Best locksmith ever!! Call them on your the weekend at night, they came out in 30 min and open the car in no time I had to do also a rekey Price was great!! Thank you !! I'll definitely will call them next time read more

They were the only locksmith that could be at my house in an hour, or so they said. Then the locksmith got caught in traffic so he didn't arrive as fast as expected. He was helpful, polite and knowledgeable; however, I asked for a quote before he started removing the locks and he said he had to remove the locks before he could tell me. He told me each lock would be $100 and worse case scenario $200 if it was a difficult lock. I had 6 locks that needed to be rekeyed and even the locksmith said only 1 of them was difficult. I never got an estimate until he was all done and then I got the bill. $1,320. Yes ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for 6 locks and 90 minutes of work maximum. That is more than $200 per lock and he said only one of them was difficult. I paid it at the time, but in retrospect, I really got taken advantage of. Had he told me before rekeying the locks it was going to be $1,320 I would have told him to kick rocks. Instead he changed the locks without providing so much as an accurate estimate and then stuck it to me. I would be very careful with these people. read more

Quoted me $125 on the phone, changed it to $250 when he arrived. Not only was his service $150 dollars more than the highest estimate on the internet - he made up reasons as to why it was worth it and so complicated. This was a key for 2002 Toyota ... no remote nothing just a glorified house key. The job took 3 minutes. I'm the fool because I needed the key and didn't realize at the time how bad I was getting ripped off - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE THIS GUY WILL RIP YOU OFF. read more

Lost my key and got a quick response back, great communication, very helpful. Highly recommend!

If I could give this company a 0 I would! The business has NO INTEGRITY. As many previous customers mentioned in their reviews, they are a bunch of SCAMMERS simply trying to see how much money they can take. They had offered us an initial quote to which we agreed and once the job was finished the guy told us it was going to be nearly DOUBLE the amount!! This seems to be a reoccurring theme as I just now looked at this business' reviews. We mentioned that we did not agree to the amount he was charging us but the guy kept making several excuses as to how their was a misunderstanding and how he was tired and exhausted from working all night and should've communicated better. We ended up paying the amount because at that point we had no choice. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE. *UPDATE* The owner is claiming I am leaving the review for the wrong company however, he keeps saying that to people that leave him a bad rating. I am leaving the review for the RIGHT COMPANY. Also, the address listed comes back to a residential area NOT a business! read more

AMAZING! I lost my entire set of keys and they came out right away and made me an entire new Mercedes Benz key in 1.5 hours. This takes weeks with the dealership. Thank you!!! read more

The technician assigned to me definitely did not say there was a service fee for coming. He charged me $30 through Zelle (suspicious much?). He said the rekey would be around $300 over the phone to which I quickly agreed to and then changed the price to over double. Saying the key alone would be $300 with an additional fee to reprogram the car. Something he DID NOT mention over the phone. Why would I call to buy a key without the reprogramming? The guy was rude. I paid him the "service fee" anyway because what else can I do but he sucked. Definitely do not go with this company. read more

They offer same day service . Great staff members and Tom finished the service very quickly. I am very grateful for their service.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. List a key fob for a remote start car. Over the phone they said they can get all the functions working without any issues, only difference is the key fob will not have a logo. Tech shows up onsite and shows me a completely different looking key fob. Once he "fixes" the replacement key it's a different key from the one he showed me earlier. New remote key doesn't even have the option to open the trunk. Start the car and it works, error on a dash shows up for key fob issuers. Edan says the error will go away. Few days later error still doesn't go away and they refuse to pickup my calls. Lost a few hundred dollars to this terrible business. read more

Pretty good experience, showed up about 30-45 minutes after I initially called. My son locked us out of house so we were in a bind, originally quoted me pretty high but was able to negotiate it down a bit. The service man was nice about it and we made it work. Couple of negative things is they don't tell you a eta after initial call as I had to call back twice to get status. Second, should probably wear some type of uniform or come in a van labeled as locksmith. read more

Tom is awesome and gets the job done for the best price and I work at a dealership so I know the legit pricing and times it should take to program a keyless fob. Got my 2 2016 Corvette key fobs programmed in about 30 mins or and quoted me $180 but paid him $200 because he was honest and efficient. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! SCAM ALERT! This place changed 300 for a key fob they made. When it didn't work they refused to refund me and attempted to charge me more money to fix it! BEWARE!!!! do not let them do anything until price is confirmed and written i writing! I called Sunday to have 2 doors rekeyed. The locksmith came and said would be "$175 for 3 locks" we felt was way over priced and due to the emergency of having it done we agreed on that, he did the job and then when done he said can we pay cash we said of course, then handed him $175 he said that was wrong and its $175 per lock now. Thats insane!!!!! Is there gold inside each one? We got furious! That was a total of $525 i said no way i am paying that! We had agreed to $175 for 3 locks not "per" the per was never mentioned or else we would have NEVER agreed to that. I called the number to the company and asked and was told rekey ranges up to $40 per lock. The man on the line said would call the worker and then he did, they spoke a different language i did not understand. Locksmith ends call and tells me can bring it down to $300, we said No. we told him take the locks off not paying. I threatened to call the cops and better business bureau on them. He then said okay okay $175 total. PLEASE BE CAREFUL! Ask in writing 1st. This guy tried to scan us and i'm sure the company for more! Hence why he asked to pay cash. If company charges $40 he is getting away with more and pocketing the rest!!!!! read more

I was in a serious pinch and in need of a replacement car key stat, so thank the LAWD for Tom and his 24/7 mobile locksmith services. I called him on a Sunday at 9pm and he let me know that he would be at the address my car was parked at in 20 minutes. I was a little irked that he would not quote me over the phone, but he did let me haggle with him a bit and honored my budget in the end. Tom is pretty much a magician. I did not factor in the $80 it would cost to open my car, but I was amazed by his trick to get in. With just my car registration he went into his van to cut me a new key. Not 20 minutes later, I was in the possession of a new (albeit EXPENSIVE) key. It wasn't identical to my old Sentra key, but close enough in shape at least. In the end, Tom worked very fast and diligently and I would recommend his services to anyone in an emergency! read more

Locksmith is the best out here. Quick fast and simple. He fixed everything and helped us out on a quick notice

Welllll that was awkward. Our technician showed up with no mask and no gloves (says above that this company does both). Luckily I had an extra mask to lend him. He was not dressed professionally at all, he was in ripped jean shorts and a t shirt. He was a little rude and quoted us $95 per lock to rekey!! Sheesh. What a waste of $30 to get a quote and send him on his way. He tried to say "he came all the way out here," when I said it was too much money, but that's why I paid you for the quote.... It all felt very unprofessional and sketchy. Should have done more research before choosing this company. read more

Took our locking mechanism for our bathroom door to fix it. Came out the next day to replace it. Was late both times. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to check it before he left or I wouldn't have written him a check for $145. It still doesn't work right and doesn't lock at all so I stopped payment on the check. read more

Well after a long day we returned home with food in the car and groceries. We drove my wife's car and had locked the bottom lock on the garage entry door. Guess what my house keys were on my car key ring in the bedroom and my wife forgot hers thinking I had mine. I checked the door and tried to use a slide tool but the jamb was way too tight. I called 24/7 locksmith and they reponded in about 30 minutes and went right to work. We were in in less than 15 minutes and the price tag was very reasonable at $54 including the service call and labor. The technician was very professional and courteous and I will certainly save their number for emergencies as he said they roll 24/7. A lesson learned and now we are back in his. Thanks 24/7 locksmith a class act with a professional and courteous approach! read more
