We were replacing an electronic lock on an outside gate. I contacted Ori through Yelp for pricing and to see if he had experience with the type of lock I had bought. He responded quickly that he could do the job. We set an appointment for 1:30, and Ori arrived early (props for that!). He reviewed the job, looked over the equipment and warned me that the lock I'd chosen wasn't a perfect fit for the gate, but since the gate had operated just fine with the prior lock we agreed to install the new one. Responsive, quick and knowledgeable. My old bedroom doorknob was original to the house and very old. Today I could not turn the knob to get in or out of my bedroom. It was frozen.
