Today Eden really helped out my parents so much . We needed someone to come and change the locks on all my parents doors and we needed done right away. I wish I could give them zero star!! They have no work ethic, specifically a guy named " Eric". First He tells you he can do your job today, then when i called back ( literally in 5 min) he says I'm booked. That's fine, so far is understandable, but then he says I will do it tomorrow morning, tomorrow morning comes, nope he is booked and busy. At this point I asked him to specify the date and time so he won't say "I'm booked and busy" again. He confirmed Tomorrow morning between 10-11. Guess what it happened this time? What a hassle this was. My daughter broke her car key and needed a replacement - of course during the Easter weekend. Understandingly most places were closed or didn't answer their phones. Except for one person. He came through. Not only did he replace the broken key on EASTER SUNDAY, he took his time to make sure the key worked and drilled a hole in the old key and made sure that one worked too. What great customer service. Oh, before you Karen's get started, I wasn't expecting him to come out on a holiday. He was the one to suggest it. Idan is the greatest locksmith we have ever encountered.   We moved into a house that has a 50 year old Baldwin Mortise lock on the front door.  It wasn't working correctly and we had taken it apart ourselves, which was a big mistake because we could not get all the pieces back together! ... As a result, the lock box no longer worked correctly and they are very expensive to replace new. Long story short, we found Idan on Yelp and he was able to repair the mortise lock in less than an hour.   While performing the repair, he was also able to make other adjustments to the springs and to the key barrel, and the lock is now working perfectly.  Idan explained every step he took to repair the lock and encouraged repairing mortise locks over simply replacing with new ones. Overall, he provides top notch customer service and has a vast knowledge of how mortise locks operate.  We highly recommend him for any locksmith services. read more

I wish I could have actually reviewed the work that they performed, but I couldn't get past the rude guy that answered the phone for a quote. We had our young nephews over in the afternoon and and accidentally got locked out of our condo. I called "All the Best" to see what the cost would be to come out and unlock our door. I was quoted $85 and when I mentioned we were in Diamond Bar, the quote changed to $95. I then asked about how long it would take and he said that they couldn't determine a time until they called the tech and confirmed the schedule. I understood, but when I asked if they had the slightest hint of an amount of time all I received was, "Well, you live in Diamond Bar and there is a lot of traffic right now." Yes, traffic on a Friday afternoon would take about 30 minutes from Brea, but his condescending tone and brusqueness made me feel unappreciated and that he just wanted to go home on a Friday afternoon. All I wanted to know was how long I would need to keep a 3 and 5 year old out in 100 degree heat while 7 months pregnant myself. I ended up calling another place in Pomona who came out in 30 minutes for $65 and a much better attitude. read more

Awesome. One of the best customer service experiences ever. Bought a new home and wanted to change the locks. Called and spoke with Idan and we set up an appointment for following day. He called me verify times and should up when he said he would. What really struck me was how friendly he was - just a really nice polite guy. Aside from that, he's extremely quick and efficient. I just asked to have the lock re-keyed, but he noticed they had put the locks upside down and volunteered to take it apart and correct it for me.
