It's good to see that a company cares about their reputation I called to get a quote on having a key cloned. I was told that only one agent could do the service I was looking for and he would call me back within the hour. He said it's ok, let us go out there and we'll give you a good price. I get a text from714-450-2427(this locksmith) I waited over an hour 1/2. The guy that came out said he could do it for $145. I asked him to leave, since that was not what I was quoted. I later get a call from the service and asked what the problem was. I explained that the technician wanted to charge 145 for a simple doorknob that was quoted as 75. She said she could someone else to help me with my "problem". I told her not to worry about me. Writing this to correct company that I paid money to. The guy who came to open up the smart lock took 3hr+ trying to open it up, drill, picking . All this time we were begging some one else from his company to come and they couldn't tell us any ETA so we can tell tenants how long it takes . Instead the guy wrapped up saying he can't do it . We called another locksmith. Another person came and said they shouldn't damage the lock but now only option to remove it entirely. He started working and suddenly the help from first company come and claimed I have to pay them and they can finish the work after 4.5 hr later. I had to pay both companies. They were very aggressive towards the second locksmith who just had to fix whatever they couldn't . So the main fault- they hire unprofessional unlicensed people which as ok as long as they are capable. But they aren't . I provided the name of my lock by phone and also it's not emergency service as they claim . Paid 180 and 200 .I don't recommend them even tho some of them might be a good professionals. I bought new locks for my security door, and needed to have them installed. Reading the reviews that I found on-line and Yelp, I choose this company. When the locksmith arrived, I was quoted a price of $210.00 to install my locks and I quickly declined. After a little haggling, he brought the price down to $95.00 and I accepted it, and the locks were installed. When he was finished, he showed me how they locked (the dead bolt was kind of hard to turn). I was told that it is a new lock and would loosen up in time. The handle lock, well it locked. But what I should've done, was to pull on the door without the dead bolt turned, because after he left and I tried to lock the door using just the handle lock it wouldn't stay closed. I called the office the next day, (twice), and was told they would pass it along to the service rep....they never did. I had his cell no# from when he'd called to let me know he'd arrived and was outside my house on the original service call. Well, I texted him telling him what was going on, and that I was going to yelp about it. He (AVI) texted me back very apologetic, said his office never told him I had called. He came over the following day to fix the lock. He couldn't figure it out, but thought the latch was too short. He would look for a longer one and get back to me. He hasn't! My husband fixed the lock! I will never do business with this company again. They are very unprofessional and do not stand behind their work or word! PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!!! read more

Worst service ever!!! Wow! So I called the locksmith to come out to my house the first time was a Friday he said he'd be here in 30minutes. He came 5 hours later(literally). By that time I had to be at work so I called and let them know. Well according to them he still came even though I said I wasn't gonna be there . So I callback next day still trying to figure out if it's my key that I need replaced or the ignition cylinder. So I ask again can I get someone to come out and please check what's wrong. So the lady starts to say wel the driver has been there too many times and now they want a credit card on file lol this is all for a 15 dollar charge to come and see it. He could've at least called me. So he continued to say- I'm not gonna do ur service. Fine. I call the company back they talk to him finally he agrees to come. At this point I don't even want him to show up. He shows up turns my key and says it could be either/ or. I HAD ALREADY FIGURED THAT OUT ON MY OWN.
