Great service from Lhacya from Ergeon Fences! I was inquiring about fence replacement costs and let her know it was for future planning purposes, nothing immediate, and Lhacya still took me through the full quoting process, and answered my questions about fence option types, and time duration of replacement. For the quoting process, she asked for the address of the property I was considering for fence replacement services, and since I only had a ballpark number of the overall linear fence distance to be replaced from looking at property photos, she used satellite imagery to measure the fence distance for replacement, to give me a better distance estimate! She then walked me through the options of the fence type I wanted, answered my additional questions, and then gave me my final estimate. She even sent me a link to their online tool for projecting different fence installation cost estimates that included the material and installation costs, and it works great! Truly great service, and I can't wait to use Ergeon Fences in the future! read more

Foremost, I sincerely would like to thank ,Lhacya Bowerbank-Walters for her excellent customer service skills in providing the necessary information needed, to properly assess the cost for my new wooden fence and gate for my property as well as providing "info" as to best quality and value at various costs. I have divided my property fence project into three phases. I have engaged on my first one, which defines the street side of of my corner property. The other two phases will involve my neighbors to my left and to the back of my property. Honestly, I had looked at two other fencing companies and had pretty much decided on one of them, but the person I had spoken to was feeling "under the weather" and I took that delayed-opportunity and got a third party quote (Ergeon); and after talking and listening to Lhacya ... I was glad I had done so. Our next step, is to meed with the project manager and move my project forward ... thank you ... Lhacya. Much appreciation, Frank Escontrias read more

Ergeon, from start to finish, was the way to go for our new fence! The recent ice storm caused a couple of large trees and limbs to fall which took out my and my neighbor's fence. After reading several great reviews online, I inquired with Ergeon for an estimate and they called me that same day. Ernesto was able to walk me through a video call and immediately sent me an estimate that I could work with. He followed up with me several time to make sure I understood the process, making it a very simple to go forward. Then the project manager, Luis called me shortly afterward and scheduled a crew to come out the next week for measurements and to walk my backyard. The fantastic crew came out with all of the materials a few weeks later and created my private Zen backyard. The time and excellent workmanship they put in resulted in a beautiful, cedar fence just in time to enjoy the Spring time weather. I highly recommend using Ergeon. They were outstanding!!! read more

A section of my fence had fallen over and I decided to replace both street-facing sections of my fence and install a second gate. The estimate process was about as painless as it could be and their total for both sections beat out another company's pricing for one section. Scheduling the work was painless and Rafael, the project manager I spoke to, was clear about the steps needed (permits, utility marking, etc) and how to contact him if I had any questions before, during, and after the install. The installation itself went well and the crew did really good work on the fence, even hauling away the fallen section for me. They knocked both sections before noon without any hassle. In summary, Ergeon was good to work with from start to finish and I'll probably go back to them once its time to tackle the rest of the fence. Note for the photos: This house had some foundation repair done so the ground around it was already mostly dirt. read more

Ergeon fencing is different. The process works in three stages: 1) Nicole provided initial estimates over the phone, without sending a person to measure. We were provided 3D images of the fence components, with each component priced seperately. After several iterations my neighbor and I approved the design and cost estimates. 2) Luis was the project manager assigned to handle details like permits, marking utilities, and scheduling. He made sure we were ready for installation by providing a list of "things to consider." 3) Alejandro (Alex) verified the measurements and cleared up any remaining questions. His craftmanship showed in the precision lines making up the shape of the fence. Without me requesting, he paved under the muddy gate with my unused pavestones. I could not be happier with the results. read more

I'm blown away by the easy and amazing service I have received from Lhacya. I was looking for a good quality fence at a reasonable price for my backyard and Lhacya was the only one who stand out amongst all the other companies that contacted me. The others were charging me almost triple (some more) the price that Lhacya offered me. I'm impressed with the amazing customer service. She replied to my text and emails fast and answered my questions and concerns. The estimated quote she provided showed details of every measurement of the fence, satellite map, pictures etc. Overall, I'm very happy with the amazing and friendly service that I've received. Before you agree on getting your fence done by another company, make sure you get an estimated quote from this one first. read more

I want to commend Andy with Ergeon on the quoting process that he provided for my fence replacement project. This was the 1st time I experienced an off site quoting process in which a Google meet session was established with my phone and I could film the perimeter of my fence area while Andy recorded the session and directed me to the areas that he wanted filmed. He could then use a satellite view to determine the length of the fence line and was then able to quote a price to replace the existing fence. The resulting quote included pictures and a 3-D representation of each new section. I could rotate each section to see both the front and rear view. I could also open and close the gate. Very professional. read more

I Highly recommend this fence company! Jesus Rubi is Super Professional and walked me through the entire process. They seek out the best sturdy wood and we're finished in a day. I am having trouble with State Farm paying for the total amount of my fence due to the Tornado we had in May 2024 and Ergeon gave me time to pay for the fence out of pocket until my claim is resolved. The tornado we had in Temple, TX was devastating and people are still recuperating. It's a blessing to have companies like Ergeon that have a understanding heart to find solutions with people. I Highly Recommend this Company! read more

I am very pleased with the level of service that has been provided to me by my salesman "Troy Downs". I had to originally place the project on hold, but he promptly responded when I reached back out and has worked very professionally and promptly with me once again. His empathy towards my excitement &/or any concerns/clarifications on the quote as a homeowner to have this fence installation completed has been amazing. I am now eagerly awaiting to hear next from the project manager and get this officially scheduled ASAP ;) read more

I found this company through Angi list. Lhacya was superb. She was quick, efficient and delightful. I felt that she was not wasting anytime with pitching why her company was the best.she was straight to the point. The video call for property assessment was SATISFYING. It happen same day took 10 minutes; none of this ok "let's schedule a property assessment. Does tomorrow work??" Also, the emailed quote Lhacya sent was super detailed and I felt comfortable with what I would get as a service and product from Ergeon. read more

Lhacya was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our initial query. She set up a video conference, and followed up with a video review of our existing fence to make sure she knew what we wanted. We received two estimates (for different fence materials) very quickly and they were detailed and comprehensive. And then she's been following up to make sure there's nothing else we need. Highly likely we will use Ergeon when our grant is approved. read more

Ergeon was easy to work with and they were great communicators. I always knew the status of my fence project and they set expectations early on. I appreciate having been assigned a project manager. The rate was reasonable and the work was completed sooner than expected and done very well. This was done for a rental property in Houston, TX. read more

Review is for the virtual quote process. We haven't made a decision yet on the project. But Nic was absolutely great on the video call. Walked me through the process seamlessly and was able to get all the info she needed. Didn't think it would go very well before I started, but I was pleasantly surprised. The quote seems fair. read more

Hemly and his partner did a fine job installing. I went with cedar planks that cost about $200 more than pine. Gate looks great and opens smoothly, actually swings open once you lift the latch. The measurement process was all done online and with video call. Quick and easy. I would recommend this company. read more

Even though Ergeon could not help with my project (that was outside of their service) I appreciate the recommendations and references Senior Customer Specialist Lhacya Bowerbank-Walters gave me. That shows the respect and attention the company attends to its customers. Thank you very much Lhacya! read more

Very pleased with the quick response and scheduling. I wish the installation crew had level the dirt better (leftover from setting the posts), but the finished fence looks great. Glad I decided to have it stained. Not only it will wear better over the years, it also had a more high quality look. read more
