We have used Victor several times. This time I thought I should write a review. The last 2 jobs he did included installing new door locks, one of which was to replace a double French door lock that was broken. He was quick knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. We will continue to call Victor for locksmith needs. read more

I have used Victory Locksmith a number of times, and it has always been fast, friendly, reliable, and great pricing. What else can you ask for! I have recommended Victory to friends, and they have all been very happy with the service. I have used Victory when being locked out of my car and a friends, and also most recently to install a security surveillance camera outside of my residence. Phenomenal work every time. Victor is so friendly and such a hard worker, if you use him, he will do anything humanly possible to help you out. The first time I called, I was with a friend who locked their keys in their truck. Victor arrived within 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, and got straight to work. It was an older truck too so it was pretty hard to unlock, but Victor was working really hard in the hot sun with all of the tools (like the blow up bag and the stick thing, sorry I don't know the technical terms lol). He popped it right open, and was super friendly during the whole process. Second time I called was because I had locked my keys in my trunk, first time EVER locking my keys in my car in 12 years of driving. I have a push start car, and i accidentally threw my whole workout bag in my trunk, I figured since it was sensor and the keys were close it would still open, EPIC FAIL. Anyway, first person I thought to call was Victor. It was late at night and cold, but I didn't wait long, bam he was there within like 10 minutes. I guess my car was pretty high tech because when he pushed the unlock button on the door, it started to arm security (knowing no one had entered the car). Then he tried opening the door handle, but same thing because it knew no one was in the car. Finally he hit the trunk button and the alarm went off, but I grabbed my keys and unarmed it. Victor did not get frustrated during the process, he was friendly and would just switch up his strategy if something wasn't working. Such a life saver! During this experience, we got to talking and I found out that he does surveillance cameras, which is exactly what I was looking for. He had done such an amazing job with everything else, I asked him to do the surveillance camera at my house. Victor came with another worker and worked very fast, he was done within a couple hours. He positioned the camera exactly where I wanted it, set up the monitor in my bedroom, and showed me how to use the settings. The camera even has night vision! And no visible wires. The camera setting I have records 5 seconds before and after it senses motion. As a woman home alone, it makes me feel so much more secure and safe knowing I have this camera. Victor did fast work with the surveillance system, and was so friendly and courteous during the whole process. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience and work being done. I 100% recommend! Also on a side note, while he was working on my camera Victor received a few calls for jobs (people being locked out) and because he was unable to tend to them, he gave them great recommendations for their area. It's nice to see someone who really takes pride in what they do, and really care about people. read more

I own a business that deals in high-value items and we have utilized the services of Victory Lock Control many times. Each time the value, service, quality of work and professionalism has exceeded our expectations. With each visit, it becomes immediately apparent that Victory takes great pride in their reputation, and that they genuinely care about the well-being of their customers. There are several stories I could share where Victory Lock Control went above and beyond to make us a very happy customer. Looking at the other reviews here, I can see that this is the norm for Victory, and as a result they have no where to go but up. Believe me when I say that their competitors have not (in my experience) been able to match the level of quality, price and service of Victory Lock Control. Same goes for their related company, Franco's Safe and Vault. Special thanks to Victor and his fantastic team for the past products and service, and thanks in advance for the many years ahead of us as we will ONLY contact Victory Lock Control for our security needs. read more

Excellent service. Locksmith arrived promptly and took care of issue in a breeze. Thank you guys!

Someone had robbed things from my house. I discovered that my front door lock was broken. It is a very old door knob and lock. I called a few people after looking on Yelp. Some wanted to charge me just to come out and look at it with no guarantee they could even fix it and estimated that it would be very expensive to fix. I called Victor. He was at my house within 10 minutes. He fixed my front door and rekeyed all the doors in my house. His price was very affordable which I appreciated after I now have to replace things that were stolen, and couldn't waste money on paying someone to come out who might not even be able to fix it. Victor was super nice and cleaned up before leaving. read more

Victor saved the day at my shop. Use him for commercial or residential and he'll have you covered. We had a broken front lock and out restroom locks were dying. Victor comes in sets me up with some high tech lock in the front then did a thorough inspection of my entire shop. My bathroom having issues with gang members coming in and tagging; solution single sided lock. Bam fixed. Next one door way entrance with keypad. Previous owner had jammed it and broke it bc he didn't want to deal with a keypad. Bam fixed. Back exit door, it was scrapping due to misaligned notches. He ground it out. Fixed. He did all of this in under two hours. He's fast professional and just an amazing guy. Try Victory locksmith, he will not steer you wrong. Sure you can get cheaper than him, but I promise you they are using cheap components. Victor stocks high end commercial stuff. If you calculate out labor he is charging minimally cause he wants to take care of his customers. read more

I came in and the guy just looked at me. I asked him if he does laser cut keys and he said they do. I gave them my broken key and they said it was too worn out for the key to be read. That's funny cause the next guy I called was able to cut it just fine using my broken key. read more

These guys were awesome. Just got back from a business trip and was exhausted, and my checked bag with my house keys decided to stay behind. Called up these guys and Victor came to the rescue pronto and got me in with no problem! He's younger than I expected (mid-late 20s?) but really knew his stuff, and was so efficient and friendly I nearly wasn't even bummed out anymore about my bag not showing up. I mean, if you're in a situation where you're locked out, you need things to start working out! Victory Locksmith made that happen. I don't plan on locking myself out again, but if I do I'm calling them for sure! read more

Victor is awesome. He is very honest, friendly, and efficient. He came over on super short notice. We called him on a weekday around 6pm and he showed up around 8pm (there was crazy traffic that night). Victor came to our home to help us assess our security issues. I look forward to having him install good cameras in our home as well as install a quality lock. We had almost signed up for one of the monthly fee security companies but I kept thinking that they likely installed cameras that produced low quality images which would not be helpful other than a general description at best. Victor showed me live feed images of a camera system he has and it was a sharp image with great contrast. This would show a face clearly and could be enlarged to zoom in and get detail. He is such a genuine and nice person. A rare find ! He's a person that I will refer. Thanks Yelpers ! read more

Victory Locksmith is by far the best company I have ever worked with in my 20+ years of experience as a property manager! Being in the field of commercial and residential real estate, including dealing with businesses ranging from small start-ups to corporations at the enterprise level, I have dealt with countless contractors and locksmiths. Nothing and no one has come close to the experience I had when dealing with this great business. I first contacted Victor after talking to 4 other locksmiths who all had 5 star ratings. The others either couldn't do the job or it was too late in the evening for them to work. I needed emergency access to a certain unit in a shared mailbox at a new development. I needed to get a package immediately for a client that was waiting. Victor quoted me an price that was the lowest and after agreeing he arrived promptly and immediately started working on the job. As he was working he detailed the possible situations that could arise and quickly finished the job. Victor was friendly, honest, professional, and extremely skilled. Just by watching and talking to Victor I feel like I've gained some lock smithing skills. A person actually came by as he working to complain how the mailbox locks which were handled by a company contracted by the development have not been working for months. They said they have complained numerous times but the issue still hasn't been resolved. Victor literally could have fixed it in 5 minutes. My company just recently relocated to Orange County and we didn't have a regular locksmith until now. Victory Locksmith will now not only handle our locksmith needs but all of our security work as well. I was so impressed with their work that without a doubt they could handle my other security jobs at a much larger corporate scale. They also specialize in video surveillance which I was thrilled to know that they can handle it also. Small or large scale I would recommend Victory Locksmith to anyone ranging from large commercial businesses to even my own momma. I seriously feel my company is better as a whole just from knowing I have them on board. Their Yelp rating is off the charts! If you need any work done that's in their field, you would be stupid not to use Victory Locksmith. read more

His prices are reasonable and aren't inflated like the other locksmith companies. I will definitely call Victor Locksmith again when I get locked out!! read more

5 stars all the way! I was very impressed with Victor's service, pricing, and expertise. I called him for an urgent residential lock change, and he was very responsive.
