Glendale INFINITY is shockingly dishonest and will try to rip you off. I brought in my 2014 Infiniti Q50 (69k miles) because it wouldn't accelerate past 50 mph. The next day they sent me an estimate for $10,500 plus a 3% credit card fee. The "critical" items alone totaled $6,000 -- including a $4,500 transmission control valve, $1,000 rear brakes and pads, and a $500 battery supposedly leaking acid. The rest was padded with $4,500 worth of basic maintenance highlighted in yellow. Right after sending this outrageous estimate, Daniel from sales called to say he "understood it was steep," then offered me $500 for my car if I didn't want to fix it. That was the first sign something was seriously wrong. I immediately went to pick up my car. When I walked in, Daniel looked stunned that I showed up unannounced. He then tried to convince me to leave the car for "a couple more days" because he had "contacted corporate" and they were "looking into footing the bill." He kept pushing me to leave the car, which felt extremely suspicious and manipulative. I took my car to a reputable local shop for a second opinion -- and the truth was unbelievable: - The only critical item was the transmission control valve, quoted at $3,100 (no credit card fee). - My rear brakes were at 5mm and did NOT need pads. - No battery acid leak. - None of the $4,500 in "recommended" items were necessary. Infiniti of Glendale tried to charge me thousands for repairs I did not need, then tried to pressure me into leaving my car with them after offering me $500 for it. We purchased a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250. I felt like I got ok deal after negotiation and getting hidden fees removed. Be careful with hidden fees like a $995 ceramic coating charge. The service was never done but yet they try and put it in the deal. I brought up a screen defect that I noticed on the car and they played it off as it was not as you can see in the pictures below. It definitely was. They also sent me on my way after a $25,000 purchase with less a quarter of a tank. Definitely didn't feel like the dealership went above and beyond. Vehicle returned with damaged rims after service appointment. Dealer refuses to pay for damages. I've been a customer of Glendale Infiniti for over a decade. I've purchased genuine dealership parts for every Infiniti I've owned and have taken my current car to Glendale Infiniti for every service and repair needed. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at Infiniti, but I would not recommend Glendale Infiniti after my vehicle was damaged while it was being serviced! Please DO NOT visit this location, the service department is sloppy and will damage your vehicle. I took my car in for a brake job, an alignment and 4 new tires. I came out with with my rims completely destroyed. My vehicle was not ready until 2 hrs after their service center closed, I was then asked to pay before taking delivery of my vehicle. I paid nearly $1500 to have my rims ruined. When I noticed the damage, they had closed for the weekend and were unavailable. I left several voicemails and was ignored for days. I finally visited the dealership in person, days later, to discuss the vehicle damage with the service center manager and request repairs. I asked to review the pictures of my vehicle that their employee took during his inspection of my vehicle before my service appointment. Upon review of the pictures there was clearly no rim damage when I dropped my vehicle off for service. The issue should have ended there, my vehicle was dropped off with no damage and picked up with damaged rims. However, the service manager and service employees continued to give me the run around and claimed that the pictures taken on a new model ipad were "not clear enough" to show damage on rims. We are talking about a modern day digital photo with zoom options. I asked to speak to the general manager, he then claimed that it was statistically impossible for one of his technicians to make a mistake. I asked him to review the photos with me as they were clearly dated and time stamped prior to my service appointment and taken on their iPad; he refused to review the photos in my presence and claimed they were too grainy. The photos are perfectly clear enough to distinguish between a damaged and an undamaged rim. I asked for their liability insurance carrier information to file a claim for the cost of the repair to my rims and I was denied. The GM claimed that I did not purchase my vehicle from his dealership anyway so there was nothing else he could do. Now I'm stuck with a set of 4 damaged ruins when all I went in for was new tires and brakes. Before and after pictures below. After purchasing a pre-owned Infiniti at Glendale, I received 5 toll violations from Metro express lanes with the old license plate linked to my name on the bill of sale. I left with temporary paper plates but the toll violations showed the original missing plates. Infiniti Glendale dealership removed the plates but has no idea where the plates were. When I called, I spoke with Eloy from finance and Mansoor the sales manager. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes, they both tried to accuse me of being in violation of the tolls! At one point, Mansoor even raised his voice to me. No apologies from any manager and now they finally filed a police report for stolen plates. In the meantime, I am still receiving notices from the toll roads. Poor customer service. If you purchase a car here, please make sure you ask them about the original plates. read more

Called regular car glass replacement company they did a quality replacement for $250. Asked to talk to the manager, to see if there are some possible discounts. One very rude and unpleasant women came and identified herself as the service center manager. She didn't even tried to help. Infiniti corporate, if you are reading this, I suggest you to investigate and replace your Glendale Infiniti service center management. Otherwise you are going to lose lot of customers. However, I will say the opposite about mechanics when I talk to them, they go above and beyond to help. Its just the culture and management is so toxic that these people can't help.
