I had HEART ATTACK in 2020 Bentley Continental. Now I've got your attention, let me tell you a brief story. I was invited to test drive new 2020 Bentley Continental last year from Rusnak and "Clint" was assigned to show it to me. Now, since I ever saw the YouTube video about it, I was in love (not with Clint, the car.) So imagine how much I was excited to go for that test drive. But at the time, I was under lots of stress with my company's lawsuit and my heart was giving me warnings which I kindly ignored. As Clint was showing me interiors, I got a heart attack and it start beating 200 beats per minute. I guess I was too excited. Doctors call me X-Man for being still alive through that heart attack. Clint promptly took action and called 911 right away. So in a nutshell, a car dealer saved client's life. How often does that happen? Couple of days later, he was even kind enough to text me how I was doing and telling me "car is just a car, the important things is that you get better." It tells what kind of character he has. This guy used work helping autistic children, so imagine how nice person he is. At that time, I couldn't afford the Bentley but I promised myself that when I can afford it, I'll come back and buy it from Clint (my savior Jesus). After almost one year and much better health wise, I finally bought brand new 2020 Bentley Continental last Saturday from Clint. Man... how can I tell you... This is more of a piece of art than a car. Craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. Attention to detail is amazing! Handling is so good, it feels as if yourself and car become one. There are so many safety and convenience features that I feel the car cares about me more than I care about myself. Interface is so intuitive I learned how to operate the whole system in just one hour without a manual. And most of all, I've got a extremely good deal from the most kind car salesman I've met in my life. So trust me and just see him first before contacting other dealers. On top of getting good deal, you'll have most pleasant purchasing experience ever. Feels like you're buying a car from your buddy. Rusnak has most Bentley inventory anyways. So trust me and look for Clint (AKA Jesus, he'll baptize me this Christmas.) If he doesn't give you a good deal, contact me and we'll put him on a cross. Don't worry, he'll resurrect in 3 days and probably eating sushi somewhere. And if Clint does sales pitch that "someone got heart attack because this car is so good," this Yelp review is the proof. Finally, a message to general manager at Rusnak. Why the hell are you not giving him a raise? He saved life of a customer for god's sake!

If you are in the market for a luxury vehicle of the caliber of Bentley and Maserati, then the vehicles speak for themselves. This review is more about the level of service I have experienced with a sales associate Clinton. Clint is different from any vehicle salesperson I have encountered. I have bought numerous cars over the years and always been on guard with the salespersons. Clint has a personality that immediately puts you at ease. He is relatable and not at all pretentious, even in a luxury car dealership. Clint's anecdotes and vehicle knowledge relaxed me and I realized this is someone I could trust. Discussing the vehicle I was looking for and getting my questions answered, was like speaking with an old friend. He seems to genuinely care about your needs and asked unique question that reflect that. Clint takes pride in the dealership, the business, and the way he conducts himself. I have passed his name on to my friends in the market for Bentley's and recommend him for your car buying needs. Thanks for your hard work getting me what I needed Clinton and keep up the good work.

Shuttle drivers were nice too.

They went above and beyond to make sure the car was secured for us, and that doesn't happen often, especially with something rare that has multiple buyers lined up. The car ended up being even better than we expected, and my wife loves driving it when she's in La Quinta. That's what matters at the end of the day. Appreciate Adrian and the sales manager for handling everything the right way and making it happen when it counted. That's how you build trust and long term customers.

Services: I waited for 2 weeks for a loaner car to be available, so I can get my car fixed while my car was not drivable at one point. My service advisor promised me that my car will be washed and charged when I pick it up. The car was fixed for sure, but it was not washed or charged. I did not get the services that I was promised. Returning my loaner car: when I pulled up to the drop off my loaner car, I was not greet by "good morning/ good afternoon." Instead, I was greeted by "have you filled up the gas tank?" I was not happy with the greeting, so I said, "yes, I even pull more, do I get a refund?" The guy said coldly, "you have to ask them (pointing at the advisors)." They then walked away. He was pretty rude. I am unsure if he was being treated by rude customers, but I was not rude to him and hoping that he can be a bit more polite. Returning the lease: I parked my car at the parking lot, and walked inside the show room. I told a staff that I was returning my lease, and this staff was friendly that he asked me to wait. However, there was an older gentleman sitting at the second desk yelling out loud to the staff who was helping me, "check the charging cable to see if that's missing!" I told the gentleman, "the cable was untouched for 2 years, and brand new. Do I get a paid back for keeping things new?" He said no and walked away. I have 1 star for the staff who help with my lease return. This might be a good choice that I am not getting another car from them because of the poor services. They gave me a sense that they were trying to pick on customers and charge for extra if possible. It was an absolute unpleasant experience. I hope management can address these concerns to keep loyal customers happy.

Life would be amazing! Jimmy and Joe were super helpful. From being very accommodating and flexible on my time, highly transparent in the paperwork and loan details, and also super knowledgable on more than just selling cars. They truly go above and beyond and I appreciate that. Because I had 0 stress in working with them. The only stress I had was making the decision to just feel deserving of a new car. I want to give a special shoutout to Jesus, he pays attention and actually listens to me as a customer. He listens to understand, not "just to respond". Jesus does not come off as "salesy", he was genuine. I complained about the two stickers (one on window and one on back of car) and expressed concerns about having it taken of and leaving scratches or sticker stains. Done. When I came back to the shop and asked about it he always said, "oh I already took care of it for you. Jesus displayed patience and care. And I also have to mention Lior, the manager, who made sure the entire transaction was smooth and truly went the extra mile to deliver top-notch service especially with the financing part and the Key.
