She is responsive, professional, communicates clearly throughout the process, and truly provides outstanding customer service. They reach out to reschedule, due to the car not yet being ready. Weird, but ok, sure, I'll reschedule. We eventually stop in, the test drive goes great, and we move inside to negotiate. The dealer shows us a listing price that is $4,000 over the number we were sent by "Susie Parker." The dealer winces, and informs us that "Susie Parker" is their AI agent, and that this was a glitch in their system. And we were there, still motivated to buy, and were curious if he might be able to honor the MyFirstEV rebate, as he suggested he could in his email from a week prior. He replies that he's only able to offer a similar discount on new vehicles. I had never inquired about purchasing a new vehicle. My communications with the dealership had been specifically about this specific pre-owned EV. At this point I'm floored, because not only has this dealership raised the price over $4,000 from what what directly offered to me through their email system (unknowingly to me, by an AI agent), but also that they would not honor the rebate that their HUMAN, non-AI agent tacitly offered to me also through email, to get me in the door. Whether these events resulted from poor internal systems, inadequate oversight of AI-generated customer communications, miscommunication, or something else, the result for me as a customer was the same- I would never trust buying a car from this dealership.

I was fine with it and then had the service done. I paid and left. When I got home, I looked over the bill and saw that it was higher than what was quoted through Yelp for the pads. I contacted the owner and he said that he gave me a verbal quote and then said he gave me better pads( which is not reflected on the invoice or told to me prior to the work was done) and then went back to he gave me a verbal quote for the difference in price. The verbal quote he told me he gave was not even the price he charged me. Overall the service was good and quick. The quoting and charging was my issue. I will take ownership that I didn't inspect the final invoice before paying but I still think that the business owner should have honored his original quote and if an upgraded part was used and was billed (according to the owner) then should be approved beforehand.

Anyone who builds off-road vehicles knows that finding the right shop is a niche and personal choice--you want a team you can trust with your rig. I had originally received a quote from a shop in San Diego, but when I realized there was a shop right here in my own backyard in Burbank, I wanted to try and keep my business local. I reached out and sent them the itemized list of work from the previous shop to see what they could do. What followed was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced. The guy who called me back came out swinging, practically yelling at me over the phone. He was incredibly defensive, snapping, "Just so you know, we are $275 an hour for labor, and I see you cut this invoice out from someone else's estimate. We are more expensive than them." He sounded deeply insecure and visibly furious that a customer would dare to shop around for the best fit. He later left a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, a different guy answered the phone and spoke to me like I was a debt collector harassing him. When I answered his question about who I was looking for and our previous conversation, he rudely interrupted me mid-sentence, blurting out, "OKAY, WELL I HAVE ANOTHER CALL SO..." and literally just trailed off into silence. I just hung up. Why would I ever let people who treat human beings this way get anywhere near my vehicle? How does a business survive operating like this? I had a $12,000 job ready to go for tire replacements, a suspension overhaul, front bumper replacement, roof rack and heavy maintenance work. Instead of securing a massive project, these clowns let their egos and hostile communication skills ruin the transaction. Out of principle, take your hard-earned money and your rig somewhere else. Go to a shop where people actually practice basic kindness, respect, and professional communication. The way this entire crew came across was like a bunch of snakes. Save yourself the headache and go to another off-road establishment. And know that this place charges an hourly labor rate of $275 an hour.

I would like to commend Rusnak Audi for their professionalism and consistent quality follow up in accomplishing our purchase of a 2017 Audi A4 Premium Plus. Let me first say that Larry Gootkin is the absolute best. He took care of our purchase of our 2017 Audi as if we was one of his most special and favorite relatives!! I mean really, he was as excited as we were to make the purchase happen and Larry and Rusnak Audi bent over backwards to ensure we were completely satisfied and gave us a deal that no one would refuse. In the midst of our conversation about purchasing the vehicle, while explaining the circumstance of us purchasing our second Audi A4 in less than a year (we got in an accident and totaled the 2106 A4) we began to have some personal small talk about us being a little shook up, but no serious injuries from the incident, and I relayed to Larry that I am a combat veteran and a medically retired Sergeant Major from the Florida Army National Guard. He expressed his sincere appreciation of our veterans and stated he would do the best he could to help facilitate us on a purchase. In order to appreciate this review, one must understand that this entire transaction took place through phone calls text and FedEx never meeting face to face. We are in Florida and have never stepped foot into the Rusnak Audi Pasadena dealership or California for that matter. Every detail was managed as if we were sitting in Larry's office in person, and Joseph "Joe" Louie was just as accommodating, attentive, personable and professional, a seamless transition of continuity of excellent service that began and ended with Larry Gootkin. This may sound trivial, but I have conducted a lot of business in a variety of settings and these guys at Rusnak Audi, truly provided White Glove VIP First Class service. Even long after the deal was made, documents signed and the vehicle officially belonged to us, Larry continued to extend service through and beyond the delivery of our vehicle from California to Florida. The autotransport portion was not through the dealership, it was totally separate transaction and with no liability or expectations from the dealership to ensure timely pick up and delivery. Larry unselfishly bridged the gap between my wife and I and the freight company, All Coast Auto Transport as the delivery was over a week after finalizing all business with Rusnak Audi. My wife Monica, simply adores Larry and cant believe that a car dealer could be so genuinely happy for her personally to be receiving the vehicle she desired. I swear you would think he was providing a service for his own family. Because of his professionalism, candor and his eagerness to ensure this vehicle for my wife, she has been raving about him to everyone more so than about the vehicle itself. Larry and Joe, I hope you all get a chance to see this review as we are sending personal thank you cards to them both! I had a deeply disappointing experience with Rusnak Pasadena Audi on September 17th. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:45 AM with a confirmed loaner vehicle and even arrived early to ensure a smooth process. After waiting for 15 minutes, Service Advisor Arnold Diaz approached me. I explained that I was there to drop off my car due to multiple warning lights, including safety system and airbag malfunctions. When I called the previous day, I was instructed to bring my car in as soon as possible, and I was assured both over the phone and in an email confirmation that a loaner would be ready for me. However, upon arrival, Arnold informed me that there was no loaner available, directly contradicting what I had been told. I was baffled. I had taken the time to travel to the dealership, trusting their promise of a loaner vehicle. When I expressed my concerns, Service Manager Ramzi Kakish intervened, but instead of resolving the issue, he was extremely rude and dismissive, outright denying that a loaner was ever promised--even when I showed them the email confirmation. I felt as though I was being accused of fabricating the whole situation, which was both insulting and distressing. To make matters worse, despite the serious warning lights on my car, neither Arnold nor Ramzi bothered to check if my car was safe to drive. Their immediate response was to tell me to go to another dealership, showing a complete lack of concern for my safety. I requested to speak with the General Manager, Khalid Omar. While Khalid was more polite than Ramzi, he did little to address the issue. Instead, he echoed the sentiment that I should go to the dealership where I purchased my car, which made me feel disrespected and discriminated against. It was as if they were saying that because I didn't buy my car there, I wasn't worthy of the same level of service or support. Throughout this ordeal, I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The lack of empathy, transparency, and professionalism was astounding. They dismissed any sense of responsibility for assisting me, effectively abandoning me in a potentially unsafe situation. Ultimately, I did not feel comfortable or safe leaving my car in their hands. I left feeling extremely frustrated and let down. In the future, I will certainly be reconsidering where I take my Audi for service, as this experience was far below the standard I expected from a brand like Audi. If you're considering this dealership, I would advise caution. My experience suggests a systemic issue with how they handle customer service and promises. read more

This is my first time to write a review, but I feel that I have to share my experience with other consumers... My brother and I walked in the Rusnak dealership just wondering, if they have a good deal for a trade-in. My brother was looking into trading in his M3. We've leased many cars before, so we know how the negotiation game works. As we approached one of the nice looking S5s on the lot, one of their salesmen also approached us. His name is Michael Parrish. His approach was not overbearing or obnoxious--was very sincere and asking if he can help with our search. We let him know about my brother's situation and in short he was not only able to get us a good deal on a 2013 S4, but he also got me in a 2013 A6!!! lol hahaha. (I was not even looking) Crazy. I was able to trade in my 2011 BMW 528i for an A6! Man, Rusnak and Mike were able to get it done. I really got a GREAT DEAL! Also, this is by far the best lease transaction I have ever experienced (1 Ford, 2 Hondas, 3 BMWs, and 3 Audis). What's great about Mike is that he's sincere. He listens (and pardon my French) does not bullshit. He cuts to the chase without the "sales" mumbo jumbo. Also, he is the ONLY sales person that has ever asked me what options I want in my car with the intent of actually looking for it. Other sales people, are adamant that you get a car that's available on their lot. With Mike, he really goes the extra mile trying to get the EXACT car that you want. My good experience with Rusnak did not start and end with Mike. I had some complaints about my A6 not being available at the end of our agreement, so the Sales Manager approached us and said that he'll throw in Audi Maintenance package, how cool is that! To top it off, signing the paperwork was a breeze. I was in and out of Glady's office in less than 10 min! The fastest ever!! Reading my review, you might be skeptical/cynical, I would be too. But I had a different perspective of Rusnak Saturday morning vs. the Saturday evening we left with brand new cars. I guess you're going to have to experience it yourself, so don't take my word for it. fyi... Did I mention that Mike did not even have lunch that day. He was talking to me and my bro the whole day, from 10am to 7pm. We had to buy him dinner that night just to show our appreciation. So go ahead, go to Rusnak and ask for Mchael Parrish. **A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience with Audi Pasadena Service Center** I've been a loyal Audi customer since 2012, and I have always trusted their vehicles. However, my recent experience with Audi Pasadena has shaken that trust, particularly after an alarming incident with my 2019 Audi e-tron Prestige. During the Eaton fire in Altadena, my car began alarming with electrical malfunctions, and the emergency call system (911) was disabled. This was terrifying, as I feared I would not be able to evacuate in case of an emergency. After the fire, I took my car to Audi Pasadena for a check-up, expecting quick and professional service. Unfortunately, my car stayed in service for three days with minimal updates from the service center. I had to go back to the service center on Friday to get any information, and only then was I told that the issue was related to a part that needed replacement. This was confusing, as my car had been fully inspected all these years, and no one had ever flagged this part as a potential issue. They assured me the part would arrive by Monday or Tuesday at the latest, and that replacing it would only take a few hours. However, Monday and Tuesday came and went without any calls or updates from Audi Pasadena. When I followed up, another person from the service center informed me that the part would now arrive on Thursday and that I could schedule the replacement for the following week. On the day I returned to the service center, my advisor was once again unavailable, and another staff member took my car. I was told my advisor would call me later, but once again, I heard nothing until I called back myself. Even then, my advisor's response was lackluster, with vague updates on the repair. The whole experience has left me questioning how I can continue to trust Audi. This lack of communication and poor customer service at Audi Pasadena has left me feeling unsafe and frustrated. After owning Audi vehicles for over a decade, I never expected such a disorganized and distressing experience. I no longer feel confident in the brand I once trusted, and I fear for my safety whenever I drive my Audi. Audi Pasadena, this has been the worst service experience I've ever encountered. My boyfriend and I just leased a 2017 A4. The only time I come on yelp to write a review is on two occasions when I have an extremely bad experience or an extremely good experience, there is no in between. I am really big on Customer Service. Looking for a new can be such a headache and stressful situation. I seriously had to mentally prepare myself before going stepping foot into a dealership (we visited 4 including Rusnak.) I knew exactly what I wanted, how much my trade in was worth and how much we wanted to pay for our new vehicle and there was no way I was taking anything else. Looked at a few dealerships, worked some deals, came close BUT it was not what I wanted. Walked out of some dealerships when they tried to push us towards the car they "thought" was best for us. My experience at Rusnak was incredible, I honestly never thought that buying a car can go as smooth and fast as it did, we worked with David Carter and the General Manager Niko Karvunidis who were both very pleasant to work with. We came in Friday evening. I knew going in I had negative equity in my trade in but I still wanted to stick to the car I wanted for the deal I wanted. I asked to speak with the GM directly he was in a meeting and I did not think he would take the time to come out and speak to me directly. After his meeting which I probably waited no more than 10mins he came out introduced his self. Told him what I wanted and what my situation was, he then asked me a few questions, went back and personally worked the deal I was looking for with David and within minutes we were signing papers. Went into finance that probably took about 10-15mins and just like that we were done with our purchase. I was so impressed by how everything went I just had to write a letter to Niko to let him know how happy we were with the service we received from David and him, how much we love our car and how pleased we were with him working out a great deal that was fit for us and our situation. I am sure he had a million of things to do yet he still took the time to accommodate our needs and desires until the very end. read more

Drove nearly 1200 miles just to buy a car from Rusnak. Thanks to Michael Parrish and Larry Gootkin for the 5-star treatment! After doing quite a bit of research on our new car purchase, we finally settled on the Audi A3 Cabriolet. Further pricing research brought me to Rusnak. Only problem was we lived in Washington State and the dealership is in California. Regardless of my best efforts, no dealership in Washington or Oregon came close to the pricing I received from Rusnak. I was even told by a salesman at a local Audi dealership that I should take the deal, because the local market wasn't as aggressive. Michael was my first contact and made the process streamlined. He addressed the concerns that someone would have regarding buying from an out-of-state dealer including helping me get the necessary paperwork and tax documents so I wouldn't get double-dinged when registering in Washington. He offered both options shipping or driving it back. Since I had some vacation time I had to use up, I opted for driving it back. He carefully reviewed package options through email and over the phone. Everything was tied up and ready for pickup when my wife and I got to the dealership thanks to his attention to detail. Because of timing, we met with another sales consultant, Larry Gootkin, for delivery. Larry was fantastic and never gave us the impression that this was an imposition. He carefully went over the required paperwork for the trip permit (so we didn't have to register in California) and various subscriptions that were included in the sale. Then he went through the main features of the car with my wife. Normally she gets very impatient with technical details - like navigation system, automatic driving features, etc. She was amazed with Larry and his ability to make things easy to understand. He was very patient, never condescending and took his time - while not being overwhelming in his details - it's a rare skill. If a rogue band of drug dealers, warlord dictators, and criminal lawyers started a country club- I imagine it would operate with more conscience, dignity and ethics than this group of hell-bound clowns. truthfully- its a fabulous establishment- if you think BAIT AND SWITCH, and treating your customers like they cant do remedial math, is the way to go when running a business. it is now 3 days later, and I am still so outraged at my experience, I joined Yelp at 1am to write this review. Ill spare you the details, dear reader, but understand these are a rusty sack of snakes, and that, I believe is what 'Rusnak' is short for. heres the tale: I called in the morning, and over the phone got a confirmation of a deal, for a very specific car, for a very specific price, specific features, and specific mileage. I called the salesman over the phone 4 times throughout the morning and midday to make sure it was still there. I explained that I was coming from Santa Monica, that so was my ride, and that we both had to cancel clients and take work off, and are coming to test drive with a check in hand. I get there, test drive it (stopping short, testing swerving, accelerating erratically, futzing with the triptonic I dont know how to operate... ) great love it. totally worth the trip. ill buy it. but wait. oh yeah- not even sorry, but we sold this car 30 seconds ago. lucky for you, sap, there is this other one available- with 7k more miles on it, and oh yea- its $3k more expensive. what? i dont understand. why are you letting me drive someone else's car around like a maniac? why did you say you were holding it if you werent? why are you offering me this other car for more money if it is exactly the same with more miles. This went on and on, and they were horrible. it got worse and worse. Ill spare you the rest, because I imagine Im at the paragraph where people have already stopped reading, but please heed my warning if you are still with me. I was looking to trade in my 2009 BMW and the A4 caught my eye when I was on Edmunds.com researching cars (late at night after my Thanksgiving outing). Out of curiosity, I requested the E-price on a Moonlight Blue A4 Premium that had a lot of the same features as my Bimmer. I found the price very fair. Within 12 hours, I received an e-mail from Larry Gootkin of Internet Sales letting me know Rusnak would honor the Edmunds price, that the car was still in inventory, and inviting me to come in for a test drive. I was impressed by how fast I heard from Rusnak vs. other dealers I had contacted, so I went in and the whole process could not have been smoother. Larry never pressured me into anything, and gave me options for other cars if I decided I didn't like the A4 after the test drive. He was personable and professional throughout, and made me feel very comfortable each step of the way. When it came time to talk price, well, I didn't have to because true to their word, they honored the Edmunds price. I appreciated not having the extra pressure of haggling I've encountered when I bought my previous cars. After I signed the paperwork with the equally professional financial manager, Steve (hat tip also to Aaron, who did my credit check and kept me informed of everything as it transpired), Larry spent a good 45 minutes with me teaching me how to set the controls in the car (new tech to me--my BMW didn't have the screen or other systems like it)--making sure I could pair my phone with the A4 and use the nav app on my phone via the MMI system, which is pretty cool. He's already followed up with me today to make sure everything's going well and to send me a list of voice commands for the MMI to keep handy. The car is pretty spectacular, too. :) I'm very pleased with my purchase and how nicely I was treated by Larry and the Rusnak team! I like toys as much as the next guy, but, being retired, my wife and I are not in the habit of buying cars every other year or so. We own a wonderful 2001 BMW 540i sport wagon and only began to think of getting something newer when one friend leased a Lexus and another leased an A4. I then went to the Auto Show (twice!) this year. There was no going back. We all know how dreadful the car shopping experience can be, so it was a refreshing surprise to work with Cesar Zavala, Rusnak Audi's Internet Sales Consultant. The entire process was efficient and transparent and, equally important, we were treated with courtesy and patience. He understood this transaction was a very serious matter for us and was able to shepherd us painlessly and candidly through each of our questions and concerns. I couldn't imagine a more pleasant car buying experience. At no time did we feel rushed or that we were being treated with anything less than the utmost respect. One would easily imagine we were considering the purchase of a Bentley, in the adjacent Rusnak showroom. Perhaps next time! Whether it was Eric Witt, Sales Manager, Rick Torres, Brand Specialist, or Steve Metts, Finance Manager each Rusnak staff member with whom we had even the most incidental contact was unfailingly courteous. Today, my husband and I leased an Audi A7 from Rusnak. During the week, my husband asked for an on-line quote and Larry Gootkin got back to him immediately with a really good price. He made an appointment for Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday) at 1. When we arrived, Larry was still with a client, so he left us in the care of his associate Michael Parrish. The car was ready for us. First we went over every detail --- we looked at special features, sat in the seats and adjusted them, pushed all the buttons, and asked lots of questions. And then we went for a test drive. Pasadena has lots of curvy, wonderful roads and easy access to the Freeway. It was the perfect way to try out this car. And it is a beauty! I am not a car person (that would be my husband), but even I was totally in love with this car by the end of the test drive. So we began to figure out the money. Michael was able to get us an additional $1,000 rebate. And we were able to get all of the insurance documents in spite of the fact that it was Sunday. Thank goodness for texts and photographs! Barby finalized the financial arrangements (fitting us out with the dent protection, Lojack, and a Maintenance Plan). And it was so reasonable! Then Larry sat down with us and explained all the bells and whistles. My head was about to explode. And I am sure I will have to consult the Owner's Manual. But a lot of these systems seem very intuitive and I'm sure I'll be able to navigate this car in very short order. All in all, it was a wonderful experience! Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience at Audi of Pasadena My recent encounter at Audi of Pasadena was nothing short of a nightmare. From the unprofessional conduct of the parts manager, Jim Ross, to the blatant disregard for customer service, it was truly an experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. Jim Ross, the parts manager, exhibited a level of immaturity and obnoxiousness that was completely unbecoming. His behavior was not only childish but also outright offensive. Instead of handling our transaction professionally, he chose to act out of spite and never initiated the refund that I was rightfully owed. The cherry on top of this ordeal was the fact that I had to call back after 10 days to inquire about my refund. Such neglect for a customer's concerns is utterly unacceptable. But the worst part came when I requested to speak with the general manager. Instead of being connected, I was abruptly hung up on. This incident has not only caused frustration but also raised questions about their integrity. I was left with the impression that they are capable of dishonesty. The return process was intentionally complicated, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I never received a callback. In conclusion, my experience with Audi of Pasadena was extremely negative. The unprofessionalism and lack of respect shown by their staff, particularly Jim Ross, was appalling. I would advise potential customers to tread carefully when dealing with this establishment. I had not intended to purchase from Rusnak, but they were close to my office so I visited them on a Monday at lunch and drove away at 3:30 pm having happily purchased a new 2016 Audi A6 TDI Quattro. Consumer reports had rated the diesel with all wheel drive very highly and I wanted an upscale car with really good gas mileage but not an excess of snob appeal. The reason I ended up purchasing at Rusnak was that the salesman, David Carter, was so helpful without being pushy. We test drove three different A6's so that I could compare the ride of 18, 19, and 20 inch wheels. I finally felt I was able to make up my mind after all of my reservations were answered. They had a car on the lot that was exactly what I wanted, so I agreed to discuss buying it even though I was quite willing to wait and visit larger dealers. David was able to put together and offer that I felt was quite reasonable and was comfortable with. He took it to the sales manager, Chris Prodromides who accepted the offer, and I drove home with a car I am very happy with after two weeks of driving it. I would particularly recommend David Carter as he is extremely knowledgeable about Audi's MMI "info-tainment" system, good at explaining it, and very patient. I also valued his willingness to openly share his opinions when asked. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences I have had in the twenty plus cars I have purchased over the years. Ask for DANNY RANFT!!!! I am giving 5 starts not only because this is a great company but for the amazing customer service I received with Danny Ranft. Not only is this guy very pleasant he is EXTRMELY knowledgeable. I was hesitant to go to a dealership and go through the hassle of having a sales person that was pushy, as a girl it seemed that buoying a car was so stressful and complicated. The sales people would never listen to what I was looking for or what I wanted, they always wanted to sell me whatever car they wanted to give me. I have bought 5 cars in my lifetime and I must say that this has been the BEST and most enjoyable experience of all. I never really knew that buying a car can really be fun and I am so excited to own this amazing car. Danny took the time to educate me, he worked with my financial needs and a good deal that would best fit me. The process was so natural, I came in test drove, learned about the car, he gave me numbers and within minutes he shook my hand and said congratulations on your new Audi. I will definitely recommend Rusnak to buy a new car, though everyone seemed really nice and welcoming Danny was amazing to work with and like I said before VERY, VERY, VERY knowledgeable. I was in the market for a new car and Audi was at the top of my list. I searched online for dealerships around my area and decided Rusnak/Pasadena was the one to go to due to their good inventory selection and word of mouth recommendation. Upon doing more research, the name of sales rep, Larry Gootkin came up frequently so I called the dealership and asked for him to set up an appointment. Right away when I spoke with him I felt at ease with his kind, friendly demeanor and was eager to meet with him that day. When I arrived he was still with another customer and rather than leave me waiting he had his associate Rick Torres show me the A3 I was interested in. Rick was great, he was very attentive and answered all my questions. He never pressured me at all and was very patient and honest with me throughout the process. He worked with me to get to the price point that I came in with and was so happy when we finalized the deal. Larry came to see me and assisted Rick when the car was being prepped for release. Both he and Rick showed me to the car and gave me a run through of all the features. Rick also helped set up the bluetooth connection for me. I usually do not leave Yelp Reviews but I figured I should since Chris (the sales man) did not have me feeling like just another Customer. He took his time to listen to what was going on with me and my car problems at the time. Prior to coming in and meeting with him, I went to other dealerships and everyone who helped me felt like Sharks after I told them my situation. To make a long story short, my Honda Civic was on its last days after driving it for almost 30 years. I took a week off from work to find the right car for me. I'm glad I went to this dealership. Moving on...We checked out a few cars and I decided on the A7. I took the car for a test drive and fell in Love instantly! We got back to the dealer ship and worked on the numbers. Hello, Our review has been in the pipeline but I have to share my opinion regarding our AMAZING experience! Our family visited Rusnak Audi and wow, not your typical dealer, great team! Let me start off by saying that I am not local to Pasadena so initially, I sent out an online inquiry regarding my interest. The internet manager Claudia Abraamyan was highly professional, attentive and quick to respond, she truly made the entire process as smooth as possible. Our automobiles are our gifts to ourselves, so we expect nothing but excellence when we shop luxury. I have had horrific past experiences with dealerships but I am pleased to say that the team here changed that opinion for me. I had my daughter make an appointment and I am delighted to say that she was patient (we were very specific about what we wanted) and Claudia, as well as her team, made the whole transaction enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, the only downfall of the location was the lack of customer parking but there are other stores connected to the dealership utilizing the space as well. To anyone considering purchasing, financing, or leasing a vehicle at Rusnak Audi Pasadena -- I strongly recommend you reconsider and explore other dealerships. Long story short, I financed a 2017 Audi Q7 3.0T 2017 in October 2024 for my family. At first, everything seemed great. The salesman, Ricky Torres, was helpful, the financing terms seemed decent based on the information I provided, and I put $3,000 down. The process felt smooth and straightforward. Fast forward exactly one year later -- October 2025 -- my wife calls me while I'm at work, terrified for her safety and our kids'. While driving them to school, the car suddenly started jerking and completely stopped in the middle of the road with oncoming traffic. A transmission warning appeared on the dashboard. When I contacted the service department to explain the situation, I was shocked by the response. The representative told me, "I don't know what else to tell you, but that's your problem." That level of customer service, especially in a potentially dangerous situation involving a family vehicle, is completely unacceptable. Had an outstanding experience working with Hector Marin to educate and guide me through the process of obtaining my first Audi. He diligently searched for my "unicorn" combination of features to find a vehicle match and then had that beautiful driving machine delivered to Pasadena. I also comp'd the price from San Diego to Sacramento and Hector beat them all. I then worked in Finance with Steve Metts (Director of Finance) who took the time to explain all of the options/financial scenarios very transparently and effectively to let me come up with the best plan for my situation. I actually put my down payment on credit card instead of cutting a check so I can get the points for a trip to Singapore next month! Once I had obtained the vehicle, I also had a great technological briefing on the multitude of electronic and futuristic features in the Audi A6 --- felt like I was driving a car from the "Jetsons" by the end! Oh, and I drove past at least 5 Audi dealerships on the 100 mile trip up from San Diego and my wife is now shopping for a new Audi SUV to replace our Lexus GX 470--- if you're not convinced by now you must work for another dealership! read more

Alex Sirani is the man you want to meet. I walked out with intentions of a Q3 with just quattro and navigation, and instead walked out with premium plus Q5 with basically full options, 49k MSRP. Not only was his service fast and hassle free, we were able to reach the number I needed to make the Q5 possible, it is a 10k difference after all. This man will does not like to waste time. Every question had a objective to help me get into the car I wanted. The process took 2 hours, that's from walk in time to drive out time. I think we might have been able to achieve one hour had I done a bit more research on the difference between Q3 and Q5 leases prior to entering the dealership. The best part: 2 weeks after the deal, which is today, he gave me a call to make sure the Q5 is running as it should and if there are any questions that I might have on how to work in the Q5, features-wise. Don't bother shopping around, just go in here and look for Alex. You will have an Audi by the end of the day for substantially less than what you thought you had to pay for it. I'll be back in 6 months, Alex! Need to get my family relative an Audi as well. read more

I went in to get an estimate to sell my car and met with Allen, the Pre-Owned Car Manager. From the very start, his demeanor was entirely unwelcoming. When I introduced myself and stated why I was there, he asked where the vehicle was located. After I pointed it out, he simply turned around and walked away without a word, leaving me to assume I was supposed to follow him. Once outside, he inspected the vehicle, checked his phone, and verbally gave me a quote--all without a single smile or welcoming gesture. When I asked if that was his best offer, he gave me a laundry list of what the car would need to sell. After I said "thank you," he once again just turned around and walked away in complete silence. I had to stop and think afterward--perhaps he was just having a difficult day or going through something personal, and I always want to extend grace. However, as a manager, shouldn't you lead your team by example and greet customers with basic professionalism and courtesy? It is a stark contrast to the wonderful team in the service department. To top it off, prior to visiting Rusnak, I had already received a quote from Carmax that was 15% higher than what Rusnak offered. I had hoped that my loyalty as a repeat customer would at least warrant a polite conversation, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

On the third day, I was told that this was simply "how Porsche is" and that there was no solution for either problem. I'm very disappointed with the attitude and professionalism of the service advisor and technicians at Rusnak Pasadena Porsche. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Porsche Downtown LA for service instead.

I contacted AAA, and after testing the battery, their technician informed me that the battery required immediate replacement because it was operating at only 33% of its original holding capacity. I reached out to my salesperson, Jimmy, to discuss the issue but have not received a response. At this point, I can only assume that the dealership does not intend to assist with the battery replacement. While I understand that used vehicles are sold with varying levels of wear, I believe it is reasonable to expect a vehicle to start and operate properly shortly after purchase. In my opinion, replacing a battery that fails almost immediately after delivery would be a gesture of good customer service and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. Selling a vehicle that becomes inoperable due to a severely degraded battery shortly after purchase creates a disappointing ownership experience and reflects poorly on the overall customer experience. I had hoped for better support in resolving what appears to be a straightforward issue.
