    General tso tofu

We tried a bunch of stuff as take out of this new spot in our neighborhood. Everything was good! Some things were better than others, we liked the general tso tofu bento box best. Noodles weren't bad, but the veggies were a little overdone. Spring rolls were ok, nothing special. Would try something else next time.

My go to Sushi spot! Fresh and delicious every time! You won't be disappointed. Check it out!

Well prepared everyday Asian food. Only tried Chinese dishes, no Japanese, which they also offer.

We chose the BBQ, and we truly enjoyed everything we ordered. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff genuinely seemed happy in their work, which made the experience even more pleasant for us. The positive energy of the space, the ambiance, and the cheerful people around us made our time at the table even more enjoyable. Mosu has become the first place that comes to mind when I want to give a special guest a great evening, and it's a spot I would confidently recommend. Congratulations to the team on a fantastic job.

That server went out of her way to make the experience meaningful. The food is also alright. I liked everything I ordered as far as taste, no real complaints there. I just wish that the food that was supposed to be hot was served hot and some of the meat was really fatty and sinewy. I loved that I got to order endless green tea and they had mini crème brûlée for dessert which I thought was a total win! They are super tiny so if you order the maximum of two that you are allowed then it is almost the size of one anywhere else. If you are a big eater then I think this is a really good deal for the price. If you're not then you could feel it's a bit pricey. Overall I would recommend trying it!

They were hesitant about what to order. Cooking the protein often took too long and was tricky for the teens. The teens did not enjoy the dining experience. I did not as well since I saw how little they ate. And the meals were expensive based on our experience. It is a lovely restaurant, but it is not a good fit for my family at this time.

Inside it is vibrant, with a staff that is warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Ordering was easy. You can choose hot pot, bbq, or both! Each table has an iPad so you can order refills of all the delicious meats, seafood, and vegetables. There is a huge variety of items to choose from. The beauty of it is that you can try a little bit of everything. For the hot pot there are an unheard of 5 different broths available. I went with the original, my husband, had the chicken, my eldest the medium spicy, and my youngest had the miso. All were flavorful and delicious. There is also a sauce bar for you to either conjure up your own or use one of their handy guides. If you leave hungry, then you definitely did something wrong!

What really got me was the guy in behind of the counter was wiping his hand on his nose.. Nothing crazy then.. He does it again And again.. he gos to the back so I then go to the bath room From there after coming back He was in the back to frying my food. I mentioned to him everything and asked if he washed his hands In stead of him telling me yes he's like it's fine and we do it like this... After a back and forth I just got my money and left. Idk what to really say cause I know this is someone's business (Not the guys behind the counter cuz I asked him) so I don't want to just bash these people I think that shit is just wild

And since this…read moreplace was just down the street and had recently opened, it seemed like a good opportunity to try them out. We had a coupon in a book that was mailed to us, otherwise I never would have known this place existed. It took over a failed Subway restaurant (which was right around the corner from Mr. Subb), and I was surprised an Asian takeout place moved in because right around the corner (next to the Mr. Subb) was another Chinese take out place. Sure, this place has dine-in options. And it claims to be Asian Fusion. Anyway, we both ordered the same dish: General Tsos chicken. I had brown rice, and my wife had fried rice. The softspoken guy who answered the phone was friendly and told us our order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. For a Sunday night, they must have been slow. I got there with time to spare and watched him cook our food. The dining room is cute, though I would guess the fixtures were used as some were already torn and worn down. The chef's bar had nice blue lighting and features, and there was some fish out in the cooler wrapped up in plastic. I don't eat sushi so I cannot comment on whether this is the way sushi bars are, but it seemed interesting. Our food was served in Japanese style take-out containers. There were five individual compartments filled with the chicken/broccoli, the rice, the spring roll (or egg roll, depending on interpretation), some duck sauce, and packets of soy sauce. It traveled a lot better than those white cardboard boxes or round plastic containers. However, as my wife noted, they cost more too. I saved my containers to use for other projects. The food was step above regular takeout fare. I can't say if the recipes were better, if it were fresher, or if the travel containers helped it fare better. There was less sauce on it, which likely helped. Both rice types used Japanese short grain, which was fine by me but not what you normally get with Chinese takeout. Also, it wasn't spicy at all. And the portions were smaller than most, yet the prices were much higher than most. Two combo meals were $34.00 before tip. I know of places to go for really cheap, bad Chinese food (buffets), and places to go for really expensive, high-quality Chinese food. As for take-out, though, the lines blur a bit. I want to like this place, but I love the restaurant around the corner. I don't see how both can succeed. Since it is primarily a sushi restaurant, perhaps that is the niche they should focus on.

My friend has been a friend of Samurai's owner Jerry for years and I have enjoyed so many meals here. Tonight Joel brought a tin of caviar and we told Jerry to give us his best, and damn sure he did. The evening was flowing of sake, caviar bumps and delicious bites. The first bite of the tempura nori, uni and caviar sent me out of the galaxy. All our eyes rolled back in unison when we tasted that delightful bite and we knew it was just the beginning. The A5 Wagyu tartar was so good I nearly had a tear fall from my face. My taste buds were on a roller coaster with the luxurious fat and umami flavors dancing on my tongue. The fried yellow tail and young yellowtail collars were so rich and unctuous. We didn't even know what to do when the sushi boat arrived. Some pieces were adorned with the caviar, prized toro and Wagyu nigiri. The rolls were indulgent. All served with FRESH grated wasabi, which is how you know you got it good, no dry horseradish paste to be found for this meal. None of this is on the menu, but it you ask, Jerry will treat you to a fine dining omakase experience. I highly recommend checking out all they have to offer at Samurai! Keep your eyes peeled because I think specialty omakase experiences are coming soon!
