Was a great alternative to trendy coffee houses and Starbucks while in the burbs. We drove through to grab some sweet coffees. The woman working was the only person there. I'v gone twice now, and haven't been disappointed with either of my selections! It's a super cute, super tiny coffee shop (no interior seating- drive through window or walk-up window only), that offers a variety of food and beverage (particularly coffee). I've now had 2 of the coffees. I first tried Caramel Bliss. It's made with Ghiradelli White Chocolate, Caramel, Espresso, and Steamed milk. All coffees can come either iced or hot, and being a true New Englander, I really like my coffee over ice. It was absolutely amazing. The second coffee I had was the S'more which had Marshmellow, and a variety of other flavorings. You can also get your more traditional coffees if you're not an adventurous coffee drinker. Every drink comes with a type of "bean"- my first being a chocolate covered espresso bean, and my second being a coffee chocolate covered espresso bean! Based on an overview of the menu, they also offer a variety of non-coffee drinks including teas, smoothies, and Hot Cocoa's. You can get all of your coffees with Soy, Almond, and 2 other non-dairy milk choices as well. They also serve food, from quiche's to fresh fruit. Coffee's range in sizes from 12 oz- 32 oz (so for you Starbucks goers, that's a Tall to Trenta sizing). For those who are from New England, and may have the slightest clue of what I'm talking about, this place is comparable to Mary Lou's Coffee, except definitely more flavorful because it's all espresso based, and it's one of a kind! I came here on a lunch break, and was pleasantly surprised! There was a bit of a line but I only waited about 5 minutes. I ordered the iced snickers drink, and I swapped out the milk chocolate for the dark chocolate and light ice. The drink was perfectly made. The chocolate was rich and not overly sweet and not too much ice. I only waited about a minute the drink and the staff was very kind! I will definitely be back again! read more

Cute little drive through coffee place, perfect for that quick morning cup on the way to work. For the past couple of months I've been enjoying their holiday eggnog latte and they make it just right - not too sweet and rich with the eggnog flavour. I've also tried their regular and flavoured coffees all of which are fantastic! Chocolate covered coffee beans are complimentary with every cup and the cheerful, friendly baristas are just the kind of people you want to meet first thing in the morning. My boyfriend has this habit of requesting "something sugary and awesome" and every barista we've met here has been enthusiastic about the challenge. This place is also great for grab-n-go breakfast foods - I personally love the banana nut muffin top (yes, its just a muffin top!) and the cheddar herb bagel. After being a barista for years, I mostly stay away from Starbucks and other large chains. I moved to Bellevue from Bothell a couple years ago and drive through coffee stands are just not very common around here. I finally found Amore just down the street from both my work and where I live and it's quite fabulous. The girls are sweet and make really good coffee, and it seems there is very little turnover here. (Which is rare for a coffee stand) I mostly stick to white coffee or red bull and it is always YUM. Bees. So many bees. I counted at least seven or eight just flying around inside that little hut. I felt bad for the girls working inside, but they just worked around them. I don't just feel bad for the girls it's also unsanitary. They need to fix their bee problem, and soon! I saw them landing on the syrup bottles, counters, and who knows what else. I felt uncomfortable waiting for my coffee as I would freak out if one of those lil' effers flew into my car. No thank you. Maybe someone will see this and push to get an exterminator or something. I've been a visitor of amore for about three years now. Love the coffee, love the easy location, and their fast service. One woman show, friendly and great coffee!! I like my balanced, the right amount of strong coffee mellowed out with creamy soy or milk. They make it right here, it not syruped to death drowning out the coffee flavor. My coffee order: 32oz iced decaf (sometimes half decaf) almond roca soy latte FIRST TIMERS: there is a ton of flavorings, there is a sheet to the right of the window to help you make your selection. The only con is that there is only one barista running the whole show and some days the line is long. But in all honesty if this means sacrificing quality, I'll wait in line happily. read more

Came here with my hubby for a caffeine fix between errands and were very glad we did! It has been awhile since I have visited an independent coffee stand, they are so much better! We tried an iced caramel bliss and a hot mint mocha bianco, both were delicious without being overly sweet like I tend to get at the bigger chain types. With those larger establishments it is either weak in flavor or over the top..no middle ground. They're always so pleasant! I am addicted to the Mint Mocha Bianco (hot). Absolutely addicted. About half of the time I am the only one in line and half of the time there's a good string of cars going. The coffee is good (I've had a few other selections) and not OVERLY sugary. That seems to be my biggest challenge with most coffee places. They offer whip cream, straws, and a chocolate covered coffee bean if you so wish. That's a nice touch. I used to love Urban Timber and Jitters when they were in the area, but pretty much every coffee shop that wasn't Starbucks ended up going out of business. To me, Starbucks just tastes so... I don't know, manufactured? I didn't notice this place for a long time, because it's so small and just in the corner of a big parking lot, but I was so happy to come upon Amore Coffee and taste a handcrafted, delicious coffee like my old favorite shops. I've been going to this coffee stand for over five years now! No matter what drink I get it's always 5star and to be honest at this point I wouldn't even be able to start my day off without a yummy drink from Amore. They have AMAZING customer service. Always patient, always polite, always positive! Even during the pandemic they've done an awesome job wearing gloves, masks, sanitizing/disinfecting! I give them major props. It can be hard working in a confined space when you're on the move and wearing a mask but they somehow do it effortlessly. Thank you ladies for always being so awesome!
