Locke Locksmith was fast to respond, kept in touch and completed the service with eye toward detail and value. I contacted Haim to have the lock on the trunk of my 1972 Cadillac replaced. The caveat was that we couldn't get the trunk open to be able to replace the lock. He ordered parts and came earlier than expected, a good thing. I JUST experienced a super weird, unexpected lockout situation upon returning to my apartment (that I moved into 1.5 weeks ago) my bottom doorknob lock appeared to be blocked. No amount of giggling, jamming or twisting was working and it was about 7:45PM so my leasing office was closed. I texted Locke Locksmith and sent them a video of the situation and they arrived to my door 15 minutes later. They were so kind upon arrival, assessed the situation and ultimately picked my lock and got me back inside. Turns out a small piece of wood was lodged into my keyhole.
