I was inquiring about fence replacement costs and let her know it was for future planning purposes, nothing immediate, and Lhacya still took me through the full quoting process, and answered my questions about fence option types, and time duration of replacement. For the quoting process, she asked for the address of the property I was considering for fence replacement services, and since I only had a ballpark number of the overall linear fence distance to be replaced from looking at property photos, she used satellite imagery to measure the fence distance for replacement, to give me a better distance estimate! She then walked me through the options of the fence type I wanted, answered my additional questions, and then gave me my final estimate. Ergeon, from start to finish, was the way to go for our new fence! The recent ice storm caused a couple of large trees and limbs to fall which took out my and my neighbor's fence. After reading several great reviews online, I inquired with Ergeon for an estimate and they called me that same day. Ernesto was able to walk me through a video call and immediately sent me an estimate that I could work with. He followed up with me several time to make sure I understood the process, making it a very simple to go forward. Then the project manager, Luis called me shortly afterward and scheduled a crew to come out the next week for measurements and to walk my backyard. The fantastic crew came out with all of the materials a few weeks later and created my private Zen backyard. A section of my fence had fallen over and I decided to replace both street-facing sections of my fence and install a second gate. The estimate process was about as painless as it could be and their total for both sections beat out another company's pricing for one section. Scheduling the work was painless and Rafael, the project manager I spoke to, was clear about the steps needed (permits, utility marking, etc) and how to contact him if I had any questions before, during, and after the install. The installation itself went well and the crew did really good work on the fence, even hauling away the fallen section for me. They knocked both sections before noon without any hassle. In summary, Ergeon was good to work with from start to finish and I'll probably go back to them once its time to tackle the rest of the fence. Ergeon fencing is different. The process works in three stages: 1) Nicole provided initial estimates over the phone, without sending a person to measure. We were provided 3D images of the fence components, with each component priced seperately. After several iterations my neighbor and I approved the design and cost estimates. 2) Luis was the project manager assigned to handle details like permits, marking utilities, and scheduling. He made sure we were ready for installation by providing a list of "things to consider." 3) Alejandro (Alex) verified the measurements and cleared up any remaining questions. His craftmanship showed in the precision lines making up the shape of the fence. Without me requesting, he paved under the muddy gate with my unused pavestones. I was looking for a good quality fence at a reasonable price for my backyard and Lhacya was the only one who stand out amongst all the other companies that contacted me. I want to commend Andy with Ergeon on the quoting process that he provided for my fence replacement project. This was the 1st time I experienced an off site quoting process in which a Google meet session was established with my phone and I could film the perimeter of my fence area while Andy recorded the session and directed me to the areas that he wanted filmed. He could then use a satellite view to determine the length of the fence line and was then able to quote a price to replace the existing fence. The resulting quote included pictures and a 3-D representation of each new section. I could rotate each section to see both the front and rear view. I could also open and close the gate. I Highly recommend this fence company! Jesus Rubi is Super Professional and walked me through the entire process. They seek out the best sturdy wood and we're finished in a day. I am having trouble with State Farm paying for the total amount of my fence due to the Tornado we had in May 2024 and Ergeon gave me time to pay for the fence out of pocket until my claim is resolved.
