I worked with Hector to build a cedar fence extension at our new home. Hector was responsive, thorough, efficient and very easy to work with, including when we discussed our budget. Previously, there was a chain-link fence on our neighbor's property that connected to our back fence, and we wanted both privacy and cedar instead. I am not just a happy customer, they made me feel like family! Hector called me back within a few hours of my original request for a quote and came out that same day to give me an estimate. I normally have at least 3 companies give me estimates before committing, but I felt so comfortable with Hector's character, promptness, and prices that I booked immediately without even getting another estimate! That has NEVER happened before! Originally, I was just planning to get my deck and fence repainted due to cost, but Hector's prices were so reasonable and he was so up front and honest that I couldn't stop myself from adding on job after job after job because I thought they just did painting but it turns out they can do it all! Here is a list of the things they did, and I am thrilled with all of it! 1) Pressure washed my large deck and then sanded it down when pressure washing alone didn't get enough of the old paint off. 2) Replaced five 20' boards on my deck. 3) Pressure washed my 2 story house (OMG IT WAS LIKE GETTING A NEW HOUSE!!!) and pressure washed the front sidewalk as a surprise (THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES BLEW MY MIND!). When I saw the huge difference in the sidewalk, I had them do the driveway, too! 4) Cleaned out my SUPER clogged gutters and drain pipes, even taking them apart on my 2 story house. 5) Suggested replacing 3 of the rotted through fence posts that were causing my fence to fall over instead of telling me I had to replace the entire 80' fence like another company did. 6) Painted my deck and 250' of fencing. 7) Suggested painting the gross-looking landscape timbers in the landscape beds in my front yard. They look amazing now! This was a TON of work for only twice what I paid another company to JUST paint the deck 4-5 years ago. It was SO REASONABLE! Hector treated me like he would treat family. He clipped the best coupons he could find for the paint out of the paper for me, picked up the paint and replacement deck boards for me and sold it to me at cost from the store (even providing receipts without me even asking for them), and delivered them at no extra cost. He started the job quickly, kept me posted on the status, and checked with me as we went along and hit some snags due to weather to ensure the adjusted schedule would work with my timeline. Hector had another guy doing much of the work and he was awesome, too. Very polite and a hard worker. Hector stopped in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly and pitching in on some of the work to get back on schedule. The house, deck, fence, and sidewalk/driveway look so good now that I even had the lawn guy and my friends commenting that it looked like a different house! I only had one issue that didn't meet my satisfaction with the painting of the landscape timbers in the front and when I talked to Hector about it, he came out the same day to fix it to ensure I was 100% satisfied. Having a one stop shop for all this work combined with a contractor who is so nice, treats you like family, and is so reasonable, it would be crazy to even call anyone else! I will post pictures when I have more time, but I am one seriously happy customer and to be honest, I was sad when they finished because Hector was so sweet I loved having him around! :) read more

Hector, Juan and his team put up a beautiful brand new horizontal cedar picket fence for us from the ground up. Hector, his son, Luis and everybody else that works with/for Hector do incredible work. I met Hector while he was working on a neighbor's fence. I asked him for an estimate for my fence, to paint my house, crown molding and to re stain some cabinets in the kitchen. Not only did I get a great deal, the work is beyond what I imagined. Luis is incredible at painting, taking care of covering and taping everything to make sure it comes out perfect.
