no one was able to figure out was was wrong with my car until i called this place and once they arrived they were able to program my key and make my car function again. i own an audi so it is very difficult to work with this car.

Tom came to my home and maid painlessly easy to create new key for my Mercedes. He was even able to detect other keys registered to my car that I did not authorize. He deleted the unauthorized keys and now I can sleep knowing that I am the only one that has access to my car. I can't wait to refer him to others needing his assistance. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT call or use this company! Fair warning now! Yes they came out at 11 pm at night but did the work and then charged us $1300! Just like the other person who reviewed them said, they pressure you to pay the outrageous price La after they do the work. At that point you have no choice to pay. They tell you a price and then later up it for other stuff they had done while doing the work! This company should be reported to the BBB! I am going to file a complaint. We called in the morning to speak to the manager, no one answered. It was a phone service that said they would have the manager call back. NEVER CALLED! 24/7 Locksmith's pricing was far higher than expected. Basic Defiant locks that retail for under $40 were charged at around $200, and the installation fee was $150. The total ended up over $1,000 for a lockout service, which felt far beyond reasonable. I strongly suggest being cautious and considering other locksmith options. read more

I'm so grateful for Tom! My fiancée had an issue with her ignition switch. I called around to a few places trying to get her the best quote. When Tom arrived he assessed the car free of charge and shared that there was an additional problem. Rather than take advantage, he offered a fair price and competitive price, and immediately began working to fix the issue. Tom fixed the problem faster than I expected and with a smile the whole time. He treated us with respect and integrity, something you don't always come across in this industry. Scammers! Charged $1809.60 for opening a door lock at 7pm on a Friday night. 250 after hours fee, $469 opening lock fee, $380 urgency fee & $499 heavy duty tool fee (was just standard locksmithing tools - no drill used). Then 10% gst. Adds up to $1757.80 but charged my credit card 1809.40. I feel such a fool, they talked fast and just used my shock and overwhelmed emotions to confuse me. There was a locksmith and a large guy (trainee) with him. I think there to intimate me if I refused to pay. I was so stupid, get quote first! Don't use! read more

Said it would be 380 ended up being around 500. But it was worth it. Needed keys to my car that I lost the keys to. He showed up within an hour. Was super friendly helpful and made me two keys :) not the most price friendly option but they totally did the job and explained to me what they were doing. And the price change was up to me I okayed it because it was was the cost of two spare keys which I needed anyway. If you need day of or within the hour service go to them! read more

I was locked out of my house on a Sunday and called 24/7 Locksmith because they were in the LA area. They came to my house and joked about charging me $6000 and then said it would depend on how many locks he had to open. I had a security door with one lock only, which took him less than 5 minutes to open with spray and an air pressure tool. He charged me $447 to unlock one door lock on the security door. I have since learned that the usual fee is about $50 - $180. I didn't even need to have keys made. I will never use or refer them to anyone. read more

After all the frustration, sweat and cuts on my hand, that's when I realized that one of my garage door springs had snapped in two, I gave up and found this company. After speaking with Blaine, he was able to send out a guy the next morning between 8-10. I had called back after our phone call and left a message requesting if they could either call or text when they were 15-20 mins away just in case I was out running errands or busy on a call at work. That didn't happen. I was out doing an errand. Around 8:45 Adam shows up and I'm not home. Luckily I left the side door open for him to inspect everything. I rushed home and spoke to Adam who inspected everything he said yup, for sure our spring needed to be replaced. We also had him change out both garage door cables too. After about 30-45 mins Adam was done! Boom! Garage door was able to open no problem! Adam was kind enough to give me a quick 101 on how to maintain our garage door too. I'd give this company 5 stars because of how fast and efficient Adam worked. Only thing I would have knocked off for was if they could've just shot me a quick text/call on their way over. I get it, they give a 2 hour window, but there's a lot that could be done within 2 hrs especially if you have to work.

It was time to replace it with something sturdier and less likely to warp, shrink, fade. I did a lot of research on what materilas would best hold up to the brutal So Cal summers we have. I also had to keep within the Architectural guidelines of our HOA for fences. I found a company in Orange, CA, called SoCal Gates. I established contact with the owner, Ray, who is a really knowledgeable and personable guy to work with. We scheduled an appointment for him to come to our home to show us color samples of the composite material we would choose for him to use in our steel framed gate. Ray arrived, and had us look at the different colored composite samples while he took his measurements. He then went over with us the color choices and which ones would intergrate best with our home's exterior colors, including the tiled roof and front entry door and garage door. He explained how he visualized the gate would look, once mounted. We agreed on the materials and and the price. He mentioned that his installation pricing included the removal of the gate from the cinder block wall it was attached to, but did not include the removal of the old fence post or the haul away fo the old fence. After hiring another fence company to remove the fence post, back fill with concrete and haul away all of the old fence, Ray told he would've done it had I specifically asked him, for an extra charge. In fact, he told me how to remove the old post myself, so that gave me the impression he would prefer to just to install the gate with the old fence gone and the area prepped for his installation. After the HOA approved my gate plan, It only took a few weeks for Ray to build our gate and to schedule a date and time for the installation. On the day of the installation, I watched Ray assemble and install my agte, He is meticulous and thoughtful throughout his installation process. He showed me how to change out the composite planks if I ever needed to, and how to program our electronic lockest. We are very happy with out new sturdy, side gate. When it came to installation he was very quick. Got to our home first thing in the morning and finished the project in about 3 hours. Our new gates look beautiful.

So how can I even star i was looking on Google for a locksmith to make a key for my car I ended up calling this number I guess its a company the hires locksmith and sent them out out so they ended up sending me 24/7 locksmith at first he was all friendly and told me the it was going to be like 1hr or 1hr an half to be done so he started the job at 2pm and the whole time he was talking on the phone he was all comfortable with his feet up on my door I had to leave to work so he said it was gonna take a get more minutes then he took my Cluster off an told me he ha d to go back to the offices an reprogram it but he never left he waited until I left and got in my car again an put it back and told my mom he was done he needed the money he lie to my mom the car was good the key worked since my mom didn't know anything about car he snatch the money off her hand an left at the end he messed up my whole computer N my car won't turn on no more don't hired this company he doesn't know what his doing an all he will say is that he will come back but never will that's something mess up to do to some one who actually payed u well not even payed cuz he took the money from my mom with out even given no receipt or nothing read more

Service was great I had to get both my apartment lock changed and my locks of my car changed and it was all done within 2 days, the car took the 2 days due to the car being used. But they stayed late both evenings and made sure I wasn't high and dry. And at a good price considering how much time they had to spend on my car. read more
