I hired Ortiz Tree Trimming to trim our large oak tree, trim rose bushes, and mulch our planters. They did a good job on the mulch and cleaning up after they finished. Unfortunately, they didn't complete trimming the tree and when I text them to finish, he told me he would have to charge more. Since they are supposed to specialize in tree trimming, they didn't know how to trim it completely. They charged more than our other two bids, but decided to use them since they mulched our neighbor's yard and were able to do it right afterwards. Very disappointing. read more
