Will was great. 2023 Ford F150. I bought used and only had 1 key. I bought some random keys online non OEM. I tried to program it like you used to be able to. But for newer cars you need to plug into the computer. I put in the project in Yelp this morning and he got back to me quick. He programmed them with NO problem and was fast! Also!!! I bought OEM wireless entry keypad. I tried on my own too but no luck. He was also able to program that. Dealer was going to charge so much. I couldn't be happier. I was happy at first, the job got done, everything was well with my vehicle, got a key with fob due to previous owner not having the fob. Empire locksmith came out and gave me a new key, even gave me some great suggestion about fixing the door lock (which didn't work). A month passed and my car would not start, worst is that I was at the SOFI event and had to get my car towed to a shop. They inspected and couldn't not find anything. Spent 500$ between tow truck and mechanic ( the tow was expensive since it was after 12:00am). Only to find out that it was a bad key. The key was the one that wasn't letting the car start, when I put the original the car turned on like nothing. I contact empire on Saturday but said that he wasn't in town so he would be able to look at it Monday, which was fine with me. Monday arrives, he shows up (thank the lord) and proceeds to check the key, he stated that the key got loose due to some glue. And that he put double sided tape and it should work now. I asked him if he could give me a fob for the key that I had (because now I'm worried that his key is going to do the same thing) he stated that he does not work for free, and that it wasn't his fault that they key didn't work. He then offered me to pay him 40$ for another fob. I had just spent 500$ due to his key malfunctioning but the Real problem was that he did not take responsibility for it.
