I talked to Sergio and he sent Francisco Cortes to help fix the problem. Francisco came over to my house and the ignition issue was fixed. Did not have a chance to check the car and I paid in full and let him go. Later that day, I was trying to go through the gauge cluster menu and noticed that the left button on the dash to cycle through the menu was not working. I know this was caused by Francisco because I saw him remove the dash when he was working on the car. I cannot change the clock or reset the oil service reminder without that button working. I initially reached out to him, he said he will come back to fix it another time. Days went by as I tried calling him. Most of the time he is not responsive, nor does he return my calls. I would try the next days and when he does pick up, he tells me he will check his schedule and call me back. Then the days went by, and he never got back to me. Then I would call again, no answer. Days went by, called again, he picks up, tells me he will only come back if he's near my area. I patiently wait even it's an unprofessional response to me. Again he never got back to me. I call him again and again and he says weekdays is better even though he came to me on a Saturday. This back and forth goes on for 2 months! Finally early last week he says he is able to make it on Friday. He even confirms on Wednesday. Then on late Thursday night, he calls me and leaves a voicemail that he forgot he was going on a vacation Friday morning, so he would not be able to make it. Now I'm starting to feel Francisco is lying. I had cleared my whole day for him to come. His voicemail also said he would make it Sunday afternoon when he comes back. I take his word for it and clear my schedule. Sunday afternoon comes, I call him around noon to check when his ETA is, he said he will call me when he's on the way. Of course, he never calls. I started calling him late afternoon, wondering if he is still coming, no answer, no response. He is lying to me at this point. I also want to note that I've been calling Sergio and he keeps telling me he will contact Francisco, but he doesn't seem to be much help. At this point, I've given this company many chances to correct their mistake and I am forced to write this review because I am certain Francisco is never coming to fix the button on the dash. This company may respond to your needs, but if they make a mistake or you want to make a warranty claim, they will not correct it or stand behind their services. They are fast get to you for your business, but good luck contacting them after you have given them your money. No customer service whatsoever!!
