i went here for my birthday last night and let me tell you, i had a freaking TIME bacari is such a beautiful place. i love the ambiance, the interior, and all the whimsical decor around the restaurant. i literally love coming here for pictures, and i'm so glad i got to celebrate my birthday here and take photos with all my friends we came for the late night open bar, so we had the full 90 minutes. we got there around 9:15 pm and stayed until closing, and even though it was late, the service was still really nice. they kept making sure we had our drinks throughout the night, which i appreciated we also ordered some pizzas for the table and some baguettes to soak up the alcohol while we were drinking, and both were really good and honestly very necessary lol. i'd definitely recommend getting at least the bread if you come for the open bar. i loved the roasted garlic they put inside so much that i literally ate the whole clove anyways, i had such a great time. thank you guys so much for having me and my friends i can't wait to come back to bacari

This is not my first time at bacari but this is my first time at this location. The food is always 10 out of 10. I love that I can try vegan and vegetarian options and love it as much as I love the others because the flavor is so good. Service was good though. They forgot about us a couple of times because it got hectic. And you can't go wrong being that close to rodeo drive so the ambiance was there. Would definitely go again.

I went to Bacari Beverly Hills and it didn't at all disappoint. Our group was seated quickly on a Sunday night. We were wanting to eat from the dine LA menu but it wasn't very exciting so we decided to choose dishes from the regular menu. I had the Little Gem Salad and chicken sliders. Everything was well seasoned and overall tasty. For the cocktail, I had the Love Letter. This was a standout drink! It's a whiskey based cocktail but the passionfruit gave it a fruity touch. It's made with honeyed whiskey, passionfruit, lemon and a toasted marshmallow garnish. Yuri was our server and she took great care of us. Her recommendations were on point.

This was a great restaurant, literally so close to all the beautiful stores in Beverly Hills. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The plates are all shareable, but a great size. We ordered the Barada and a beet salad. We also ordered the steak, which was the perfect amount for one person. We shared everything and we were very satisfied. They also make a delicious refresher with pineapple that doesn't contain alcohol. The ambience of the restaurant is great and if you can sit outside, you can people watch. Highly recommend in the prices are not too bad.

Really enjoyed our meal at Bacari. We ordered fries, a flatbread, and the fish--everything was good, but the fish was the standout. Perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Service was attentive and friendly!

We came here for dinner after getting our court wedding ceremony. We had no reservations but luckily it wasn't too busy. SERVICE - 5 STARS My husband and I were dressed up so the staff immediately asked if we had just gotten married. When we said yes they brought us out a glass of champagne for each person at the table to celebrate it was a really nice touch. The food is always great at Bacari. 5 STARS We tried the following: Ceviche - 4 STARS - Fresh, nice portion, felt a little Americanized and wish it had a little more shrimp. The chips it came with were very good Watermelon Salad - 5 STARS - super fresh, it was perfect for the hot day Octopus - 5 STARS - cooked perfectly, really loved the veggies it came with and the yuzu vinaigrette was light and delicious Fried Chicken Sliders - 5 STARS - Really good the perfect bite size. The chicken was juicy and thick and the aoli sauce paired well with the bun and slaw Shawarma Tacos - 4 STARS - Really good with lots of meat but just a little dry Mac n Cheese - 4 STARS - good but nothing over the top Glazed Pork Belly - 5 STARS - really soft and tender, the glaze on it was sweet and tangy Brussel Sprouts - 5 STARS - can't really go wrong here. Everything on it was great. I l loved that they didn't add too much of the sauce so they were easy to enjoy They gave us free dessert which I think was the bread pudding with ice cream which was delicious. Overall we had a great wedding celebration dinner here.

I'm so impressed with Baccari Beverly Hills! The service is nothing short of amazing and the food is inventive, fresh and absolutely delicious! Parking can be a little challenging but when is parking not a problem in LA? Their plates are small, so be warned that if you want to eat family style, which I always do, you may have to order two or more of the same dishes. We were a party of five and ordered mostly 2 orders of everything except salad. And we only did 1 order of salad because we did two salads and all the boys were against salad HAH The standout dishes for us were the octopus, the watermelon salad, and the best dessert! Seriously don't skip out on dessert here! I'm normally not a dessert person but I had just one bite of that cake and it was divine. Definitely will be back when I'm in Beverly Hills again!

Bacari never disappoints. This was my first visit to this location. I've only ever gone to the one closest to where I live which is the branch on 3rd St. I came in on a Sunday with my two nieces for the dineLA lunch option. You get two options from the shareable plates and one dessert. An amazing deal for $35 We shared the following items: Brussels sprouts Corn Broccoli Pasta Salmon Pork chops First off, thank god I said to bring the dishes out as they became ready instead of having them dropped off at the same time. We basically got a dish every maybe 5 or so minutes. This gave us the perfect amount of time to get a serving transferred from the bowl/plate to our smaller plate. By the time we got our bites in, we had a few minutes to digest then another plate would get dropped off. Every dish was exceptional. It kept getting better which was evident by how empty each plate/bowl was by the time it was collected from our table. We were proper full by the time the last dish, the salmon, was dropped off. My personal favorite was the elote. The balance of flavors was 10/10. It had just the right amount of spice. The chops was also fuego. The vibe outside was fun. I kept telling my nieces. I felt like I was in Europe. We ended up being seated in the patio area that overlooks a major intersection so there was a ton of foot traffic aka free entertainment.

Sancerre wine

Our waitress Janine, was AMAZING!!! She was fun and bubbly and was super fast. The food was good, I ordered some other dishes but forgot to take pictures. I wouldn't say food is amazingly different, it's good for what it is. Price wise it keeps up with the neighborhood. Plates go $15-$30 a plate, it's tapas style so "personally think" you need at least 3-4 plates for two poeple. We ordered a bottle of Sancerre but it was a bit more sour than I'm used to but still decent. All in all, location is good. It seems the other reviews complain about service but for me our experience with our server (Janine) was AMAZING. Ambiance, is cute and tucked away in a side street off the main Beverly Hills street. The restaurant is slightly "tight", meaning chairs were a bit closer together than I'd like but I understand the business needs to make money too so I didn't find it too much of a bother.

Lamb Hummus

My first visit and I really enjoyed my culinary eating tour at Bacari! Started with little gem salad, Burrata, sea bass, lamb hummus, chicken, mushroom pizza, Brussels sprouts, tripoline pasta. My favs were the seabass, Brussels sprouts and lamb hummus - must order! Service - a little slow in the beginning but was better when I mentioned that all the food can be brought out asap. Lots of hungry women at my table! The manager was so accommodating. Ambiance- I'm glad I chose the outdoor seating- beautiful evening in Beverly Hills. Can't wait to return to try different tapas!

We started our day in Beverly Hills with brunch, eager to try this Bacari location. Let me first start with parking -- It's BH so unless the stars align for you on a busy weekend to snag nearby street parking, you'll have to go to a structure. We opted for the one closest to Bacari, which was at the higher price point ($3.95/15 mins with a daily max of $30.80). The structure was modern, clean, temperature controlled and staffed by a super-friendly, helpful valet guy. We were spending the day, so we knew we would be paying the max. Now for Bacari BH -- We received a text from Connor at 10am to confirm our reservation and to let us know that they would do their best to help should we happen to run late. That was nice. We arrived on time and were seated at a table just inside of the patio. It was a perfect central spot to enjoy the cool breeze, while away enough from direct sunlight, the busy sidewalk and traffic noise. We ordered our favorites -- Egg Pizza, Lamb Hummus (+extra pita) and Crab Cake. We always like to try something new, so our daughter chose the Tripoline Pasta. For dessert -- Bread Pudding (the husband's favorite) and Pistachio Crèmeschnitte (first time). Our usuals were as expected -- SO GOOD and satisfying! The Tripoline Pasta was delicious! The homemade pasta was tender and covered in that amazing sauce. We used the rest of our pita to scrape every bit of it. The Pistachio Crèmeschnitte was tasty enough, but not sure if we would order it again. The Bread Pudding however -- absolutely perfect at this location! (I still miss the Feta Filo -- PLEASE bring it back!) Service was great from the entire team. Our items were paced out nicely, with dirty dishes cleared and drinks refilled when needed. We appreciated that our plates and utensils were changed for dessert. This did not happen at any other location. The ambiance is nice, second to Silverlake which is still the best (IMO). We'll be back. :)

Shrimp Ceviche
Karla C.

Got a table in the patio area. There were several tables outside. I ordered the Margarita pizzas, grilled octopus and shrimp ceviche to share. The food here is served as tapas and are good to share. The Margarita pizza was good. My sister ordered the burrata which had pesto. I added some pasta to the Margarita it elevated the pizza. It was so good with the pesto (5/5). Without it, was just okay (3/5) The grilled octopus was good, not overcooked. I added some lemon to add some acidity to it (3.5/5) I loved the shrimp ceviche. Good acidity and tastes really fresh. Recommend it on a warm day. (5/5)

I would give this place 10 Stars if possible!…read more A real hidden gem in Beverly hills and I would highly recommend going here! A very exclusive Brunch menu but everything was a major hit! HUMMUS MASBACHA 10/10 was so smooth! Really flavorful and everyone wanted more of this! This was a vegetarian option which came with some chickpeas and a boiled egg on top. Just a heads up in case you don't eat egg that you should ask to take it off. PITA BREAD - This game with the hummus and it was perfectly warm and toasted and soft on the inside and crispy and the outside and just a mind-blowing pita bread! CHARRED EGGPLANT 9/10 was really soft and had a mild sweet flavor. It was cold which I was a little surprised by, but it went well with the warm Pita that came with the hummus! Only reason I took off a point is because it felt a little oily and it was the only item that didn't get fully wiped off the plate. CAULIFLOWER FLORETS 10/10 So flavorful and I think this might have been the family's favorite on the menu because it just disappeared. BREAKFAST BURRITO with FALAFEL 11/10 My in-laws don't eat meat or egg and wanted a proper vegetarian item for breakfast and we asked to customerize the burrito by replacing the eggs and bacon with falafel. Father in the thought he would not eat any of the burrito but ended up actually finishing his half of it! The restaurant needs to add this as an item on the menu! SHAKSHUKA with MERGUEZ SAUSAGE 10/10 What are really delicious and hearty breakfast item here. Husband and I shared this one and it was really flavorful and a good portion size as well. Good amount of sausage in there that went with the egg and the tomato sauce. JERUSALEM BAGEL - 12/10 This game along with the shakshuka and I think everyone on the table wanted more of it! It was actually warm and so huge and had that perfect crisp outside and a really lovely flavor. Cannot say enough good stuff for this one. SHUK SALAD with CHICKEN BREAST 10/10 Just a simple and healthy salad here but I would highly let the money if you want to balance out some of the heavy items on the menu but still get some vegetables and protein in. We did not use any of the dressing.

First off, no one greeted us as we entered. But we learned from last time that we the customer has to take the lead and so we did when a staff member said "hi". We managed to get seated but there was no warmth either literally (on the 74 degree day the overhead fans were blowing way too hard) or figuratively - the staff just don't seem happy. Mrs G ordered falafel (not my thing) and while she said the inner green paste was tasty the outer crust was essentially burnt. She cut the green out and left the burned outer layer on her plate (leaving very little edible material for $15). I took a pic but not posted. Then she had a green salad for $17 plus chicken for an extra $9. The salad was OK and the strawberries were a nice touch. Unfortunately about 1/2 the chicken was overcooked/bordering on burned and not eaten. I had the Schnitzel sandwich ($22). The white bread was overcooked toasted so I chose to eat less than half and chicken was tasty but over cooked IMO but I ate it because there was little chicken, I was hungry and I had to eat something. Add a soda ($5) each, tax and tip (I left only 10% to show that I wasn't pleased and told the waiter) plus $10 for parking ($2 per 15 minutes) and were $100 out of pocket for lunch. We drove home and made some mac and cheese, a big salad and a glass of wine. Will we be back? No thank you. Hopefully you will be more fortunate.
