On Friday, May 17, 2024, I called Purple Fencing Company to inquire about installing a new fence. After my call, I received a call from Chase, Project Manager. Chase scheduled an appointment to meet me at my house. And he arrived on time. Chas was polite, respectful, and valued me new as a customer. Most importantly he listened to my previous experiences with fencing companies in the past. My new fence was installed on Saturday, May 18, 2024. The fencing crew and Chase arrived as scheduled. The fencing crew were professional, and their work ethic was outstanding. Once the fence was installed, Chase came back to inspect my fence. I feel like I have a new house because of how beautiful my fence looks now! My project manager, Chase was diligent and exceptional in overseeing this project. I never worried about anything except looking at my new fence being installed. Chase followed the installation process from beginning to end as he stated when I met him. I highly recommend Purple Fencing! DJ, David, and their team are professionals who really care about their customers. I am a property manager, so finding great vendors is an important part of my job. We have used Purple Fencing for two fence projects and have them signed up for two more. DJ and his team have been building, repairing, and staining all types of fences for years and even decades. David knows fencing and stains and will advise you on how to increase the lifespan of your fence and save money. We have two types of fences in one of our associations. After the fences were pressure washed, our homeowners had a lot of questions. We had the wrong type of stain (transparent) selected for this project, it would have only lasted 5-6 years. David told us to use a solid color stain in the same color, and it would last as long as 20 years! What a difference! Then our homeowners wanted to apply 2 coats of the transparent stain. David told us that would double the labor and the price of materials, and we should really go with the solid color. Thankfully we did that and the community is very happy with the result. Purple fence removed and replaced my old Cedar fence and installed a new one. Their salesperson, DJ stayed in constant communication with me during the entire process and he provided me with a detailed estimate and responded to changes to the estimate quickly. DJ was patient and professional, and offered timely suggestions to satisfy my needs and an adjoining neighbors. Purple was not the cheapest, but the price was very competitive and the quality of work/materials was excellent. In particular, Purple's construction team headed by Santos was quick, friendly and preformed quality work during construction and clean up after the job was completed. We requested bids from 5 contractors. Purple Fence was not the high or low bid. They sent out a very competent guy to review the project. He submitted a VERY complete bid and included various options. The proposal and pricing was very clear. He provided additional information about the pro and con of various options and materials. The bid package was very impressive. The crew came to the house exactly on time. The first day they wrecked out the old fence and set the new posts. The second day they finished the new fence. There was one minor issue call-back where I wanted them to enlarge a hole allowing a tree branch to penetrate the fence. They came the next day to get it done. Purple was awarded the contracts for replacement of over 500' of HOA perimeter fence and my personal fence. i canit say enough about this company.Even though D.J. was working out of state, he promptly answered all my questions an even got the work done a few weeks earlier then planne! Good thing as I have no idea if my old one would have held up under the snow and ice we have had!
