He even knew certain weed types down to the name, I was impressed! We talked about several things I wanted to accomplish and he let me know what they could accommodate. Their prices are very fair, and we were able to get the service done the same day. We had three guys come out and they worked so hard and had incredible attention to detail. Seriously, we've gone through three different lawn services in our yard has not looked as good ever. We had weeds pulled by hand, hedges trimmed and shaped, a tree cut back, and hazardous branch removed from a large tree and hauled away. These guys were also so neat. everything was collected in reusable bags as they worked, and when done it was packed up . They even used leaf blowers to get all the small pieces away after. I am blown away by the service and look forward to working with the team for the foreseeable future :)

Our back and front yards were in bad shape from our previous lawn service. Handyman Lawns made them look better than they had in years! They cut the front hedges--and same thing. Those hedges have never looked better. One of front bed looked horrible because of the big snowstorm. It also killed on of our young trees. Tyce came out and made some wonderful plant suggestions. His crew came out the following Monday and gave that bed a makeover. It looks incredible! We absolutely love it! They replaced the dead tree with a pretty crepe myrtle that's already a nice size and looks great. The whole yard looks brand new! It hasn't looked this good since we moved here. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly, highly recommend.

He gave me a quote of $35 for every two week mowing. It was suppose to be every Thursday. They mowed that first time, which was on time and looked perfect. Second time wasn't on Thursday, I assumed it was due to weather. They showed up on Saturday without informing me, woke us up on one of our few days to sleep in. Then I let them know after no one had shown up for the third mowing that I would be going with a new lawn care service. Now invoicing, after I let him know I would not be doing another month he asked for an email to send a final bill. I didn't see the original invoice and two weeks later he texted to ask me to pay saying I was two months past due! I let him know I didn't get it so he resent an invoice, then I saw he was charging me $45 per mowing. When I asked he said that's what's on my website and I don't remember quoting you different. Paid the invoice and let him know I'd leave a review and he got upset as you can see in the screenshot. Edited to add a screenshot showing when I reached out, since he seemed to think I didn't have facts straight and should read time stamps.

He offered a next-day appointment, so within 12 hours of the actual time, he was there on-site with a large crew. I loved the service because he didn't blindly start cutting/trimming. He listened to what I wanted but countered and suggested cutting/trimming it differently based on the size of the tree. I'm glad I listened. Denis and his crew did the service within 20 minutes, with the front yard looking like normal. That was the best money I spent because if I tried to go to Home Depot and cut it myself, I would have been out there for two days, lol! Since a huge storm was on next day's horizon, we quickly got some Yelp quotes, and Denis was the first one to respond! Now, this is on a Sunday, mind you! However, David (or someone there -- doesn't matter) instantly responded to note that I'm outside of their service area (hey, too bad, but useful to know), and -- !!!-- named a couple of other companies for me to contact instead. Maybe it's all bot-driven. I'll take it; not only was the response fast and courteous, it was potentially very helpful, and unexpected. As it turns out, I'd already reached someone else who can help, but I thought I'd point out that David's service is obviously on the ball and helpful even to a non-customer.

First a stay in the hospital and then endless doctor appointments to sort things out. I texted David to cancel our last service because we wouldn't be home to unlock the gate. We lost track of virtually everything in the panic I think most parents can relate to. When your kid is in the hospital, you don't stop and take time to dig out lawn care invoices. That can all be sorted when the emergency is over. Right? Not so much I guess. David apparently likes to threaten *filing police reports* for invoices that are less than 30 days past due. This is absurd to the point that I don't have any other commentary. He should feel ashamed, but never even acknowledged my text when I paid the invoice and told him what had happened.
