I cannot recommend Jaime Tree Service enough! If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would. We have a lot of live oaks in our yard that needed serious attention, and the difference between Jaime Tree Service and the other companies I contacted was night and day. From the very first interaction, the communication was excellent. Getting an estimate was incredibly fast and straightforward, and getting the work scheduled was just as smooth. I originally got quotes from some of the bigger, more "corporate" tree services in town, and I was genuinely shocked--their prices were **multiple times more expensive** for the exact same scope of work! With those other companies, you deal with a salesperson who gives you a quote, then a scheduler, and finally a crew shows up who might not even know what was promised. With Jaime Tree Service, you get the complete opposite. Because this is a true family business owned and operated by a father and son, you are communicating directly with the people handling your project from start to finish. There is no middleman or disconnect; the person you talk to is the person doing the work. They don't just send out a random crew; the father and son are the ones in the trees themselves (bringing in additional help only when needed), which brings a level of accountability and pride you just don't find elsewhere. And don't let the incredible price fool you--their expertise is top-tier. They used to cut trees for the Austin Electric utility, so they know exactly what they are doing when it comes to safety and precision. They treated our live oaks with such care, trimming them back beautifully to keep them healthy. On the day of the service, they arrived right on time, worked incredibly hard, and left my yard looking cleaner than it was before they arrived! They raked up every leaf and hauled away all the debris perfectly. If you want honest, skilled, hard-working people at a fair price, look no further. Jaime and his crew did an amazing job removing a dead tree, trimming a bunch of overgrown trees that hadn't been trimmed for over 2 years, removing bushes that had grown out of control around an AC unit. I hired Jaime Tree Service to remove 4 dead cypress trees, cut back an over grown hedge and trim back the canopy of a massive oak tree in the front yard. The experience was great!
