So lucky to find Jacob on Yelp. We bought our home and needed to change the locks. He was flexible and was able to come out same day to get the job done. We switched all of the locks but he also fixed and replaced old hardware. He helped me reset the keypad and was patient while I downloaded the new phone app to set up the device and because we didn't get the garage openers from the sellers and weren't sure who had them, he proactively helped us reset the garage opener so we can reprogram when we get replacement openers from our HOA.
