    I want to thank the entire Infiniti Glendale team for their amazing service! Before coming here, we visited several dealerships along Brand Boulevard, but we ended up buying our QX60 at Infiniti -- mainly because of the incredible attitude and professionalism of their staff. Everyone at Infiniti Glendale is so kind, patient, and truly professional -- it's hard to describe how great the experience was. They really know how to do business and how to find the best deal for you. Huge thanks to Yuvraj and the whole team -- you made our car-buying experience absolutely wonderful!

    After contacting three dealerships for a BMW, in LBC, Buena Park, and here in Glendale, this was the only dealership that responded to the inquiry. From the start, Yuvi was incredibly welcoming, honest, and easy to communicate with. He made sure the dealership was easy to find, walking out to meet us, find us safe parking, and was patient during the test drive and financing. The experience felt effortless, never rushed, and refreshingly sincere, rare to find in today's car-buying experience. He even helped us set up Apple Car Play, schedule plate mounting, and take photos of the new vehicle to celebrate. A process that usually takes 6-8 hours was less than 3 hours in-and-out the door with Yuvi. Make to ask for him, he's an asset and the star of Infiniti Glendale.

    Hands down guys!!! Glendale Infiniti truly goes over and beyond the call of duty. I must say that they make me feel part of the Glendale Infiniti family. Ever since I got my gorgeous Q60, the team makes sure that I am always happy with all of their services. I have to thank Chris Levine for the introduction to my "Casper" - Chris surprised me with a beautiful gift, he got the license plate cover that stated "El Casper " WHO DOES THAT!! I am trully impressed with the team. Now, let's talk about Frank, Frank manages the service department.     Very excited and happy with my new BMW purchase from Glendale infiniti. Special shoutout to my agent VICTORIA! Victoria was amazing from the first call . She was polite , knowledgeable, and professional. Throughout my entire experience, I never felt like she was "selling me a car" which I loved.     They sold me a car with broken sensors and car speakers that pop when the vehicle is turned on. These people are sketchy.

He saw the discrepancy and went and spoke with supervisor instead of giving me the price that was displayed , the woman said there's all kinds of discrepancies with prices throughout the store and therefore , she could not give me the price display. As a customer , I felt jaded and appreciated and not value as a loyal customer. I only write reviews.When is a total injustice or behavior that is not conducive to customer service. I felt Dismissed when I brought it to her attention.That why would I not get the display price. Her response was as stated above , that is throughout the store. Hand it meMy change and didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience.Have a great day at the least. Someone needs to work on your interpersonal communication and understand display price is price to be sold unless indicated beforehand. When I came out the store , another customer saw what was happening and believed just as I did and told me that it was wrong in that I should insist on going back to get the price that was displayed. Unlock my lunch hour from the hospital and I just can't imagine me doing this to a patient. Telling them one thing , and then saying , oh , sam , things wrong with the hospitals system. Especially during these economic times in our country, not to value the customer will not get many sales. Especially with an attitude that was very condescending.

I didn't want to risk shorting out the lights or anything else so decided to look for headlight replacement. I had no idea that they were so expensive. I shopped around for used ones. I went to a guy who was selling them for 1/2 of what Factory Express was selling them for. But after seeing them in person, did not have a good feeling about the seller or the headlights. So decided that I'll bite the bullet and buy from Factory Express since the guy over the phone sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Upon arrival, the person I spoke with turns out to be the owner Edwin. One look at his shop and I knew that this guy knows what he's doing. He asked if I was looking for just one or a set. I told him that I wanted a set because I wanted them to match since the other one is pretty dull. He said he can buff out the other one to match the replacement. After taking a look at the wiring, he said he can save the headlight. Edwin is honest and I would recommend him to anyone looking for parts. He's passionate about cars and knows his stuff. He'll try to save you money where he can. I definitely would recommend him!
