Zach and his crew with Tex Painting were great! We had walls, ceilings, all molding, doors, front door and outside shutter. We were really anxious since we weren't sure how it was work. We stayed 4 days at a Hampton inn to make sure we weren't in the way. All the multiple colors of paint we picked out indoor and outdoor. The job was perfect no damage or mistakes and the paint is amazing. Zach did a follow-up after the job was completed to ensure perfection. I highly recommend read more

Zach and his crew did an exceptional job on our house painting/repair project. Zach himself was very patient helping me choose just the right color combination and his crew truly has some skills! Having said that, I'm still left scratching my head on the siding repair over our garage. The Hardie plank panels with the wood grain texturing on one small section runs horizontal, while the rest are vertical. I had informed Zach and crew of several large remnants of the same panel available to the crew sitting in my garage. I admit I didn't even notice for a whole week after they finished, but wish I had seen it before they got too far along. It's a relatively minor complaint which is why I'm still leaving a five star rating. I still recommend Tex Painting! read more

While I ended up going with a different company, I was very impressed with Tex Painting. We got quotes from several companies and Tex's was very competitive, and Joel spent lots of time helping me understand options and the process, which I really appreciated. Super professional and helpful and will absolutely reach out again for any future painting projects. read more

Everyone worked so hard. Our house looks great! We had our interior painted. They were fun with my cats, too.

did a GREAT job for us prior to putting our house on the market. Executed some very tricky paint matches so we didn't have to repaint entire walls and ceilings. Appreciate that so much! read more

Really great job by Patrick and his team. Very competitive pricing. Workmanship is excellent and his team were extremely courteous and professional. They also did an excellent cleanup. We are very pleased. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Tex Painting and Zach. Responded quickly, had estimate on the same day, prices very competitive. Worked with our time line. Communication was excellent. His team of 3 came in and painted entire house in 2 days. 1 day ahead of schedule. Zach and I did a walk thru following completion of job. Had a few touch ups. Sent a painter that day and we were finished. Highly recommend. read more

We're so happy with the job that Tex Painting did painting the exterior of our home. The price was fair and included 3 colors, as we have an antique garden door we wanted painted with a pop of color. Louis and his crew were professional, friendly, and proficient. They're very good at what they do. Quality work done in a timely, organized way. Joel was our contact and was good at getting back to us. We would highly recommend. read more

We needed the interior of our house repainted, and we are extremely satisfied with Tex Painting. After obtaining multiple quotes, Tex Painting stood out as competitive. Joel, the representative, explained the process thoroughly and addressed all our questions. Gilbert and Edwardo were assigned to paint our house, and we were highly impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and skill. Gilbert took a proactive approach in answering questions, kept us well-informed, ensured our floors were adequately protected, and consistently excelled in cleanup. The individuals performing the work truly contribute to the company's reputation, and Gilbert and Edwardo were nothing short of fantastic. Although some aspects outlined on their website did not happen daily, such as having a foreman present every day and an official final walkthrough led by the painters (rather than just me inspecting), I did not deduct a star from my rating. I felt I had a good rapport with the crew, but in a different scenario, I might have preferred a foreman present daily and an official final walkthrough. In summary, Tex Painting delivered exceptional service, and while there were minor deviations from the outlined procedures, the overall experience was positive. read more

They were able to put me on their schedule very quickly. Their rate was affordable. The painting service I requested looks great!

Joel and his crew Gilbert and his guys did a fantastic timely job! Looks amazing!! Top notch work!

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about working with Tex Painting. Joel came out and walked the exterior of our house with us, talked us through what the process would look like if we chose to work with them, and gave us really great advise on different questions or concerns we had. We had to schedule around other contractors that were working on our house and they were able to move schedules around based on our situation. When the team arrived on a Friday to start prepping the house, they were extremely polite & professional, verified colors and exactly what would be painted, and took extreme care to cover all windows and doors. Luis and his team were out of this world! They were able to complete the entire job in 5 days and went above and beyond. They really are perfectionists and the house looks brand new. Thank you thank you! I HIGHLY recommend using them for projects and will be a repeat customer should we need them in the future. read more

We were in a time crunch to get the ceiling primed and painted before the electricians installed new fixtures. Patrick from TEX managed to get a crew out over the weekend. They did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable! I would definitely use them again. read more

I had the exterior of my home painted by Tex Painting. They did such a fantastic job from start to finish. They came out quickly to provide me with a competitive quote, and were out within days once I decided to go through with my project. The prep and clean up was extremely detail oriented and the job was finished in the amount of time estimated. I was kept updated, and everyone I interacted with was so nice and clearly took pride in their work. Most importantly, I love how it turned out so much! No detail was missed. read more

Joel and the painting crew did an outstanding job! We are 100% satisfied with the painting they did on our house. Also, we checked around with other companies and they have the best value for the money. We definitely recommend them! read more

Tex Painting, under the supervision of Josh Lash, took on a huge project of deferred maintenance at our 4-plex condos in Lakeway, Texas. The scope of work was vast and the clients (us) were 4 women, each with differing concerns and expectations. I found Josh to be available and responsive to our needs, showing up at our property daily to oversee the project and to help with our many questions and expectations. His crew was friendly, courteous and efficient and able to correct any work issues needing additional attention. And finally, our quoted cost for the job was also our actual charge and was not ramped up for any additional charges, which was refreshing. I recommend Josh Lash and his team at Tex Painting. read more

Dan P. Handled a full roof replacement for me while I was out of town. The roof was practically all gone from wind and needed to be tarped urgently and replaced. They got out their asap to tarp and then replaced the whole roof when the rain stopped. He was really respectful of the residents and neighbors (keeping the road clear and not starting work obscenely early), and the crew was SO CLEAN and courteous. He gave options for materials and we ended up upgrading to the best for a really fair price. The work is meticulous. He catches every detail. I will always recommend Dan and Tex Roofing! read more

Had a wonderful experience with TEX Painting! The owner Scott was a great professional and spent a lot of time explaining the process and ensuring we were all on the same page with expectations. Scott assigned Lupe to do the job who was also a pleasure to work with on this project. We got our closet system painted to the highest standards and we could not be more happy. We will use TEX Painting again on all future jobs! I'm so glad we found them, we now have a painter for life! 10/10 highly recommended! read more

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEX PAINTING!!! Friends who had Tex Painting repaint their kitchen cabinets recommended them to us. They were impressed by the quality work on oil-based cabinets. Despite a relatively small space, we had a somewhat complicated closet paint need with cabinets, shelves, molding, and walls. We called a few companies (including Tex Painting) and had a few estimates for the job. We hired them based on price and our friends' recommendation. We were satisfied at every step! They were prompt at every part of the job (coming out for the quote, the time between the quote and starting the job, and then working hard to finish the job within the time frame they set). The quality of the work was absolutely top notch - see the attached pictures. My wife (who always seems to come up with an issue) was 100% satisfied. So, not only was Tex Painting price competitive, their work was perfect - and they followed through on every commitment. There is no question that we will work with them next time! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

We had a horrible experience with the owner and our project manager Patrick. We had a large interior job that included removing texture and repainting. During the skim process we had damage done to our home and when confronted the project manager made multiple excuses and even tried to turn the blame on me after taking responsibility the night before. The owner was extremely argumentative to both my husband and I and made serval strange comments like "I'm sure we know the same people in town.." I'm not sure if that was meant to be threatening or what exactly he was trying to accomplish. We fired the company from our exterior job and continue to get billed even though we had to pay another company to fix their poor job. We are still discovering issues with the inside job and it's clear they tried to cut corners. As you can see in the pic they didn't smooth areas that were supposed to be included. I encourage you to look at other painters in town- we had a great experience with our exterior painter and wish we would have used them for the inside. read more

Joel and the team at Tex Painting are great. We needed our deck stained and when Joel came over for an evaluation and estimate he was really thorough, pointing out areas of wear and tear I hadn't noticed. I couldn't be happier with how TEX handled the painting project at our school. I appreciated the details in the reviews when searching for painters, so I'll include a lot here! I was assigned the task of finding painters for our school and was overwhelmed by my inexperience. I was nervous that such a big project might involve a lot of stress, especially because we have pretty high standards. I'm so relieved that once we chose TEX that wasn't the case! First, we are a non-profit with a relatively small budget for such a large job. Of the companies with good reviews and the ability to complete a large job within a week, they gave us the lowest quote! I was so surprised! Patrick Ward closely managed the process from quote to completion. He used his knowledge and experience to help us choose paint to fit our needs. He didn't push us to spend more money, and there were no surprises with the cost. He helped us find creative solutions to get a product that we would be happy with. The quality of the work was excellent! Plus they were always on time, kind, hardworking, and incredible with cleanup. We will use definitely them in the future. read more

This review is for in-person consultation with the salesperson rep - Joel. Consultation scheduled on Thursday, April 24 at 4:30pm. Sales Joel called to let me know he is going to be late since he is coming from Round Rock.  It was okay, we just needed to prep the dogs. He arrived a little past 5pm. - Consultation only lasted 10 to 20 mins. - Entire interaction with him was off.  He mentioned small intro about him and his team.  But also made negative comments of how others do it.  He said right off the bat that minimum acceptable projects is $5K and don't do breakdown of specific areas like others do (which i asked if he can provide).  He also added that if our budget is lower than $5K then there's no point of doing this estimate to save time.  I did not give him a specific $ of what our budget is so I'm not sure why he acted afterwards.  I showed one of the areas i wanted painted and he said he can't do it just that small area (which would mean its less than $5K) And I responded it's not the only one.  Our house is a 2-story with double high ceilings which some walls are connected.  But we don't want those walls painted at this time.  So I showed our master bath and 2 other decent size bathrooms. As we were going upstairs he made a comment "I was showing him more when I cannot already afford the other areas".  The last room i showed to include was the pets room.  As he reached for the front door, he turned around and asked me if there's more.  When I said that's it, he said he will see what he can do.  It was already raining when he went out but I honestly thought he was going to get something from his truck and come back in for the estimate.  But then eventually he left. So that was it.  He had no proper etiquette on customer interaction --- at least to me.  It has been 2 weeks since the consultation and I have not heard or received any quotes or updates from them, even checked my spam folder just in case.   When I inquired online for a consultation, I received non-stop text messages & emails from them. But after first-time appointment, received nothing. read more

I am writing this positive review as a shout-out to project manager Jordon and his crew managed by Alex! There were some issues with the stucco work done by the original Tex Painting Crew, which required the work to be redone. I could have easily written an negative review when this was all going on. But once Jordon was put in charge of my warranty work, he made the whole process go smoothly, and kept me in the loop so that I felt confident in the repairs! His crew, managed by Alex, was very knowledgable about stucco work and paint, and they did excellent work! So I just wanted to let potential customers know that Tex Painting does make good on their warranty! And if you are lucky enough to get Jordon and Alex on your team, you can be sure the work and experience will be top notch! read more

Joel and Louis did a fantastic job on our house painting. They did everything that they said they would and as true to their words cleaned up the work site every night. Their communication with us had me wishing that all companies would follow. There was never a time that we did not know what time they would show up. We always felt up to speed on every aspect of the project. We would highly recommend them for your next painting project. George & Evelyn C read more

I needed the popcorn ceiling removed in my house, as well as the exterior painted. After looking at reviews of Tex Painting, I gave them a call and they were prompt in getting back with me and coming out to give a quote. Their rep, Jason, was thorough and detailed in telling me what they would do, and we were able to set up the job right away. The crew that showed up, headed by a nice gentleman named Luis, arrived early every day, and stayed late a couple of days to make sure they got the job done right. They removed some rotted wood on the side of the house and replaced it, and re-textured the ceiling and primed and painted it. Luis communicated with me well and did a walk though at the end to make sure I was satisfied. The place looks great and has given the house a new life. I appreciate their hard work and definitely recommend them! read more

Tex Painting was recommended by a friend that had gotten exterior work. Joel came out gave us a little pricey estimate BUT one thing that sold us on Tex Painting was they would replace rotten wood and give my home multi coats if needed without charging more. They did just that, I needed a little woodwork and the back of my home needed two coats. Tex Painting is also a company that I can contact if I need warranty work. Not one to disappear overnight. Joels team came out (Louis and team) and did an awesome job washing my house then came out the next day to prep the house. Wow what a job. Prep alone was amazing to see everything taped and papered up outside. After the paint job was done, Louis and I walked through to check all that was painted. Louis had spotted a few things and had his team do the very minor touch up that I may have not noticed. I would definitely recommend Tex Painting. By the way my neighbors love it also. read more

We contacted Tex Painting based off their excellent Yelp reviews. Patrick came out and took his time explaining what all they would do, the time frame, the prep work for us, etc. Their pricing was in-line with the other quotes we got, but we felt like Tex Painting would do a better job (and they proved us right!) Osvaldo and crew did an excellent job, from the caulking and pre-work, to the painting, to the clean-up. The house looks so much better! In a world where salesmen working for contractors may use 'hard sell' or who may 'over promise and under deliver', Tex Painting hits it on the mark 100%. We considered Tex Painting to repaint our home's exterior because of their great reviews as well as our previous good experience we had with them when they painted our home over 10 years ago! Well, I will tell you that working with Tex Painting was a great experience from Day 1 due to the effort, experience, and diligence of Stacie Chen. With a transformative project (painting our house all white, including the brick), Stacie had the experience, the communication skills to competitively quote it and the experienced crew to make it happen. The results were amazing, and we still get compliments from our neighbors +6 months later. Stacie was a huge help as she provided pictures of previous jobs, effective references and helped to brainstorm specific color possibilities with my wife. She knows construction processes, crew management, project management, and has a strong eye for detail. We also appreciated her follow-up after the sale. Next time we have any painting needs, Tex Painting will be at the top of our list! read more

We contacted Tex Painting to paint the exterior of our home and casita after seeing the positive reviews. Wow, we were so glad to have chosen Patrick and Tex Painting to work with. I really wish we had contacted them sooner. I put a huge emphasis on communication and timeliness. The Tex Painting crews and Patrick check all of the boxes. He responds quickly to text messages/calls and is punctual with his painting team. I also liked how knowledge Patrick and his guys are with respect to paints. I've done lots of research over the years in trying to find a good DIY interior satin or interior trim that isn't actually an oil based paint. Patrick spent 15 minutes with me discussing the various Benjamin-Moore products and what the trade-offs were for various lines. As someone who has painted numerous times myself, I appreciated all of the expert insight and dedicated knowledge to the products. Patrick also had his team meticulously swap out rotten wood on our Casita before painting it so that it would be less likely to rot in the future. His crew is not like most of the other "painters" out there. They don't rush a job, and they don't cut corners. I can't tell you how aggravating it is to pay someone to do a job that I think I could do better. This isn't the case with Tex Painting...they are really good at what they do and are worth every penny. I think the before and after photos speak for themselves. 10/10 for Tex Painting. read more
