Each time the value, service, quality of work and professionalism has exceeded our expectations. With each visit, it becomes immediately apparent that Victory takes great pride in their reputation, and that they genuinely care about the well-being of their customers. There are several stories I could share where Victory Lock Control went above and beyond to make us a very happy customer. Looking at the other reviews here, I can see that this is the norm for Victory, and as a result they have no where to go but up. Believe me when I say that their competitors have not (in my experience) been able to match the level of quality, price and service of Victory Lock Control. Same goes for their related company, Franco's Safe and Vault. Special thanks to Victor and his fantastic team for the past products and service, and thanks in advance for the many years ahead of us as we will ONLY contact Victory Lock Control for our security needs.

It took me awhile to find this company again--the previous phone number I had was no longer…read moreeffective. I kept calling and leaving messages on that old number but no one ever got back to me...sooo, I decided to hunt them down again on Yelp. Very glad I did! I first used them 2.5 years ago when I needed my locks changed at my business after a disgruntled key holder/employee left. So I needed work done in a hurry. They came the next day and were courteous and professional back then. Today I had the same experience. Jacob was my tech and he was kind and knowledgeable. He quickly summed up our situation and explained all our options. He was in and out in no more than 20 mins. A couple of potential cons: 1. Both times I used them, the techs were a bit late but not by much so maybe expect some delays with arrival time? Thankfully we were not on a strict time crunch both times but if we were it might have been an issue. 2. Also I agree with another Yelper--their prices did go up since I last used them 2.5 years ago. (I don't use locksmiths very often and I haven't shopped around so I don't know what's "pricey" but the Orange County Locksmith Guys are professionals and service-oriented through and through so I can't complain about that) 3. Their key copies are $5 a piece so I suggest you just get the master keys and go make your own copies at Walmart or Home Depot for cheaper. We needed a total of 6 copies of 2 separate keys so that posed a significant expense for us if we had OC Locksmith Guys make all 12 keys for us. Bonus: Guy himself addresses your questions and concerns within a short and reasonable time frame if you contact him through their yelp page. Quick and detailed responses. Thanks OC Locksmith Guys for helping us secure our new home with re-keys! We would call on you again without hesitation!

What really stood out was how thorough he was. Instead of immediately cutting the actual key attached to my fob, he first cut a blank test key to make sure it fit the vehicle perfectly.
