Lazy and uncaring technicians. Took my older truck here on a Saturday and ended up waiting 3 hours for a $200 alignment. My truck still pulled right after the alignment. Took it back and waited 2 hours only to find out they tore off my steering rack boots with no reconciliation, not even a sorry. This is now Larry H Miller Quicklane. Had minor issues the first time I went there, took them weeks to fix it. Gave them a second chance and they created more issues on top of making the same mistake they made the first time. It was literal hell trying to get them to fix it, there's still issues with the truck but at this point getting them to fix their mistakes will likely cause more issues. Customer service alone would get 2 stars, but the 1 star is meant as a warning to anyone who actually cares about their vehicle, don't risk it. read more

Why in the world is this place called "Quick Lane"! Oil change takes over 2 hours even when I had an appointment!! I will never return.

I rate this with 0 stars... I scheduled a service appointment for 7am on May 10th. I arrived at 6:50 and waited for the doors to open. I checked in and gave my keys to the service advisor, and walked next door to have breakfast as he told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half for the service. Not a problem. I came back at 7:50 and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot, it had not even been pulled into the bay. Why in the world would I have a 7am appointment and 50 minutes into the appointment my vehicle still has not been put on the rack. I then asked for my keys back and proceeded to leave. At no point did the service advisor give me an update, tell me that I was next, or offer to reschedule my appointment. I will NO LONGER be doing business with Larry H Miller in any capacity. This was not the first time I have had a terrible experience with the company, but it was the last and final straw. Please, do better. read more

If you schedule an appointment for an oil change, plan for your vehicle to sit for an hour or longer before they pull it in. It is the slowest oil change I've gotten from any quick lane in the valley. 2 stars because the service eventually gets done, just not in a timely manner read more

I bring my car here every time for service versus going to the dealer. In my experience there is usually less of a wait here and there is not a dealership lot here so you don't have to worry about being sold a new car while you're waiting. The mall is also nearby so I will drop my car off and walk across the parking lot to grab lunch, shop, or just walk around and look at stuff. It's a great way to waste time while your vehicle is being serviced. I call ahead every time and ask what the wait is. Usually, I'll go when they say about an hour to an hour an a half wait. I don't think it takes that long even because I'm distracted by the mall. If you choose to stay there they have a lobby with some standard comfortable seating, TV's, and a little area for water and coffee. read more

Miller, and I do not recommend using this place, my daughter took her 2017 Ford Escape in for an oil change and tire rotation, first they told her she should have her fuel injectors cleaned for $169 and she said not now, just the oil change and tire rotation, then they told her she has to replace all her lug nuts because they were bad, just $60 to replace them, it's funny that they were fine only about three months ago when they rotated the tires at the same shop, all of a sudden they were all bad. REALLY! They used scare tactics to make a sale to an unsuspecting young lady, I doubt she's not the only one they have made unnecessary repair suggestions too, and they didn't send home the supposedly bad ones with her. I was weary to use LHM, And now I know I should have went with my gut feeling. I will never use LHM for service or to purchase a new car. I knew I could trust Berge ford, it's too bad they had to sell to someone like LHM, whose only concern is making a buck and not lifelong customers. read more

Stopped in a few days ago to buy an interior light bulb. Straight off told the gal the #, she said "yes, we have it"...walked from behind the counter to the other counter (maybe service desk) to let a guy know what she was looking for ( I presume) came back to me, asking if I had the old bulb out? I said I couldn't get it out yet, but per the owners manual that was the bulb # I needed. She said I should come back once I have the bulb out "make sure it's the right bulb". Um...WHAT, WHY? I told you what I wanted, why can't you just sell me the bulb?!! I left. Frustrated and confused. I don't understand why you would send someone away?....Does my bulb cost hundreds of $s and is "special order"? I don't get it, but I guess I will try my luck at the dealer. Won't be back to a merchant that doesn't want my business. read more

Tired of dealership B.S. I decided on a whim to take my PT here for a oil change. I was greeted by Marti. I wanted The Works. I was told no problem. Took my info and I was set. They had hot coffee and the news on. I was called up that the work was complete. 39.99 plus tax and I was in and out in no time. I had such a great experience I took my truck the following week! I have used this place for all my vehicles since 2005. They are honest, friendly and do good work. They always show me what is going on with my vehicles explaining what is important and what can wait. They will beat anyone's prices on tires, brakes or service. No need to worry going here. This place is horrible. Hands down one of the worst experiences i've ever had with a shop. Lets start off with the horrible customer service, a man named Derrick was the one that was taking care of me through this whole process. let me just say, he is the most disrespectful person i have ever met. I brought my car in to them and specifically told him this car is my baby please take care of it and just let me know whats going on. I had to call everyday to get a update on the car, and when i called Derrick came off as i was bugging him so that really made me irritated. Then he calls and says my car is ready to be picked up. I leave work early and head down there, when i walk into the store i tell him that I'm there to pick up my car and the only thing he says is, "It'll be x.xx". That is the only thing he said, so i paid for it and he gives me the keys and i walk out. I get in my car and when i start it this loud obnoxious squeal comes from under the hood. I got there at 4:55 and by the time i got out to my car its was 5:02. So i sat there in disbelief, I look into the store and Derrick and another person and just walking around ignoring the fact i am out front with my hood opened and the car is making a horrible noise. Finally the mechanic that worked on my car comes out and tells me that my belt hardened while it was sitting on the table and that i need to get a new one for the noise to go away. So now i am being told i have to replace something that didn't have a problem before i brought it in. I leave the car there, send in a complaint and order a new belt. Bring the new belt in they put it on and i leave very very pissed off. The store manager calls me the next morning and i tell him everything that happened. (There is a lot more to the story but I'm getting very angry writing this so i will leave you with that story). I tell the manager about everything that happened and he says i will talk to him, get his side of the story and get back with you. Here we are over a week later and no response from anyone. The cherry on top? the new belt i just bought a week ago, shredded on me last night while i was driving and messed up the hood guard under the hood and messed up the paint. Needless to say, please save yourself the headache and go to someone who actually cares about their customers. read more
