Scheduled another person the day before from a different company and they no showed so this was refreshing to see such professionalism. Showed up early, had great prices, and was able to complete the job in under 20 minutes for a quick re key! read more

Misplaced some keys for a personal safe and needed what was inside ASAP. Reached out to Locke and they got back to me within I'd say 15 mins at most! Constant quick communication and opted to go with them as they were able to stop by the same day. They arrived ~2 hours after messaging and were done in around 15 mins. Competitive price and great communication is why I'd recommend them 100%. read more

Locke Locksmith - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Tustin, California

Came here 07/08/2022. Feeling a bit scammed. My aunt got locked out of her car because she lost her key and we called up Locke Locksmith. She was down in Newport Beach and Haim (Locke) said that he could be there in 15-20 min. On his way down, my aunt ended up finding the key so we called Locke and canceled the locksmith call. To be clear here, Haim (Locke), did not do any lockpicking or opening at all. We did not use any of his services, yet he charged us $50 for a "service call"? I'm not one to argue so I paid him his $50 over Venmo but when I asked him what exactly we paid for, since he didn't open any doors and we never saw him in person, he couldn't say. I asked him to send a picture verifying that he actually drove all the way to the site but he didn't. I checked his website and it even says that a "service call" is $19. TLDR: Called up Locke but ended up cancelling the request a few minutes later. He charged us a $50 fee for basically him driving 15-20 min, even though his website says a situation like this is $19. read more

Haim from Locke Locksmith is amazing and if I could, I would give him a 10-star rating I would. I called him late in the afternoon, and he picked up immediately and said he was wrapping up a repair and then arrived within 45 minutes of my call. The problem I was having was new entry door lock and deadbolt were not aligning properly as the door frame needed to be redrilled. He made the necessary changes, and the entry door lock and deadbolt now work perfectly. I also had Haim re-key my back door, so the old door and new front door key are the same. He removed the lock from the back door and went to his van and made the change. The entire repair was just over an hour and a half and his fee for the onsite repair was beyond fair. Haim will be my only call for any future locksmith issues. read more
