I have tried numerous landscaping companies over the past two years and none of them have been a good fit. I'm so grateful I found Wellspring, and wish I had found them sooner! I love Rule #2 of their company--"Shut the damn gate!" This is a super important rule for the residences that they service, but also for our business! I love that they are considerate about the pets whose yards they are mowing and want to ensure their safety so the dogs do not escape from a gate that was carelessly left open. I also love how this company has been willing to work with some of our specific requests. We have clients dropping their dogs off for doggy daycare each morning between 7-10 AM and picking them between 4-7 PM and dogs are scared of loud noises like lawn mowers! So we requested they not complete our services during those time frames! They have been so accommodating about our schedule and respect our needs specific to running our business smoothly. We so appreciate that and we were not able to find this with companies we used before. Finally I love the videos that the owner makes! During the month of October Austin experienced unprecedented rainfall. I mean we had like 20 days straight of constant rain. The owner sent out plenty of email communication including videos explaining that they would do the best they could to get everyone serviced as soon as the whether cleared up. But he also explained that even if we had one day of dry weather, it was still not a good idea to mow lawns that were still completely saturated. I really appreciated the transparency. Overall this is the best landscaping company in Austin!

Wellspring Landscape recently designed and installed a complete rework of our home's front yard…read morelandscape on Pullman Ave in downtown Hot Springs. They added a stunning dry river bed crossing the yard corner to corner using two types of stone. Amongst plants added we are very fond of Nelly, our new Japanese Maple who we understand loves changing with the seasons! Marshall replanted our overgrown daylillies to the front of our house and added what we know will be gorgeous variegated pink azaleas for accent color and low maintenance! He included a birdbath and added a couple large stones even as late requests from us, even edged our ragged old front sidewalk to the front door with stone that fits in ever so nicely. Marshall has a remarkable work ethic. Shows up when he says he will, is diligent and responsible with his work and was careful of our property as he worked. He gave us a clear picture of what he planned and worked happily with us to incorporate our ideas. I recommend him to anyone who has landscaping needs. He is a person who you can trust to perform the work honestly at a fair price using good plants and materials who truly loves and as he should takes pride in what he does each day.

He was able to diagnose the issue quickly while the guys from the company that takes care of our lawn were clueless, came out unannounced while I wasn't home, said everything checked out fine (it was not fine) and when I called them back told me it would be six to eight weeks before they could come back. Fidel was outstanding to work with, explained the issue in a very understandable way and quickly went to work. When he finished he set the timer in my system to irrigate in a couple minutes. Presto! The system works once again! Fidel returned the settings to where they were and charged what I consider to be an incredibly low fee. I highly recommend LaRaza!

A good tree trimmer and cleaner envisions how the trees will grow back and how that will impact your maintenance, views, and charm of your home and yard. I can say that Wild Oak Tree service did all of that AND ensured that my yard was properly trimmed and cleaned up afterwards. They did excellent and timely work and highly recommend them to everyone. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Wild Oak Tree Service…read more We hired them to trim trees on our property, and during the work their crew damaged our fence. Accidents happen, and we would have been completely understanding if they had simply taken responsibility and fixed the damage. Instead, the most frustrating part of this experience has been what happened afterward. We have repeatedly contacted the company and given them multiple opportunities to come back and repair the fence. We have been told it would be addressed, followed up multiple times, and continued to get delays and avoidance rather than a resolution. At this point, we have spent far more time chasing them than any customer should have to spend trying to get a contractor to repair damage caused by its own crew. A company's professionalism isn't just about completing the original job -- it's also about how they respond when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, Wild Oak Tree Service has failed badly in that regard. We gave them every reasonable opportunity to make this right before leaving this review. Unfortunately, they have not done so. I would not hire them again and would caution others to think carefully before doing so.
