I had a huge red oak tree that cracked and lost a really big limb. Part of the branch fell on my…read moreroof. The limb was at least 24" in circumference and was just about to fully break off. I couldn't get anyone out here the same day to keep the limb from falling and doing more damage until I called Jaime. He came out within 2 hours of my call. Jaime knew how to 'surgically' cut the limb so that it didn't do any additional damage to the roof. After looking at the branch he showed me where the center of the tree was hollow and rotted so he had to take out more than just the one huge branch. You can tell that he knows what he's talking about so I did what he recommended. He topped off the tree in such a way that it doesn't look bald, but still a nice tree. I'm so very impressed with Jaime and his team. He cleaned up afterwards and it looks great. I would give him more stars if I could!

He arrived exactly when he said he would and proceeded to take thorough pictures of not only the fallen branch but also branches that were growing over the roof and needed to be trimmed. From the start, Rod has been extremely helpful in diagnosing the problems with our lawn and following through with the treatments. Great communication, so many other lawn mowers we've had in the past have basically ghosted us. With Rod and his team, we are not only knowing when the lawn will be mowed but he is also keeping track of the weeds, pests, and fungi. Our weeds are not yet gone, but it seems like the pests are, based on the way the grass is growing in.
