    Fried Rice

Called though the phone and got a quick and polite response and quick responses when I asked about a few items good bang for your buck as I got full with a less then half and have more then enough for the day for $6.62 this was an amazing experience which nice open seating and clean area overall 10 out of 10 experience for myself the food was just as amazing as the experience amazing flavors!

Food here is really well priced for the portions you get. Sweet and sour pork and pepper steak with chow mien is what's pictured. All for $12.12. Pretty solid. The service is always nice but it's definitely a take out place. I wouldn't really eat inside. The whole strip area isn't really vibing like that.

This is how is chicken fried rice looks like. Not taste, no chicken just a few. It's just rice with vegetables. Horrible taste.

The food was pretty yummy here, just your average Chinese fast food nothing special. The prices are super cheap and they LOAD your plate up.

To be honest its not the best If you are hungry then it would kinda good The flavor are not the best at all the rice taste funny and as well the chow mein Just not good But the customer service is good

Hot and sour soup lacks flavor, not standard ingredients
    Michelle L.

Ordered Hot and sour soup and egg rolls. Neither of them are standard like most Asian places and unfortunately very disappointing. The hot and sour soup lacks flavor as well as many of the basic ingredients your typical hot and sour soup has. It has many things that a wonton soup would have like zucchini, mushroom, and bok choy and wonton type shrimp? Very clear liquid very plain. The egg rolls are HUGE but because they are so oily it was gross. They are like little burrito sized drenched in oil, each bite of cabbage was drenched in oil, 0 out of 10. Very disappointing in quality of food as well as waste of money.

Food was great and fresh, this was my first time. I'll definitely be back. Affordable and took 10'min!

Combo chow mein, orange Chicken, and sweet and Sour Pork

I ordered from this place via Delivery. The 4 stars is for overall quality of food. Below are my personal opinions of the items I purchased Combo plate with Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and Sweet and Sour Pork & an order of egg rolls. Pros: The food arrived quick & hot. The portions are huge and enough to share or have left overs. My favorite was the orange chicken. I thought it tasted yummy without being too sweet. The food overall wasn't super greasy. The egg rolls are huge! Like really big. There is no meat in them, which I don't mind. They arrive super hot and still very crispy and flavorful. Cons: I wasn't a huge fan of the sweet and sour pork. I found it a bit bland and it was a bit chewy for my taste. I wouldn't order it again. The chow mein was overall good, but it lacked in flavor. Nothing a little soy sauce can't fix. I really enjoyed the egg roll, but thought there was way too much filling. I think if there was some kind of protein it might help break up all the cabbage. I would have liked to have the option to choose two different sides on the app. But that's a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would definitely order from here again. I would probably not order the sweet and sour pork again. But will definitely try other entree options.

    Orange chicken and white rice

The orange chicken is nasty it don't take like orange chicken it was hard and the rice was dry, I asked for a refund and they didn't refund me the money they are rude and charge for every sauce u ask for in the restaurant it don't say anything about them not refunding your money simply rude I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Horrible customer service and the cashier has her daughter about 4 years old in the workplace unprofessional

Restaurant is packed, so place resos if possible. Food here is absolutely delicious. Notable dishes for me are the Pad See Ew with the giant shrimp and the Salmon Larb. Pad See ew had such a good wok fry essence. So flavorful, and perfect blend of savory and slight sweetness. Chinese broccoli nicely wok fried. The shrimp was jumbo and so succulent. Salmon Larb was perfectly cooked with fried cubes of juicy flavorful salmon. Tossed in fresh mint, cilantro, scallions, a ton of fresh lime juice, chili flakes, red onions and lettuce. The toasted rice powder was definitely apparent as every Larb dish should have. Slightly different take of Larb, bit more modernized and tweaked cause definitely a salad with the lettuce versus served with the cabbage and cucumber on the side. I don't think you can go wrong with what you order. Definitely fusion of authentic with a modernized American feel. Cocktails were excellent and recommend their Tamarind Spicy drink, don't remember the name but it was so good. Unfortunately no photos cause we weee hungry and just cleared out the food as it came out. Service is straight forward. We got what we needed with a bit wait due to the fact the place is BUSY!

Dan Modern Chinese has indoor & outdoor seating, and we came on a weekday around 7:15PM. It wasn't crowded at all & the hostess let us pick to sit wherever we wanted. Typically we understand when it's busy if the servers cannot drop by our table for an introduction, but it was lowkey kind of a long time before our server even came to greet or give waters. To the point where we almost walked out (we couldn't flag anyone down & no one looked our way). We ordered Mapo Tofu w/Crab, Xiao Long Bao's, Pickled Cucumbers, Scallion Pancake, Fried Dumplings. Everything tasted super yummy, my favorite was the scallion pancake bc it was on the crispy side!! We'd love to come back again and try and hopefully have better service. Bc the food is super delicious and made up for the lack thereof in service.

We were seated and the food came out quickly, but after that, service was a bit slow. We tried several things including the crab and pork soup dumplings, shrimp wonton in chili oil, house beef noodle soup, orange chicken, and walnut shrimp. Definitely a place you can easily have a family style meal at! Crab and pork soup dumplings - really good flavor, wish there was slightly more soup in the dumpling! Would definitely get again, especially if you get their HH price Walnut shrimp - my new favorite walnut shrimp in the area! These came out nice and fresh, shrimp was cooked well, sauce was good balance of sweet and savory Beef noodle soup - broth was surprisingly not as hearty as the deep color would make you think, but still very full of beef flavor. The beef was very tender, melt in your mouth! Noodles were nicely bouncy with mild chew. Good option if you are in the mood for noodle soup Orange chicken - unfortunately seemed to be a mix of freshly cooked and an old order as some pieces were warmer than others. Good flavor, but chicken inside the breading was quite dry. Wish it was a bit saucier Shrimp wonton in chili oil - to me had a strange aftertaste. It does have cucumber in the wonton - warm cucumber taste was not for me Inside had a rustic appearance with brick walls and industrial lights. A good place to eat with a few friends and try different things. Would come back for the walnut shrimp and crab and pork soup dumplings!

I wanted to find out if this spot was as good as I had remembered it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was practically disappointed by two out of the three dishes. Two of them that should've been the best. I'll start out with the Mongolian beef. There was plenty of meat and onions and green onions, but there was no kick to it, not the greatest flavor either. It was also a little watery, which was a major letdown for me. I was really looking forward to enjoying it with the white rice that came with it. Next up was the chicken chow mein. I was expecting to have long noodles in its to go box but when I was eating it, it was small noodle cuts. That was a bit shocking for me. It also didn't have a lot of great flavor, and again I was let down. I did get vegetable fried rice, because who could actually screw that up. It was the best dish out of the three. Not a ton of flavor in it but enough for me to actually enjoy it. I tried using the leftover chow mein by putting it in a skillet and adding a few spices and oils. It improved it just a little bit, but not enough. Clearly, I can't go back here. It's like they say: buy cheap get cheap.

She did not let me down as we walked in and noticed how truly authentic it was going to look. Chinese decor on the walls and boxes of restaurant supples in the corners. Just as it should be. The bonus was that they had a TV showing the NBA Finals when we arrived. Pretty nice touch and in the back of the restaurant so as not to distract everyone. We went with a couple of our favorite dishes to run along and the Chicken Lo Mein was pretty good. Crispy pieces of chicken and soft noodles and veggies to go with it. We chose to get Mongolian Beef and it was absolutely fantastic. Crispy celery, green onions and decent sized pieces of meat in a terrific sauce. I would love to try to replicate that. My wife wanted a shrimp dish so she ordered the honey walnut and it even looked good to me when they brought it. She loves egg rolls, so she got a four piece and said they were pretty good. My biggest wow of the visit was their vegetable fried rice. MY GOD. I dont know what they season or flavor it with, but every fork full of rice that i ate, it was this sense of flavor that reminded me of butter or something else. I really loved the sensation i experienced from this particular dish. I am really curious on what it actually is. We had plenty to share, which is always a plus. The restaurant has a nice family-style vibe, but it's a lot smaller inside than it looks from the outside. If it's busy, it can feel pretty cramped, and you'll probably have to squeeze between tables and chairs to get around. If it's not crowded though, it's much easier to move around. The service was fast, which I appreciated. The only downside was the food runner who brought out our meals. He wasn't very friendly and kind of just set the plates down wherever there was space, even on top of the plates we were already using. It felt a little careless and took away from an otherwise good experience. Overall, the food was definitely the highlight, but because of that experience with the service, it'll probably be a while before I come back.
