We hired Ray and his team to do a complete overhaul of our back yard.  This included a large stone patio, walk-way, all new plants and trees and new irrigation and rock.  Every member of his team was timely, worked very hard, and had amazing attention to detail.   Further, Ray and his team exceeded our expectations and did small jobs along the way that were not included in the scope of work.  These included cutting down an unwanted tree, bordering garden beds, and adjusting irrigation lines, etc.   At certain points along the way, Ray and his designer Jose would show up to make sure the work was being done properly and to guide any changes that needed to be made.   We could not be happier with Ray and his dedication to his work, business and family.  He is a genuine and honest man with a passion for his business.   We feel very lucky to have found Ray, and will continue to use him for all of our landscaping needs. read more

We had 5 estimates and there was NO competition when it came to Ray... NONE AT ALL. Mr Ramirez is awesome. He and his crew came to my home and transformed it in a matter of hours. He trimmed all my trees he mowed my grass, and he fixed my sprinklers. When he was finished with my home, he went and did 6 or 7 other homes on my street. Thats how good he did on mine. He also does what he says he is going to do. These guys were the first to call me when I posted that I needed some gravel work on Angie's list. I passed on other bidders because Ramirez assured me they would be able to meet with me that morning to discuss the project. The morning meeting time turned to lunch, then to next morning because Ramirez said they were still working on a job (which I had been assured was completed and the crew was free to do my project when I first spoke to them, but whatever.) This morning, I contacted to confirm our meeting time and was met with a "something else came up" and that they were no longer interested in doing the job. They were aware of the short timeline I am under and that they were wasting a full day on scheduling their estimate, only to not follow through and leave me high and dry. Look elsewhere. read more

Zero stars if it was possible. This family... where to even start? A 3 week project that turned into 5 months and counting. 5 weeks in, they handed us a bill for an extra $26,000 during a full on scream fight in our front yard!! They try to cut every corner possible and will hope you won't notice. Even getting mad at me for wanting the job done well, on time, and for the agreed upon price. They left some stonework incomplete and I had to reach out countless times to get them to come back. They began to repair half of the incomplete work (the front of the corner of the house with materials that do not match the rest of the stonework...) and Rey yelled at me when I asked what he was planning on doing with the side of that corner saying I would never be happy and had only asked him to complete the front. No, Rey, there are two sides to a corner and I will not have my foundation exposed after paying you $80,000. Do not trust this family, everything will be blamed on you and there will be every excuse in the world used for why things aren't completed and aren't their fault.
