I needed tree trimming, tree shaping, brush clean-up, and tree stumps removed, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. Damon was prompt, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. He even got me on his schedule quickly, which I really appreciated with the upcoming storm. Damon also took the time to evaluate a spot I was concerned about on one of my trees and gave me expert advice on how to handle it. He does not just know tree trimming, he is clearly very knowledgeable in his field. He patiently listened to my needs while offering thoughtful suggestions. The crew was efficient, professional, and friendly. They carefully trimmed my trees, cleaned up broken areas, and made sure my roof, fence, and backyard were in great shape! I was especially impressed with how thorough they were with the yard clean-up afterward--it was spotless! Damon's pricing was very competitive, which was a bonus for the excellent quality of work they provided. If you're looking for a service that handles everything from tree trimming and tree removal to tree health evaluations and brush clean-up, Damon with Clean Cuts Tree Care is your best bet. I'll definitely be using Damon and his team again--and no one else!

Pablo came on the day we scheduled, did a few tasks here and there with his assistant and promised that he would come back the next day to "finish the rest of the work." I decided to put my trust in Pablo and pay him the full amount $250. The next day, I waited for him to come, but ended up telling me that he had to schedule...Cut to 2 weeks later, and he's rescheduled the "completion of the task" over and over, to the point where I'm not sure what exactly he did in his first day of work. I gave him every opportunity to at least send me a text message giving me an update or a reason on why he's not responding for multiple weeks with a CLEAR answer on what exactly he still needs to complete. Crickets. Long story short, he ended up completely ghosting me for no reason...I'm not an unreasonable person by any means, if you don't want to complete the service, give me a heads up of what you did complete and what was left and I can at least get someone else. Eventually, I just gave up. I had to call TWO other Certified Arborist companies to tell me that Pablo didn't complete his work and there was still significant work to be done. Another $250 down the drain. All of this could've been avoided had Pablo simply texted me back a simple response: "Hey sorry I wasn't able to get to that. I have a busy schedule, but I recommend you find someone else to complete this this and this." but instead he for some reason just likes pushing things off, not showing up, and ghosting you out of the blue for no reason. Overall, I agree with the comments that Pablo is RUDE and is not good at communicating with CUSTOMERS. He's just simply not Professional in the most bizarre kind of way. Like seriously, does it take so much effort to send a text message to a customer that you didn't complete the task you promised to complete AFTER he's paid? Overall, Pablo is a strange man and I don't recommend his service in any capacity. Go with Beny's Tree Service - they've got a great Certified Arborist at very reasonable rates (and honestly better reviews overall). I have nothing but positive things to say about Beny's and nothing but terrible experience to say about Pablo, who apparently is Board Certified and touts his accolades, even though his professionalism is just not there.

This year was a big job and they had to work in the rain and cold. They came back at no charge and reinspected when it was dry and they could see better when things were dry. They did some more trimming and applying sealant at every point where there was something cut, and even reapplied it where they had originally cut in the rain to make sure it had a good coating. There was no extra charge. The quality of work is one thing, but showing up on time, every time, sending me a copy of their insurance renewal each year and the proper wearing of safety gear and life lines makes us happy campers. There have been some changes in the staff from earlier times but I am more than pleased with the different staff. They cost a bit more than the cheapest you can find, but I love the peace of mind of knowing they are watching out for their employees safety and ourselves with having insurance. Well done folks!

I noticed that they had completely topped the tree in his front yard and I assumed that they were completely taking the tree out however, they left the trunk of the tree standing without a canopy. I went back to work before noticing them doing the same to a tree in the backyard. I stopped the workers and asked what they were doing and why? They pretended not hear me or understand my questions and continued working. I contacted the homeowner asking if he was aware that the contractor was completely topping his trees. He stated that they had been hired to clear the undergrowth however, they notified him that the tree was split down the middle and needed to be addressed. He does not live in the area and authorized them to do what was necessary to address the problem. It appears that he is being taken for a ride since the solution to a cracked limb is not to completely top the canopy of two different trees. To be clear I did not request these services however, the homeowner did not request the services that were delivered. Munoz Tree Service is taking advantage of his geographic separation from the property to perform additional unneeded work that is ultimately going to kill these trees. Furthermore, it is clear they do not have any skills or training is best practices for tree trimming as topping a trees canopy is not recommended as a technique for tree trimming. Buyer beware.
