Update: came in for a lunch special with my wife and her mom, and the food tasted different (quite a bit better than when we were here the last two times). The lunch special provides generous portions, with plenty to bring back. What really stood out, was how conscientious, attentive, and polite both the waitress and host were to us. As we were leaving, my wife asked the host if there had been a change in ownership or chef recently...he seemed puzzled, saying it's been the same for the past many years (family owned and operated). L17. General Tso's Chicken ($12.75) L18. Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce ($12.75) L25. Shrimp with Snow Peas ($13.75) All the lunch specials come with choice of soup (egg drop or sweet and sour), egg roll, and choice of carb (steamed rice, fried rice, noodle). Since we ordered three dishes, got to try all of the additions. I liked both the soups. The egg roll was served hot out of the fryer, but had the typical mushy 'La Choy' frozen egg roll filling that I dislike. The noodles were more like spaghetti noodles than lo mein. The fried rice was simple, with just egg added (which was fine). As for the main dishes, all the ingredients and sauces were solid. The seafood dish came in a white sauce which was OK, but had plenty of shrimp, water chestnuts, and peas. The chicken dish was good since it was served fresh, with the typical food service provider dark meat chicken chunks. We ordered from Chen's last night, and have since had a lovely case of food poisoning. I called the restaurant today, and spoke with the manager Alan, and mentioned that we might need to go to urgent care if our symptoms do not improve. He told us to go to urgent care, and additionally did not offer to return our bill (which would cover the cost of urgent care). Also, the actual taste of the food has declined substantially in the last several years since I have been coming here. We are all upset at this experience and won't be returning until something substantial changes. read more

They always call right before they arrive to give you a chance to get ready and the delivery driver is always so friendly and greets me with a smile and my delivery is almost always earlier than the hour quoted. Now...THE FOOD. My boxes are always filled to the brim and the food is HOT. As hot as it would be delivered to you straight from the kitchen. Everything is always fresh and beyond delicious. There was barely anyone there so service was fast and the man running the restaurant was quite nice to us. I ordered the gourmet wonton soup and it did hit the spot. I can't comment on the quality of the food, because we didn't even get that far in our dining experience. My family and I arrived and it took at least 15 minutes to be greeted and have our drink order taken. My son ordered orange juice and I ordered a Thai tea no boba. I had to send his drink back because it was not orange juice, it was Sunny Delight. My Thai tea had boba, so I sent it back. I used to love this place!! The quality of the food has significantly decreased. The service is hit or miss when you dine in. I had the food around Thanksgiving time after telling myself to never have it again due to feeling sick to my stomach after eating here. Shame on me for giving it another try, same thing happened. I don't have a sensitive stomach, but there's something about eating here that doesn't sit well for me. Never again will I eat here. So today was a funny experience in this restaurant. Don't get me wrong the food is good but the waitress had an attitude the whole time towards my family and still insisted on her tip . When I was ready to pay I press on no tip for the reason of her attitude and she mentioned "the tip is not included and I said ok" and once again she cancel and told me to slide the card again and when I pressed no tip again she look at my wife and said the tip is not included and I looked at the waitress and said " what are you doing , I am the one paying for this bill and you ain't getting no tip as your attitude it's been bad the whole time." We had an event here and it was my first time ever eating here. The rest is clean and seems bigger than I'd imagined. Staff was trying their best given how many people were there. Though they should have had coverage knowing we had booked it months in advance. Took them awhile to take drink orders and getting the glasses out for guests. The food was your typical Chinese restaurant. Super greasy and not a whole lot of flavors n my opinion. Hopefully they can re examine their menu a bit and the flavors as they were lacking. I went here last Christmas was hoping that my dinner would be perfect this Christmas but turns out it was horrible first thing we got there sat down had horrible service and then our food came out we ate everything was wonderful but at the end I decided to look in the soup just to make sure nothing was in there sadly I found it baby cockroach in my soup I just want to warn everybody if you do end up going here please be careful because I ended up giving my son who is 2 years old cockroach soup and me and my son ate half of the entire bowl once again be careful where you sit down and eat look in your food just to make sure it is safe because you never know what you're eating read more

I've ordered from here for nearly 5 years now and I still forget to take pictures. The food is always delicious and on point and the packaging is pretty good. My go to faves are the Shrimp Fried Rice, the BBQ Spare Ribs, the salt and pepper chicken wings, honey walnut glazed shrimp, the beef and broccoli, the wonton soup, just to name a few. "No tea for you", (it's against the law [??really?]) , also dirty dishes were not taken away. Another deluter of delight was the loudmouthed party at another table telling grossly inappropriate stories of his midwestern childhood. When eating the food it honestly tasted old like they maybe had it pre made and just warmed it up. The sauce was salty and had the same consistency as gravy. All the meat inside it was rubbery and tasted old. Also tasted like noodles were not all the way done and had some crunchy parts in it.
