Alex came to our house to asses what was needed in terms of lawn care. He was beyond knowledgeable, and highly professional. He even knew certain weed types down to the name, I was impressed! We talked about several things I wanted to accomplish and he let me know what they could accommodate. Their prices are very fair, and we were able to get the service done the same day. We had three guys come out and they worked so hard and had incredible attention to detail. Seriously, we've gone through three different lawn services in our yard has not looked as good ever. We had weeds pulled by hand, hedges trimmed and shaped, a tree cut back, and hazardous branch removed from a large tree and hauled away. These guys were also so neat. everything was collected in reusable bags as they worked, and when done it was packed up . They even used leaf blowers to get all the small pieces away after. Alex did a great job communicating with me and took the time to go over all my current and future needs for my overgrown property. He was transparent with the pricing, which was fair, and I was able to get my first appointment quickly considering all that I was requiring. I had opted additional weed treatment service but when Alex arrived the day of my appointment, he advised we not do the treatment considering the weeds would not keep growing at that point in the season. I so appreciate his honesty and that they don't take advantage of their customers. His team was incredibly thorough and fast! They even got to my 8am appointment about15 minutes early and began clearing debris before calling me in case I was still asleep. Very thoughtful! They also make it easy with a very user friendly online Patient Portal and several ways to communicate, especially as I am often out of town. They also have many additional services like junk removal, tree branch removal and lots more. I'm SO impressed with my experience and I've booked them for monthly lawn care maintenance. In the process of getting rid of weeds in my yard, I was left with some very large brown patches that my HOA was not happy about. Alex provided an affordable option of seeding with bermuda and putting a layer of topsoil down. I am excited to see how it grows and fills in the yard! These guys do a great job and are reasonably priced. They have come a couple of times to do work for us. They've cleaned the leaves out of my gutters, removed rocks that were becoming a tarantula haven in my side yard, and cleaned up my leaves. They are responsive and come when they say they will (weather permitting, obviously) and I have requested every other week since I have finally found a professional lawn service. read more
