    I had an amazing experience working with Ken for the second time on getting my new Porsche Macan. He also helped me with my very first Porsche, and both times have been nothing short of excellent. Ken made the entire process incredibly smooth and quick--just yesterday afternoon I reached out to him, and by this morning, I was already driving off in my new car. His responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stand out. He's not only knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful and kind.     This is the 3rd time that I am having issues with my tires. I reach out to Ashley Looper on Service department he is able to assist in timely manner. From the moment that I pulled in the staff was very friendly. Only took few minutes for Ashley to get my paperwork ready and place my car in service area. Ashley is very professional, works efficiently and very friendly. By the time I finished my coffee and responded to my work e-mail. My car was ready to go. Because of people like Ashley and the rest of the staff I stay loyal at Rusnk Porsche Pasadena. I highly recommend this dealership and their outstanding costumer service!

    This review is based on my experience for the Major Service performed on 5/7/2024 to our vehicle. I want to begin this by Thanking our Service Advisor Daoshang (Tom) Wang. Tom was very professional, greeted us on time and explained to us the entire service in detail. Tom kept us informed the entire time while the vehicle was in service. Tom also arranged the loaner vehicle and made the entire process easy. Tom also informed us well in advance to pick up the vehicle. During the pickup, Tom went over in detail all the work performed on the vehicle, this was very helpful. We we definitely work with Tom in the future and we highly recommend, Tom provided exceptional customer service, he is an excellent service advisor and a valuable resource to Rusnak Porsche.

    **** Downtown LA Porsche has fixed my car including the additional damage Rusnak did to the inside of my brand new car (my back seats) when they "fixed" it. The dealership never called me when the advisor said they would to explain how they caused further damage. It's worth noting their own employees told me they have caused damage like mine to other cars. When I mentioned the kind of damage the employee said "oh do you have the GT3?" To which I said no and asked how often it happens ... they said "often". Run, down walk to another dealership. I highly recommend going to Downtown LA, they're excellent. I've worked with them for over 10 years and have never had any of the issues I experienced with Rusnak. They also don't make you wait for service appointments or take your car to 3rd party autobody shops that are 10 miles away from the dealership. **** as an update the newly installed bumper is coming apart so it took it to my normal dealership. The service department notified me that Rusnak improperly installed the bumper and broke it. I now have to order another new bumper for the car. I purchased a brand new Cayenne from them that, when I went to pick it up, was damaged. After a very frustrating two hours they finally agreed to fix the damages they caused. It took over a month to get a service appointment and when I got my car back there was new damage to another part of my car which the service technician wouldn't explain. During my service visit another staff member mentioned to me other purchasers had similar experiences to me which shocked me. I've purchased cars from two other Porsche dealerships and serviced my cars with three other Porsche dealerships. I've never had such a truly unprofessional, off-brand experience. The dealership makes you realize where the bad reputation and stereotypes of auto sales people and dealerships come from. It's a true deviation from the Porsche brand's commitment to excellence behind the steering wheel and customer experience, it's been a truly disappointing experience. My experiences have left me with such a lack of confidence, and with more to fix, that I'll be taking my new (2025) car to my regular service dealership to be checked out.

The overall atmosphere was great, and it seems like there's new management because the vibe was noticeably more positive. The employee who helped me, Moises, was outstanding from the start. He was genuinely interested in figuring out what was going on with my car and didn't make me feel rushed or brushed off. You could tell right away that he cared and really knew what he was doing, which makes a huge difference. He started by testing my battery, which showed it was bad. I was a little hesitant at first because I had a past experience where replacing the battery didn't solve the issue, but he took the time to explain the process and reassured me that this was the right first step. He also mentioned that if needed, he could run additional tests on other components afterward. As it turned out, my battery was still under warranty, so he replaced it and went the extra mile by checking the rest of the related systems, all of which came back good. I'm really grateful for the help I received. Employees like Moises make all the difference. Whoever is managing this location should know they have a great asset on their team.

Staff relies heavily on computer system rather than knowledge in auto parts and tools. Zero helpful tips and tricks of the auto trade. Feel as if staff should be required to have at least worked on a (1) car before applying.

Said…read moretire refused to hold air and couldn't drive the extra distance safely to get to my trusted mechanic in Burbank. Let's just say it was a terrible day in which nothing went right, lol. Against my better judgement, as it was closest to where I was at the time, I took my car to PB. So on to the important details, I wanted them to just look at the tire and try to fix it long enough to get over to Burbank. I walked over to Michaels as I needed some stuff for a project with my kiddo. I waited for what felt like forever and finally got a call, I had expected them to say they had fixed it and it was ready to come pick it up. Nope they said I needed new tires. Prior to taking my car to them I did the tread test with a penny, so I know I did not need new tires. Lo and behold, they said I needed three new tires, and was basically saying he wasn't going to release the car to me unless i went forward with the replacements. I was in a hurry and told them to do all four and to put the leaking tire in the trunk and to place my spare in the backseat. They did none of what I asked, and only replaced three tires. On top of that they charged me a crazy over the top rate for tires. If they had done all four like i requested it would have been cheaper as a package deal. I wouldn't doubt that they rip evyone off. I DO NOT TRUST these guys, they were not professional, talked to me like an idiot, and made me feel really uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy. Oh and the cherry on the sh*t sundae? When i finally obliged had them do the work and left, two hours later, there was something hanging off my car, resulting in my having to return to PB. The attitude from them was heinous. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. In a nutshell, avoid this business at all costs. I wouldn't be surprised if one day it came out that this business was a shell for money laundering.

There were a couple times when I was in a bind and the team here at the Pasadena location was great. I'm able to set appointments online and so typically that expedites the process a little easier and they are expecting me to show up during that time. I haven't got my car serviced during Covid times so I'm not sure how that process is like now. But I did go into the retail shop portion to get a few things a couple days ago. The store itself is a decent size but it's not huge. All the aisles are nicely available so you know where to go or go find what you're looking for. There's a lot of fun accessories and different things that I was tempted to purchase. There isn't much to do in the area if you're waiting for your car to get serviced. In the past I've walked over to Michael's, but otherwise you're kind of on your own. It's fairly standard here. Make sure you find out what your ETA is here in case you come here for service. Sometimes it can be fast but sometimes you could get stuck. You're able to book your times online beforehand so that should make it a bit easier.

    I've had three jobs done for me at Blair's by Phil and bought all kinds of weirdo parts from them…read morefor a assortment of strange cars over the years.( Like where else do you get a mallory dual point distributor for a MK9 Jaguar or lighter tougher pushrods for a TR3 or special con rods for your model A crank conversion in a model T?) The three jobs were putting a 350/350 combo in a 1937 Oldsmobile. they did a GREAT job and yeah it took forever, but one of the clever things they did was rearrange the steering and they actually made the steering much more responsive and tightened up the turning circle. That was awesome. The next job they did I had designed some turned aluminum parts and yes they took forever but they are gorgeous and the price was REALLY fair. The most recent job they did I had bought a 454 powered 1941 Lincoln Continental and was having horrific problems with the electronic ignition constantly failing. Phil knew that the parts made by that company were junk. He recommended a better electronic distributor and coil set up and changed them in a day. About 10% than a average shop would have charged, but i'd already spent more than that at regular shops trying to get it fixed and in towing five times, so I would have been smarter to just go see Phil in the first place. They had it done in a day and its run great since, Phil doesnt know it yet but he's going to be building me a really odd specification SBC for my 40 Ford Truck....... I dont know why yelp says I'm in Frisco, I live in Altadena..
