So I was out in the area doing some other things. One of which left me a little extra time. I had a tumbler for a handset that I had to have them rekeying. I called and they said no problem so I took it in. The guy came out from the back when I walked in and was very friendly. He asked what I needed and I told him I had to have him key the tumbler but to two separate keys as one was a master and the other only a pass key. Again he tells me ok no problem. He then ask if I could leave it with him. I told him that I was only in the area because of other business and again he said no problem we don't like unhappy customers. I came in yesterday (3/2/20) to have a key made since my key broke inside of my safe. Well before I could try it, for whatever reason I stuck the broken piece back in the lock and got it stuck ‍ (I wasn't aware how hard it was to get that sucker out). So today (2/3:20) after a lot of frustration & many failed attempts, I called up bills again and he let me know that he has tools to remove the broken piece. So I brought the safe to him and he had it taken out before I could finish the story! We tried the key from yesterday & it just needed just a tiny little shaving & it worked like a charm. I used them to change the locks on our new place. I was happy that they were able to accommodate a Saturday time slot. There was a message left on my cell phone stating the technician would be at our place to change the locks between the hours of 9a - 12p. The guy didn't show up until after 2pm. I tried calling them around 12p to see if I could get a status update on the arrival time, but since it was Saturday nobody was answering the company phone. Anyhow, the guy seemed very skilled at changing the locks. After completing the change, he threw in a few extra spare keys at no charge. He probably felt bad for being late. The keys he chose were Star Wars and Disney themed. Coincidentally my wife loves Star Wars and Disney. So it worked out perfect- she was all smiles when I handed her the keys. I asked her if the guy gave her a choice; she stated that she never even spoke to him during the time he was at our place. The guy is psychic and/or was lucky he chose Star Wars and Disney keys. I purchased a vintage Gucci suitcase that I got locked out of and after 25 min of wanting to rip my hair out trying to open the stupid thing, I decided to call a locksmith. I needed to have an additional key made for my 2004 Mitsu, and I found this place by accident. I had called multiple mobile locksmiths and even a Mitsu dealership and all the prices were between $145 - $185. I decided to try one more place and searched via Google for locksmiths local to my home that could also cut (and program) car keys. By chance I found Bill's Lock & Safe. They had the key I needed, gave me a quote over the phone (1/2 as much as the mobile locksmiths and dealership). I raced down there after work and got there at about 10 minutes before closing.
