Once complete, they send the estimate along with the overhead screenshot view. Dayne was extremely helpful and professional throughout the call. He discussed and clearly explained the various items and insights on the work involved. All my questions were answered and their pricing seems good. That being said, I was very impressed with Ergeon's approach. We did a video call so that they could see the fence, they pulled up satellite images of my house, and the quote they sent was detailed. It broke down the cost of each part of the job and included a diagram of what the finished product would be like. It was impressive and professional. Lhacya, the rep, gave me the option of a video call to quote (that would be immediate or scheduled to my needs) or a visit that could be scheduled a few days later. Well have to downgrade my review to a 1 star. The sales lady was amazing, ever since we signed the paperwork it went down hill. The person they had coke double check the measurements didn't do any measuring only took photos and left after 15 minutes. We are going over a month now with NO installation date. Emails to company for an update on this produced no response.... Only email we have is due to recent storms we are busy. We signed the contract PRIOR to the recent storms. read more
