Big shout out to Kyle and his staff! I needed a pair of cruiser style bicycles for my wife and we were able to pick out these Norco Indie's. They checked all the specs on the bikes to make sure they were ready to ride, and then out the door we went. Didn't feel rushed or pressured, no gimmicky sales tricks, nothing but super helpful and friendly, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality bike and a fair price. We will be back for our next bikes.

I'm a new downhill skier, and went to Alpine Hut for help buying skis, boots, and poles. The experience was fantastic. The people there were super-friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions and with the boot fitting, despite the store being crowded on a Saturday afternoon. I had shopped around, and the prices at Alpine Hut were comparable. They said I could pick up the skis later that week- then called me later that day to tell me the bindings were mounted and I could pick them up tomorrow! Amazing service. Highly recommended.

Two oldest excited to hit the slopes.

Greg and Sarah were incredibly helpful for our family of five. We came in with three new skiers under 12 and walked out with all the proper gear to start the season. The parking was ample and the store was easy to navigate with small kids. We hope in the future they can expand to include more inventory like clothing. Highly recommend.

    Thanks Alpine Hut!

This review is on their bike shop. I was on a search for a bike. A bike that would get me to and from work. With all the bad things I have heard about buying bikes from Walmart/Fred Myer/Target, I was trying to buy mine from a bike shop. But my budget was too low, I was only looking to spend $200-300. So I got pointed in the direction of buying a bike online. Raleigh Bikes had great deals online! Including free shipping, free assembly, free returns, and no tax! This is where Alpine Hut comes in. They are listed as one of the pro shops that does assembly. Since they are right down the street for me, I chose to have my bike sent there! I ended up ordering a Raleigh Eva 2 mountain bike for $299. I ordered my bike online and it took about a week to ship and assemble. When I went in to get it, I asked to get a kick stand installed and they were more than happy to! it was $8 for a kickstand. A few days later I went back because I felt the kick stand was rubbing a lil on my back tire and they adjusted it for me. I also caved and bought a back rack and they also installed that for me. $30 for the rack $10 labor fee. Not thrilled they charged me $10 for the labor but I am happy to support local shops and I am also happy with the back rack. I will definitely come back here again to get my bike tuned!

I like that it's women owned, local, and the bike selection is curated. What makes the website stand out is the links to the various brands and suppliers in which I took a good half hour going down a fun rabbit hole. By far, this website is the most in depth I've seen. There's no pretentiousness, info is up to date, and it looks like a fun indie shop. You also get to see who the mechanics are and their interests. I've never done a review for a website before and I hope it has an equal impact as an in person review. I'm excited to visit this bike shop.

A couple stopped to help me up and looked up some repair shops in the neighborhood so, carrying bike over my shoulder, I dragged myself to Free Range Cycle where Luke was able to assess the damages, repair the front brake, and get me back on the Burke Gilman by the time it took for me to walk to the PCC and back.
