Came here 07/08/2022. Feeling a bit scammed. My aunt got locked out of her car because she lost her key and we called up Locke Locksmith. She was down in Newport Beach and Haim (Locke) said that he could be there in 15-20 min. On his way down, my aunt ended up finding the key so we called Locke and canceled the locksmith call. To be clear here, Haim (Locke), did not do any lockpicking or opening at all. We did not use any of his services, yet he charged us $50 for a "service call"? I'm not one to argue so I paid him his $50 over Venmo but when I asked him what exactly we paid for, since he didn't open any doors and we never saw him in person, he couldn't say. I asked him to send a picture verifying that he actually drove all the way to the site but he didn't. I checked his website and it even says that a "service call" is $19. TLDR: Called up Locke but ended up cancelling the request a few minutes later. He charged us a $50 fee for basically him driving 15-20 min, even though his website says a situation like this is $19. read more

I lost my only key fob for my Mazda and was scrambling to find it with no luck. I submitted a quote request on Yelp and Haim got back to me within a few minutes with a fair quote that included the replacement fob and programming as well as the lockout service and key cut at no cost that others were charging for. He was on site within 30 minutes of accepting and I was back into my vehicle with a working fob within an hour or two of submitting my initial quote request and at almost half of the price as some of the others.
