks, which is what they're known for, to me. I often come by for a banana-based drink, whether it be matcha or coffee. I enjoy how they don't take themselves so seriously for a 3rd wave specialty spot. It's easier to get in and get out without having to feel like you're making a decision that you'll be getting judged for, you know? I also had the Snickerdoodle coffee, but it was way too sweet for my taste (though you can ask them to adjust the sweetness). One area that could use improvement is the layout or service flow. They have a menu at the entrance, but I was asked to order while still in line, and I couldn't see the menu anymore, which caught me off guard. I ended up ordering the only items I could remember. It would be helpful if they had printed menus that customers could hold while waiting in line, especially when it's busy. The space could also benefit from a few more outdoor tables and maybe a speaker system. The waiting area felt a bit cramped, especially on the weekend when there were about 10 people waiting for their orders. I recently visited this new coffee shop and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The Americano coffee I ordered was subpar, and there were no napkins available at the counter where you get sugars and other condiments. The staff member I interacted with was neither knowledgeable nor particularly friendly. When I asked for napkins, they didn't seem to have any around. Additionally, I noticed there was no honey available, which was surprising given that the shop's theme revolves around honeycomb and bees. I expected honey to be offered as a natural sweetener option. I've been to Better Buzz multiple times, but this visit was honestly the worst and completely changed my opinion. I ordered a hot coffee, and they couldn't even make it hot. They didn't communicate anything to me, didn't explain why, and just handed me a lukewarm drink like it was no big deal. On top of that, the worker had an attitude the entire time, which made the whole experience feel disrespectful. The service was unprofessional, and the way I was treated made me not even want to step foot back in the store. I was so frustrated that I considered asking for a refund and that's how bad it was. Typically i will go to Starbucks or Kean coffee in Tustin. Lately, I've been going to Better Buzz in Costa Mesa and in Santa Ana because the coffee is so much better from start to finish. From the ambiance of walking into a cool, clean store, greeted by cheerful baristas and staff, to the attentive employee carefully taking my order. I recently visited Better Buzz with two of my girlfriends, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed indifferent. The guy who took my friend's order was super rude and when she started ordering, he interrupted her and sarcastically said, "Uh can I get a name first". The coffee was alright. I've had better made coffee at other Better Buzz locations in Carlsbad and San Diego. I went with my usual Bananarama, and my sister got some other delicious concoction that was absolutely fantastic. Everything was, as always, SO GOOD. What I love most about Microdose is the consistency. Every single time, they deliver. And I have to give credit where credit is due: Microdose was the first coffee spot where I ever had banana coffee, and they do it RIGHT. There's something about that banana coffee that just hits differently, and after being away in New York for over a year, I was seriously counting down until I could have it again. If cars are regularly scraping their wheels coming through, that's a problem that needs to be fixed. What bothered me even more was seeing employees working outside in the rain while management and ownership seemed nowhere to be found. A coffee run shouldn't come with damage to your car.

The staff has been beyond helpful and they seem very eager to get to know everyone in the community, I find that missing from a lot of places. I have definitely appreciated the different types of coffee. I have been able to try there and I look forward to getting freshly roasted beans from them as my new go to roaster! Another point about the community, they seem to do a lot with the local community, which is very welcoming and has such an inclusive atmosphere. There is plenty of parking and it is family friendly. Check this place out if you haven't already, they are definitely worth the drive and be sure to try their seasonal rotations. They are absolutely delicious!

Endless Quest Roasters…read more The coffee on the first visit was perfect. I had a flat white. The coffee flavor was fruity not bitter nor acidic. The milk was wonderfully steamed and smooth. Together these 2 components were delicious. On my way out I tried the cold brew. Normally I don't drink black coffee, But the flavors were smooth, complex and unlike many coffee shops around. And I really enjoyed it. The quality here is refreshing. I was so happy with my first visit, I keep coming back. Looking forward to the next cup.

So I was a bit annoyed that our order was forgotten or wasn't prioritized. Is it because I didn't tip for a quick Americano I'm quite confused on what happened? I then decided to talk to the woman at the counter and she apologized for the wait. Our drink came by quickly and the young man came by to our table to give us our drink to apologize. The young man who took our order should really track orders accordingly.

This is made from real mung bean, pandan leaves, and green tea. I understand this is a dessert drink, but even specifying less sweet, it come out very sweet for my tastes. I literally had to throw away the drink. Ordering was simple enough, using their touchscreen kiosk. The inside had a good amount of space and they're located inside a strip mall where there is plenty of parking. I just wish they would bring down their sweetness levels. Could be a one time occurrence, but I doubt I will be back here anytime soon.
