Dean is very profession and a man of his word. He provided great advice on options for which KEY FOB to buy, OEM vs buying online, etc. He coordinated as promised and arrived at my home as scheduled. He completed all assessments and testing of the KEY FOB. His price quote is very good compared to others or what I've heard from others. The original Dealer whom I bought the car from, mentioned a price for a new KEY FOB to include programming was about twice of what my total cost would have been had I not taken Dean's advice. Dean's quote was exactly what my payment was, so everything is clear and up front and thus, I saved about 50% by using Dean's service and advice. Dean has been in this business a very long time so he provided great, trustworthy advice and completed everything as promised. I purchased a new handle and deadbolt set, as the old door handle would no longer open but it was such a pain to install as the bottom cover was stuck, plus I wasn't sure if the new set would fit. So, I called Deans Lock & Key, explained the issues, and set appointment the very next day. Dean showed up on time and got to work right away. Took him like five minutes to uninstall the old handle with no issues. He installed the new handle super quick, but the new deadbolt of course didn't fit. Dean offered to go to Home Depot to grab the right size, but he had a couple other jobs to take care of first, so he said he would be back later. I was impatient, so I went to Home Depot myself, and purchased a smaller deadbolt, and again had an issue installing it. Called Dean again and he arrived back later with a deadbolt he'd picked up, but turns out we didn't need it since he was able to install the one I bought to work just fine. He set up the smart key, rekeyed, made extra key copies on the spot, and checked all my doors to make sure everything was good. Superb service all around and highly recommend.
