They don't just send out a random crew; the father and son are the ones in the trees themselves (bringing in additional help only when needed), which brings a level of accountability and pride you just don't find elsewhere. And don't let the incredible price fool you--their expertise is top-tier. They used to cut trees for the Austin Electric utility, so they know exactly what they are doing when it comes to safety and precision. They treated our live oaks with such care, trimming them back beautifully to keep them healthy. On the day of the service, they arrived right on time, worked incredibly hard, and left my yard looking cleaner than it was before they arrived!
