Great service. Prompt response and quote estimate which was very reasonable. Arturo was quick to do a site visit to give us the quote. He knows his tree. He and his team were efficient and thorough. Took two days to chop down three trees (1 dead, 2 live) with grinding. They even cleaned up and mowed my lawn and cleaned up all the leaves as well as cleaning up all the driveways. We had some large trees and there was debris across three driveways including our neighbors. They did cut an underground hose I was completely unaware of while grinding one of the tree stumps, but Arturo came by a week later and fixed it. They are responsible and have insurance in case any of the workers get injured. With the grinding of the stump and roots, you can't tell there was even a tree there. Keep in mind that they grind the roots about foot deep, so we had to contact the city to mark any gas pipes or electricity lines which wasn't hard to do (city sent someone promptly in a few days) read more

I am grateful for Arturo doing a last minute job for me. We were having our fence replaced but didn't know where the property lines were with respect to a tree that was in the way. We found it to be on our property and decided to have it removed but it needed to be done before the fencers came back the next day! I called Arturo and sent him some pictures that he used to give me a quote. He came by well before the fencers and got it out of the way. I then decided to get some stumps grinded down that another tree service left behind (and didn't even bring up doing anything for them). He went ahead and did it right then. Because this was last minute, I have no idea how competitive the prices were. I tried to get an estimate from another company but they missed the several hour window they gave me for coming by and I had a meeting so I just called them off. Great experience - First and foremost, Arturo is the one who came out to give the bid AND came out with the crew to do the work. I have had so many contractors who come out and sound great when they give the bid, but then when it's time to do the work it's some hired crew who has no idea what they're doing. His bid was well under almost everyone else - $400 for a job that others were bidding as high as $900 (there was one bid for $350 but it was from someone very sketchy) For both the bid and the work he showed up when he said he would (sadly, that's a rare quality). He took the time to move my chairs, planters, etc out of the way and replaced them all afterwards exactly where they were. There was a piece of the cut trunk that had a hole in it and - noticing all the gardens around my yard - asked if I would want him to cut the piece of hollow trunk down to size to use as a planter! On a sidenote, it was a hot day and he let his crew take breaks - didn't cost me any more but did cost him more since it meant the job took a little longer for no extra money. I have seen contractors work their people like slaves, it was great to see someone respect the dignity of the people working for him. So ya...obviously, I recommend this company. read more

I had a lot of dead and partially dead trees from the storm that needed attention, plus I have huge oak trees that were too close to my roof, and I needed clearance. They did all of that, plus cleaned up areas I didn't even realize were a problem. On top of that, they were able to clean my gutters (most tree trimming services don't do gutters, this saved me having to call out a separate company). All for a very fair price. After reading the rave reviews For Sanchez's Tree Service, I decided to give him a call. Arturo came out immediately to help me with my, "Wild Kingdom." I had overgrown jasmine hedges, an out of control mulberry tree, (which he removed)hackberry tree, (got rid of that too!) a blackberry bush, crepe myrtles and an oak tree and pecan tree that needed shaping up oh, did I mention the crazy rose bushes? My yard was a hot mess and Arturo got it together in two days! He even pointed out the poison oak that was growing along my fence and got rid of it too.
