Just got my service yesterday, and they did an outstanding job! Signed up for tree trimming and also got the curbside appeal package. They got all my trees trimmed, even up high. They ended up pressure washing all of our flat spaces, blowing out my gutters, cleaning some windows, laid down mulch. If they asked me once they asked a dozen times: "How does this look, what else can we do for you". Once the work was completed, they slowly went with me on a walk through all the work that they had completed. At all times, they were professional, polite, and took the time to hear out all my questions/comments. I'm not going to blast with one star, because my engagement has been so bizarre, but, I recommend y'all beware. After two groups of two texts (4) identical to each other (two identical messages sent days after each other), I responded that I'd need to consult the ghouls in my attic. After quickly realizing this wasn't a vulture looking to buy my home at poverty rates, I quickly responded that, sure, I'd take a quote! I've got some branches over my roof. But, perchance, they're still vultures. Next I hear, I'm being offered the incredible value of $2,500 for my $3,250 quote I've never seen! Anytime you're pressed with this urgency for a discount, you have to question things. But what could this possibly include? A full butcher job of all my trees? I just had a ton of work done at my house in Denton, TX, with an arborist I trust, for $2,400. I have no idea what was in that quote. Never shared. $2,500 to trim very thin and minimal branching over my roof is true lunacy. I can't imagine what kind of hatchet job they had in mind, and that is why I write this review. Have a certified arborist assess your situation. Too many tree trimmers are looking to cut with wild abandon. I do not believe that any certified arborist would suggest any work without actually having access to the tree. My experience is that's necessary - these folks didn't have access to my back yard - and I'd also expect, from past experience, for a clear explanation of why the work is necessary for tree health. They worked tediously and got the job done in two days, with just the clean up and some small odd and ends to finish.
