Contacted Ergeon for some fence repair needs and worked with Dayne. The company uses a video chat to get a visual perspective of the needed repairs and integrates overhead mapping views for additional estimation needs such as length. This is a nice way to reduce in-person estimates and scheduling. They then provide a live walkthrough of the mapping and estimation through the same video chat. Once complete, they send the estimate along with the overhead screenshot view. Dayne was extremely helpful and professional throughout the call. He discussed and clearly explained the various items and insights on the work involved. All my questions were answered and their pricing seems good. We're still in the midst of getting estimates, but first impressions of Dayne and Ergeon have be very positive. read more

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Reasonably priced and they constantly kept me updated. The guys who installed the fence were very professional, polite, and clean. They introduced themselves to our neighbors to let them know what's going on. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I need to. Very happy with our decision! read more

Ergeon - They did entire yard, about a quarter acre - Fences & Gates Near Me - Austin, Texas

Contacted at scheduled time for video appointment. Very courteous. Walked me through the video connecting process. Was able to review the project details. Unfortunately they handle new installs and replacement fence projects while I was needing mainly repairs and some replacement. Therefore they wouldn't be able to handle my project. I appreciated their immediate responses allowing me to continue my search of fence companies. read more

Great business to work with. Streamlined planning and installation with excellence customer service.

So the quote experience was next level. Virtual walk through with video from my phone, watching as the quote was built, and answering questions all along the process. Impressive. read more

I have been trying to get my gates installed for a month. I have not been able to get in touch with a representative EVER! They will send me random install date without asking if that date is ok, then no show! read more

Our experience with Ergeon was extremely disappointing. If you're looking for a completely online experience, are comfortable navigating permits, locating property pins, interpreting HOA requirements, and managing every detail of a fence installation yourself, then Ergeon may work for you. If you're expecting guidance from an experienced fencing company, this is not that experience. Ergeon is not a local company, and throughout this process there was very little human interaction. Everything falls on the customer. Be prepared to read every line of the contract and independently verify every specification because Ergeon provides little guidance or oversight. They appear to have structured their contract carefully to place responsibility on the customer. My 90-year-old father, who has some cognitive impairment, purchased a fence from Ergeon for his home in a retirement community with a strict HOA. Ergeon knew the property was governed by an HOA, yet there was no meaningful effort to verify that the fence specifications complied with the HOA requirements before installation. The result was a costly mistake that could have been avoided with even basic verification. It's difficult not to feel that this process is designed for customers who already understand the complexities of home improvement projects. For someone like my father, simply looking online for a company to install a fence, the process appeared straightforward, but in reality there were no safeguards to help prevent an expensive error. Customer service was equally frustrating. Responses often took several days, and when I stepped in and contacted Ergeon after the problem became apparent, the repeated response was simply that my father had signed the contract. Rather than acknowledging missed opportunities to catch the issue before installation, they relied on the language of the agreement to disclaim responsibility. After this experience, we hired a local fencing company. The difference was remarkable. They walked us through every step, confirmed the HOA requirements before doing any work, removed the non-compliant fence, and installed a new compliant fence for substantially less than what Ergeon charged us for the original installation. This experience was financially costly and emotionally exhausting. I hope this review encourages prospective customers, especially those purchasing for elderly family members, to understand that Ergeon expects customers to manage every aspect of compliance themselves. If your project involves an HOA or other detailed requirements, I strongly recommend working with a reputable local company that takes the time to verify those details before installation. read more

Sought the company out again for a project but the project was too small. However, their representatives were courteous and offered advice for a larger project. Will definitely use them a 2nd time. read more

Elvis and Diego were great to work with. Although they weren't able to provide the specific services we needed at our property, they were extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They even shared a few contacts who could take care of the project for us, that shows true character. Based on their customer service alone, I would absolutely recommend Ergeon to anyone. They clearly care about their customers, even when there isn't a direct sale involved. read more

We conducted the business (quotes and installation), all through the internet. The quality looks great and the transaction went so well.

This review is for the estimate process as I have not yet had the fence installed. Deon Kruger was very knowledgeable and walked me through the estimate process and explained all the options available. The estimate seems very reasonable. read more

I called this company to get a bid on just putting in a single outdoor gate. My job was too small; however, the customer service I encountered was OVER the top. Lhacya helped me define the work, then provided me with individual contractors that might be able to do the job. She gave me extra instructions about making sure the contractors had insurance coverage and provided a work guarantee. Although Ergeon did not get my business that day, you can bet they will get a call back when I am ready for a new fence. I will also be recommending them to others via review. Thanks, Lhacya! read more

Oscar Martinez was very informative and pleasant to work with He walked me through the procedure and was very gracious to a less than savy tech person. He presented a comparable quote but my partner had already accepted a different quote. I really appreciate how helpful Mr Martinez was to me. Thank you. read more

I got a quote from Ergeon to replace parts of my fence and add a gate. Ultimately, I decided to hire a handyman to repair rather than building new. That being said, I was very impressed with Ergeon's approach. We did a video call so that they could see the fence, they pulled up satellite images of my house, and the quote they sent was detailed. It broke down the cost of each part of the job and included a diagram of what the finished product would be like. It was impressive and professional. I also want to add that Lhacya was very friendly, professional, and super helpful! I will definitely keep them in mind when I am ready to rebuild. Attached photos showed some of the things that impressed me about their quote. read more

very punctual and professional. Was easy to get a quote from even on a weekend. Would recommend giving them a call.

The quote process was very easy. Weather and our HOA delayed the install as both entities love to do! The install was quick. I was sent a video of the installers using a jack hammer to get the post holes dug. I appreciated the video as proof to why they needed to charge the extra fee for ground quality. read more

While I could not work with Ergeon due to the small nature of my project, I did want to send a great review to Lhacya who was so helpful in providing me information about their company, their ease of the consultation, and she took the time to answer my concerns honestly. Fence rebuild - response time was fast - interaction were great and bid was very reasonable.

Was pleased and impressed by doing an online quote and review process via technology! Even on a holiday! Did evaluation and I ital planning and quote all via phone and email and Google Meet. Look I forward to the on-site beak of the site and continuing on with expectations that the next steps will go as smoothly. At this point, I would highly recommend for your fencing needs. read more

This is in regard to the quotation process of my wind-fallen wood fence. 1. They responded quickly. Lhacya, the rep, gave me the option of a video call to quote (that would be immediate or scheduled to my needs) or a visit that could be scheduled a few days later. I opted for the video call and she was able to do that immediately. This method of showing her with my phone the fence was very easy and was able to give me a ballpark quote very quickly and the next day I had signed their official quotation. I was worried about the timeframe and called their office. That day I got a call back from the assigned installer and things are rolling. The actual installation will be a separate review. read more

Wonderful experience working with the team at Ergeon! Very professional, kind and patient. Highly recommend!

Ergeon replaced our wood fence and yard gate in a professional manner at a reasonable price. They were careful to check with local utilities to ensure nothing underground would be affected. I definitely recommend and would call them again if ever needed. read more

From the start, the virtual quote from Gaby was convenient, quick, and accurate. Once my neighbor agreed with the costs of the project the whole process took less than 5 days. Other companies were quoting a 2-3 week lead time and we really wanted this done asap. There was a small incident with my sprinkler but they took ownership of the issue and quickly took care of it. There prices were fair compared to other and everyone was great at communicating next steps. Including the project manager Luis and his crew leader Henry. Thanks y'all. read more

Well have to downgrade my review to a 1 star. The sales lady was amazing, ever since we signed the paperwork it went down hill. The person they had coke double check the measurements didn't do any measuring only took photos and left after 15 minutes. We are going over a month now with NO installation date. Emails to company for an update on this produced no response.... Only email we have is due to recent storms we are busy. We signed the contract PRIOR to the recent storms. read more

What a great set of people this Business has. As mentioned by other reviewers, the customer service is out of this world - I called them to replace part of my fence and spoke to Lhacya. We quickly realized that my job was quite small for the company, but nevertheless she helped me with her vast knowledge and friendly advise. She updated my fence photo with specific scope of work and what I should seek from other contractors. Powered with this information,I got my job done and fence came out pretty great. Needless to say, I'll be referring this business to all my community /friends and will call them in a jiffy,if anything related to fence comes up in the future. All the best ! read more

I called a few companies for a quote to replace my fence, and I knew immediately that I wanted to use Ergeon based on the customer service alone. I was walked through the process very thoroughly and met with a project manager over a video call so he could come up with the quote while I watched. It was a very different experience from my other quotes, and I felt safe and secure in my choice to choose Ergeon. The crew came out and put up a new fence around my entire yard in two days, as well as hauling away the old fence. They were very professional and the fence turned out beautifully. My neighbors have all complimented me on how nice the new fence looks, and they're right, Ergeon did a wonderful job! read more
