My daughter had a low mileage 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT totaled out from under her. She really loved that car, and I told her the odds of replacing it with another were slim to none. I checked the usual sites and found an even lower mileage 2016 GT, same color at Precision Fleet in Peoria. I came down from Flagstaff to inspect the one owner car in PFS's warehouse. Helmand put me and my wife on the road for a test drive and the car was as good as it appeared on paper and in the photos. I still checked out two other cars I had lined up for inspection since I was traveling from Flagstaff, but the deal I made with Helmand and finalized with Scott was a good one for us, and they worked with my credit union to complete the transaction in an afternoon. The car has been on the road now for two weeks, highway and city driving and is great. We're very happy with the car, and the buying experience, from research to inspection to test drive to negotiating the price was low stress and pleasant. Trevor Skoro does not fit the mold of a typical car salesman, in that he's not pushy and was willing to find the best car for my needs. Similarly, he was available as needed to answer questions along the way and provided me with good advice through the car buying process. So, I appreciated that part of the car buying experience. However, I am disappointed about how I have been treated after the car purchase. The car that I purchased had a tire that had been inappropriately patched and would intermittently lose air. I realized this problem a couple of months after purchasing the vehicle, which meant that I needed to buy a new tire unexpectedly. When I approached Trevor he was unwilling to help me out in any way. While I do understand that this is "buyer beware", I am disappointed that my word was not trusted and that there was no proverbial olive branch extended (even the offer of covering a small portion of the tire price would have helped me). At this point I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle through Auto House and Trevor Skoro. read more

Since we weren't in any hurry, we have been looking for a "new" used car for my husband's commute for 2 years and in that time I assure you we have heard it all. The craziest and most annoying things come out of the mouth of a cars salesman. Of course, it wasn't all horrible, but we never felt as comfortable as we did at Precision Fleet. All of the staff that we interacted with were kind and professional, but we dealt primarily with Helmand who I would give 5 Stars to for patience, kindness, and professionalism.
