This place was sooooooo delicious!! On top of amazing apps and entrees, the service was impeccable! Our server was friendly, knowledgable, and on top of everything! Definitely coming back! read more

This place is overpriced for no good reason. My friend's pasta was served cold & my other friend found a hair in her pasta. No offer of compensation whatsoever. The service was obscenely slow too. I really don't recommend. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because my salad was good. Everyone else at my table had complaints. read more

I have been here twice and have had awesome service both times. The menu is unique, they have a Happy Hour on house wines and appetizer specials until 6 PM, the entrees are delicious, and everyone from our server to the manager went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Highly recommend this place! read more

While staying in Syracuse to drop our daughter off at SU, we searched for a restaurant to accommodate our many dietary restrictions (Gluten Free and several other food allergies). We found 110 Grill and were absolutely delighted with the menu and service. Being from San Francisco we have many wonderful restaurant options, but we have never seen a restaurant pay this type of special attention to dietary needs. The chef personally delivers all plates with any dietary restrictions. The food was delicious... with a full bar and many beers on tap (I'm Not gluten free=) What made the experience so special however was the extremely friendly service from Kim, our outstanding waitperson; and talking with James - the nicest and most attentive chef that one may ever experience. If I could give six stars to these wonderful people, I would do so. Instead I would say... go check them out for yourselves...and, if you are gluten free and haven't checked out 110 Grill, please give them a try! You'll go over and over again... as we did!! read more

I am visiting, first time customer. I was walking around the mall to kill time and came across this restaurant. Seating was quick since it's only me. Tom the waiter/bartender was very nice and explained the menu to me. Her recommended the Vegetable stir fry since I am a vegetarian and it was really good. He was attentive and even though he got hit with a few tables at once he was still consistent. For dessert I had the apple crisp. The only thing I would recommend to the kitchen is less granola. The entire dessert was covered in granola. Other then that my drink and food was very tasty. read more

This a decent, higher-end restaurant at the end of the food court (near the carousel) in Destiny USA. We were seated and greeted immediately which was nice for lunch on a Sunday. Started with a tomato soup which was creamy and pretty good. Followed up with some main dishes, the steak salad and cheeseburger, which were both solid dishes although the steak and burger were both over cooked when asked for a medium on both. It didn't taste bad, but it also wasn't how we preferred to have it cooked. The kids meal was a good bargain $8 for a drink, meal (chicken quesadilla), and two sides, berries and cucumbers. I appreciated the two sides and all the options that came along with it. Also, there is an extensive drink menu although I did not get any alcoholic drinks. Good solid food option if you want something a little nicer than your average restaurant. I think the location of the restaurant though is a little bit of a drag but it comes with it being inside Destiny USA. There is a parking lot that goes is behind the restaurant and I would look for it (remember near the food court and carousel). read more

Unpleasant experience - I would not reconsider this place again, and recommend a no-go on a busy night, the team can not execute.

they really said "seasoning? don't know her." Food took forever. The only redeeming quality of this place was HOW NICE AND ATTENTIVE THE SERVERS WERE, especially Kim (she's amazing ) . Incredible service, bland food. read more

Emily was a great server! Super friendly and quick to take our order and serve us! Everything was 10/10. Great food great service we will definitely be coming back again for sure!! Food came quick and it was hot! Thank you Emily!! read more

Stopped in for lunch Sunday afternoon and was very impressed. There were four adults and three kids in our group. We were informed that everything was made from scratch, and boy could you tell! Everything we sampled on the menu was a homerun. My friend, a vegetarian, loved the Beyond Burger. I wasn't super hungry, so I tried a bowl of the tomato soup and it was delicious! Very creamy and cheesy. My hubby ordered the pepperoni flatbread, which was a little overdone, but the ingredients made up for it. The rolls with garlic butter might have been our favorite part-- they literally melted in our mouths. I could have just eaten that. I was also impressed with the kids menus-- $8 included a drink, entree, two sides and dessert! My son enjoyed grilled chicken, apple slices, fries (fresh cut), milk and ice cream. The sliders and tenders were a hit with the others. We will definitely be back, especially this summer when the patio opens! read more

Great food! They have really re-vamped the space that was formally unos. The restaurant is bright, with friendly staff and attentive service! We ordered the 110 special salad and the tuna entree. Both were beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Thank you to our server, Carolyn, as well! We will most certainly be back soon! read more

Our waiter Kye was phenomenal! She has great communication skills. The food was incredible- so unique!

If I could I would give 0 stars. We spent two and a half hours there- we only took twenty minutes to eat. One friend had a hair in her food, and the other's pasta was completely undercooked and cold. We were barely attended to, and only got our check after a half an hour of waiting around to be helped before finally getting up and finding the waitress ourselves. There was no offer of discount or anything until requested for the order with hair in it. Poor service and poor food. read more

Carolyn was an amazing server! Super nice, funny, and provided great service. One of the best servers I have had. First time here and will be coming back soon. read more

Not impressed at all. 4 in our party, drinks came out separately and took forever. One of us had to wait 20 minutes to get our drink. Food was average, nothing special. Remodel looked like a glorified Denny's with a bar. Typical chain that is growing too big too quick. I'd give it a year at best and they will be gone. read more

My first visit was very good however tonight , not so much. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, the seasonal vegetables- steamed green beans- had no seasoning or flavor and the steak was undercooked. Management did not check in on tables nor did they make the rounds to apologize despite the fact that people were walking out because of the wait for food. Not sure if this was a one time thing or what but very disappointing. read more

Great food, great staff. We would highly recommend this to others. Delish good for the price. Awesome bartenders & waitstaff.

The chef DJ, and the waitress Miranda, were really great with getting accommodations for all of our allergies, and making me and my family really tasty food! read more

This is the best restaurant my family and I have eaten in! Our family has allergies to gluten, dairy, soy and egg. They were able to compensate for all of our needs, something that hasn't happened before. Highly recommend! The service is so great! read more

If you have a food allergy this is the place to go! They are extremely conscious of ensuring no cross contamination. You'll also never find a larger menu of Gluten Free options. I can't remember the last time I had a GOOD gluten free roll at dinner. Everything is made from scratch, you won't be disappointed. We had Carolyn as a server and she was very attentive to ensure there was no cross contamination. read more

Food is delicious! Staff (hosts, waiters...) are under-experienced but it doesn't bother me enough to not come again. I have visited repeatedly and always enjoy it. Very nice concept of food presentation (only managers bring allergen sensitive food to customer). Perfect for celiacs! read more

The table and plate settings were dirty. They didn't have any nutritional info either online or in the store. The food was flavorless - my husband ordered the Cuban and it was basically a grilled cheese. The only good part was the pomegranate basil smash drink. When the check came, we felt bad about going out to eat and having to pay for something we could have done better at home. We probably won't be giving this place a second chance. read more

Can't say enough about this restaurant. Phenomenal options for people with food allergies. The food was terrific and every single employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. We were visiting Syracuse and took a chance without knowing much about 110 Grill. We're glad we did and would definitely go back if we find ourselves in the area again. Our 6-year-old loved it too. Great all the way around. read more

Not impressed at all!. As someone who has worked in restaurants for over 20 years and has eaten in restaurants across the country(I don't cook and travel alot) I was very disappointed. As we entered the restaurant we were informed they were out of red meat. (We were in a mall w several restaurants. I'm sure they had red meat. Claimed they didnt get their truck in) I wanted to leave then but my husband convinced me to stay. We were told all the food was preped to order. Maybe so but it's not fresh food at all. My husband ordered the fish and chips. I, the pulled pork mac & cheese. The fried fish was laying in a puddle of its own grease and was soggy. The roasted Brussel sprouts were over cooked and soggy and were not seasoned at all. As for the mac&cheese, it was flavorless. The cheese sauce had a gritty texture, and the pulled pork was slimey and also had a weird taste and texture. The salad that came w my meal was just as bad. No flavor to carrots or cucumbers. It kinda tasted like they were washed w soap. I asked for a balsamic vinegarette and got a balsamic reduction instead. Not the same. Our server was great. I wish I could remember her name. It was almost like she was the only one working. I saw her running around while our food sat under a heat lamp w other employees standing around it. No team work. Needless to say, we will not dine there again. read more

If you have anyone that has gluten allergies, this is a great place to have a meal. This was our first time to a 100 Grill and we had a great experience and education on their processes. Our server Carolyn explained how the allergen-free food was prepped in a clean kitchen (e.g. the "fry chain" is all GF), marked with a toothpick, and that the manager serves the food as a final check. If the toothpick isn't there or the manager didn't serve it, then it's not right and they will immediately make it right. Carolyn was so proud to work there and be able to offer meals everyone can eat and share, it brought a great energy to the experience. Not only that, the food was delicious - from the appetizer to the dessert! The whole team is trying to do something special here and we applaud them for such a successful GF outcome. read more

Food was good and service was great. Although it seemed short staffed, Carolyn was amazing.

My friend and I stopped in on an early Sunday afternoon. The decor was beautiful, staff friendly. We both ordered steak salads, medium and medium well. The steak was beyond well done and extremely dry, the waitress agreed with us and took the steak back. We waited another 15 minutes for newly cooked steak. No offer of bread or anything while we waited. The new steak was better but well done, no visit from manager and was charged full price for both salads. Very disspointing! read more

The food was excellent and our server Carolyn was phenomenal. Could not have asked for a better experience. I am a picky eater and they are very accommodating. read more

Food and service are amazing!!!!!! Carolyn is an amazing service and management is top notch. I strongly recommend the place for drinks and food. I normally don't write reviews but with service and food like 110 grill is hard to come by. read more

Good food, i had a burger. Margarita was tastey and strong. Server/bartender was friendly. Deff will be back !

Absolutely love this place. It is so great with all food allergies. Everything is natural and made fresh including their syrups for their alcohol. Awesome atmosphere and awesome staff. I'm excited to go back read more

Meal was a major disappointment and the waitress was clueless. Ordered the Salmon which was over salted and came on a bed of funky tasting ramen that was inedible. The girl asked about meal and I put it out there about the noodles. *crickets* It didn't register beyond a "sorry about that". She gathered up my plate which looked like it did when it came out minus the salmon. The wife said her meal was blah, smothered in a sauce that further took away from the dish. We feel this restaurant not worth an attempt at redemption. read more

My family and I had dinner at 110 grill last Friday night and our server rose was amazing and so good with my kids who are very picky eaters I will definitely be coming back with my family for dinner read more

The margarita pizza was amazing. It had a beautiful presentation and was very tasty! I also ordered a side of broccoli. The broccoli was cooked perfectly with a nice crunch and bright color. In other restaurants a side of broccoli is a few pieces, at 110 Grill I received a generous amount in a good sized bowl. Our server was Charlie. She was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely return to 110 Grill. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience and delicious food! read more

Mushrooms missing from mushroom sirloin, waitress ended up bringing a side. They we're burned. Proceeded to argue with me that they were cooked correctly. Steak was chewy and not well cooked. Won't be returning. read more

Was very excited to have my husband try your food. Brought him up, the restaurant was empty, and, again for the second time coming, service was absolutely horrible. Sat at a table close to the bar and listened to the bartender talk horribly about the restaurant and how he wouldn't tell anyone to come eat here. Completely unorganized and horribly managed. Which really is too bad because the food is amazing. 4 different tables got up and left because the wait and service was so bad. It feels like it's being ran by a bunch of kids unattended then being a professional business. It's too bad. read more

Great menu. Very cool selection with house made sauces and dressing. Great Brussels spouts!!

As a young man who thrives on delicious food and good whiskey, this place makes very good drinks. Tom and Shannon whom are two of the many bartenders are very talented in making their cocktails as well as recommending their most delicious dishes that the 110 Grill has to offer. Once a week i keep coming back for the company and spirits that Tom and Shannon bring to the table, my experience in Syracuse has been very accommodating and I can't wait to stop by every time I travel here to up State New York! read more

Second time here, love the food and atmosphere. Our waiter Zachary was outstanding!!! He was very attentive, great attitude and suggested both our meals, which were awesome. Thanks Zach :) read more
