Food is good, but the pricing can be a bit high. My family and I were shocked when we were told about the soup base will be an additional 5.50. The soup base should be included as you can't really have a hotpot without the soup Now onto the service. The staff kept forgetting to bring us the beef slices. We pressed the bell and had to keep remind them that our beefs are still missing. Out of maybe 10 things we requested, we got maybe 6 items. The server also seem annoyed at us too. We would like to come back due to the nice food selection. However the rude customer service is a huge barrier for us and I will not be visiting this place again unless there is a huge promotion or if the service is fixed. On the day of, I called ahead again to make sure they had a table available only to be told there would be up to an hour wait due to other reservations (lol). She makes the appointment for me regardless for the time I wanted to come in. The venue shoots me an automated text confirming this. When I arrive, she says there is a 30min wait and that she would text me when the table is ready. I say sure, and wait outside. 30min later, I get no text, but I return to the establishment anyways to check on the table status. She claims she did text me, and I show her that I did not receive anything. She points to the automated text I received EARLIER saying "it's right there." I tell her "no, this is the one I got confirming my reservation, not my table." She argues with me while rolling her eyes and scoffing (she didn't even try to hide her annoyance) UNTIL I point to the time stamp and she realizes she's wrong. She says "oh." and leads us to our table. Only its not even ready yet so we go back to the waiting room. She never apologized and had an unfriendly attitude after that whole dispute. The wait staff, on the other hand, was very polite. However, they did not show up multiple times throughout our meal when we pressed the service button and kept "forgetting" to bring out items we ordered (we had to ask for our quail eggs five times over the span of two hours). There was no music overhead which I thought was just the norm, but they did start playing a song halfway through our meal. Just one, on loop. When our waiter brought back the change for the check, he just handed me a single folded up bill (not too phased about that, I just thought it was funny lol). I really enjoyed this place after my roommate found it on tiktok. It was really good quality and as long as you don't order a "premium" item you don't pay past the buffet costs. There's a call button so they come to the room you're in. There is a limited amount of as seats per room as you have individual pots (be aware you do pay a small fee per pot/flavor). The wait time when I went was non-existent as we went maybe 1 hour after opening but there definitely was a wait when left. I recommend signing up on Yelp's wait-list as there are no reservations and first come first serve. The only complaint: the sign outside takes a second for you to realize where you're going. read more

Bad Experience! Food was good and everyone seems nice! But a tall with nasty attitude manager, who has a pony tail came over with a rude voice asked us to leave because we were in a big room, which fits 10 people. To start with we have 3 people and the receptionist had asked us to share a big room with another family, which we don't mind. So, he stomped in and said you have to leave and did you pay the bill? I was astonished and replied that is our time up? His mad face gave us attitude then said it's a bout time and left. Seriously?? We go there to eat every week or twice a week. This is the attitude given to us from this manager. This place is not cheap about $60 per head, not including taxes. Extremely disappointed and there many more places to eat not just this place. The entrance is unassuming and I almost walked past it. Once inside, you're transported to a beautiful setting of individual dining booths, elegant music, and wait staff dressed to the nines. Our server, walked us through the menu and we were able to pick out what we wanted. I recommend the pork bone and herbal soup bases. As for the seafood, I recommend getting yellow tail sashimi, little neck clams, scallops and raw oysters. For the meat, the sliced beef, and hand cut beef were prize winners. My favorites were the salmon sashimi and the beef slices. You should order the pat cucumber to cut the fattyness of the beef. When I was done eating, I felt so satisfied and not like I was going to blow up, like other hot pot places make me feel. Also, the interior design of the place was really nice! The staff was also very friendly and checked in on my table several times to refill the hotpot broth and to ask if we needed any more food. The pricing is def higher than other places but there's a lot of seafood option if you're into seafood. A few items are extra pricing so double check to make sure it's included. Broth pricing is not included and drinks aren't included either. All the servers were really friendly. I am a hot pot lover so the broth is really important to me. Came to try this place on a weekday with some friends as TikTok had us curious on AYCE hotpot and sashimi. Honestly I didn't have much expectation for this place as most AYCE places are pretty standard to me. There was no wait for us as we went at an off peak time. The service was good, they were attentive and were able to get us everything we needed promptly. For the sashimi, we ordered salmon, scallops, oysters, and yellowtail. I liked the scallops a lot, they were sweet and didn't taste fishy at all. The oysters were okay, they tasted fine not fishy, but I wouldn't order it again here. All of us did not have any issues the day after so that's a plus. The other pieces of sashimi were small and just alright, nothing special. For the hotpot, they offer a good, standard selection of items. My personal favorites from the entire menu were the live shrimp & shrimp paste. The live shrimp we got were small but they tasted so sweet and fresh. As for shrimp paste, I don't see many AYCE places offer shrimp paste but they do here! We paid about $75 per person which is a little pricy in my opinion and honestly this is a place that I would go to once just to try it out but would not return as I would rather eat the two separately. read more

(~65$pp) I went with a party or 7 and a party of 9 ( both different days) and it was great both times! Each person gets their individual soup base and gets to choose their flavor. I always choose the Mala flavor (spicy numbing ) The food is so fresh and they have a big variety of different foods sashimi, cooked appetizers, and then your hot pot meats/ vegetables and noodles that are all part of the AYCE menu. They served oysters which were surprisingly fresh and delicious. My favorite from the sashimi has to be the scallops which were so sweet and the tuna and yellowtail which both melts in your mouth. The meats are also delicious, they have different types of beef cuts, and beef tongue which is so tender. What makes it better is that because it was a big group, we got to have our own karaoke room which is located downstairs so it was like we had hot pot and a private karaoke room all at once. And a personal sauce bar! The waiters/ waitresses are a little slow and forgetful when bringing our food/ replacing our waters since when we ask multiple times (which might be because the rooms are located downstairs from the kitchen) but with good food and good company and a karaoke place, I'm not complaining!
