This place in the Destiny USA mall advertises heavily throughout the mall in banners and such. We went for a late lunch on a Sunday. It was maybe 1/4 full. Big bar. Watched football game from our table. Service was ok, maybe a little slow (staffing?) Notably, they are a cook-from-scratch place so they can accommodate a lot of dietary needs (ability to do gluten-free is pointed out). They were out of some of the things we wanted to order (beet salad). We had the chorizo totchos (made with tater tots), chili, kale salads with salmon, and lemon beignets. Good-sized portions and enough for leftovers. -Totchos were good, even better next day. Crunchy tots. -Kale salad was very good, as was the salmon -Chili was good and had a good taste with good amount of chili powder -Lemon beignets tasted good. Caramel dipping sauce was better than the chocolate one (menu said mixed berry sauce but I think it was chocolate). They were a bit tiny though. Grabbing a quick bit before a Movie and were hankering a burger and a coke in the mall and 110 fit the bill. All told it was an hour to order, eat, be refilled several times and enjoy our meal. Staff was nice. Burger was asked for with mushrooms and when it was brought out they advised they were out (weird to not have mushrooms). This is a gem in the Destiny mall! It's tucked in the corner of the food court. You wouldn't think that it has stellar food that would compete with the likes of cheesecake factory, or the like, but it does! The food is fresh and comes out in a timely manner. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the rice just the right amount of soft and sticky, and the green were fresh and crisp. The service is friendly, professional, and checks in as often as necessary. I love the feel of this place too. It has a higher end vibe but being in the mall it doesn't make you feel like you need to dress to the nines. A family friendly place or a good spot for a group of friends to enjoy drinks and food. I recommend you find this gem and enjoy! read more

Went during "social hour" on a Sunday and the place was pretty empty. It took a pretty long time, maybe 10-15 minutes to get our drinks (which were good and strong) with two bartenders. My friend ordered the fried Brussels sprouts but she got another kind of Brussels sprouts instead. They corrected her order but it was still missing a sauce. She also ordered the shrimp power bowl which never got placed, so she said to forget it. Waitress was friendly but her service wasn't great as she took her time. Horrible meal! We ordered three meals to be delivered via DoorDash. What an absolute disappointment!! I ordered the Kale Brussels Salad. The Kale was completely wilted, the apples were not just oxidized but actually mushy, the carrot sticks were also mushy, and the salad, for $17.45 was the size of a side salad. It looked (and smelled) so spoiled that it went straight into the trash. One daughter ordered the Blue Cheese Wedge with no bacon - it came with bacon on it. My other daughter ordered the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich that was supposed to have hot honey sauce to pour over it. The container they sent had balsamic salad dressing in it - not hot honey sauce - so she ended up with a sandwich with very little taste. All in all, it was a complete waste of money. I called to speak with a manager and was told that she would return my call - of course that never happened. The service is horrible I sat at the bar for the second time now coming here and was barely greeted then not even a napping or a coaster for my drink when served (shot tequila with a lemon. We showed up here at roughly 7PM on a Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty dead. We started with blueberry martini and blueberry sangria which were so delicious. For our appetizer we ordered fried pickles (a must-get for us when we see it on any menu) These were one of the better fried pickles we've tried...thick cut but crispy and hot throughout...and two dipping sauces (chef's kiss). For our entrees I got the steak tip salad. It was ok, steak was cooked well, I was just very conflicted about the mix of vinaigrette dressing with the onslaught of steak sauce that was happening in the salad (pictures below). My boyfriend got the hot honey chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. I can attest that the fries came out cold. The chicken didn't taste fresh, and again, came out cold. We've been to this location twice now. The first time was great and as good as we expect the chain to be. The second time, last night, was pretty lackluster, mostly due to the service. There were 2 servers for about 6 tables, so not at all busy. From the time we got there to the time we left, there were tables all over that had dirty dishes from people who had long gone. The server we started with ended up not coming back to our table and the other server ended up taking care of us. Neither was exceptionally warm and friendly. No one stopped to check on us at any point. At one point the one girl was sitting at a table texting (while there were still dirty tables, mind you). If there was a manager, they certainly weren't doing much to help out. Food and drinks were excellent as always though, which was a pleasant relief. I really wish they would tone down their portions a bit. The food is so good but every single dish is sooooo expensive, which is always a disappointment come dessert time when I'm just too stuffed for more. Decided to try this place after seeing as the sweat deal of the week, where you get $50 worth of food for $25. We finally got to change to use our certificate this week. We went on a Friday around 6pm and were sat right away. They do take reservations online. We did not get an app but we did get cocktails. My husband ordered a dirty martini and said it was horrible just a bunch of olive juice. We didn't say anything about it he just chose not to drink it and got a glass of wine instead. I order their mule which wasn't bad but didn't taste like a mule. For dinner my husband got the steak Oscar. For anyone who doesn't know steak Oscar is usually steak with crab on top. To our surprise it came with shrimp. My husband said the mash potatoes were cold but yet the broccoli was steaming hot, the steak was nothing special. For dinner I got the pork Mac and cheese, it wasn't bad at first but my last few bites tasted like a chemical. About 3 hours after this meal, I developed a horrible stomach ache and nausea. I ended up fall asleep and woke up out of a dead sleep and threw up what looked like the whole meal and was sick for the next few days with what I believe was food poisoning. I won't be going here again but I know there are people who like it here and enjoy it, so don't let this review alone stop you from trying this place if you would like to go. read more

Lots of strengths, but also some weaknesses. Their GF offerings are a major strength - they have a separate menu with many, many choices. We went on a Wednesday night and had no trouble getting a table. The waiter was nice, but not super effective - I got the wrong drink (I ordered the pear martini and got the pear sangria), my daughter got the wrong dish (she ordered the tuna entree and got the tuna appetizer). We waited an obscene amount of time after we finished eating for our check. Some of the food was really good: my son's burger was cooked perfectly, as was my daughter's tuna; the chicken in my pasta dish was great - very tender. But there were issues: the rice in my daughter's entree was super al dente, the hamburger bun fell apart as my son was trying to eat his burger. My husband and son both got the garlic mashed potatoes - they loved them, but my daughter and I thought they were too salty. The chorizo totchos were tasty, but it was a surprisingly small portion. I had a hard time choosing from the many GF options. I decided on the chicken and pasta with pesto cream sauce. This dish needs work. For one thing, it's kind of ugly - too much beige - it needs some spinach or more red pepper to perk up the visual. The pasta was overcooked - easy to do with GF pasta, but the result is unappetizing. The sauce was ok, but not super flavorful. We had to try dessert, even though we were stuffed. The cinnamon apple donut was interesting, but not mind blowing. The chocolate cake was very good, with both chocolate and raspberry sauce. The food is beautifully presented and that is a major strength. But the restaurant is maybe a bit high end for its location. I'm not sure they will survive in a crowded field of choices. read more

Everything is always fresh made and I must say very tasty. Service is always good and everyone seems to enjoy what they do here. Prices have not gone up by much despite post COVID issues most restaurants have experienced. I had Cajun swordfish which I would have liked more spicy but it was good. What a joke we ordered a appetizer and a salad. The appetizers came out they were okay nothing special nothing to write home about but okay. Waited about an additional half an hour never received our salads canceled our order. The nice waitress apologized and gave us our bill when she brought back our change she said I'm sorry we don't have any change so I can't give you your 97 cents. I've traveled the world and finally found the worse dining experience ever at 110 Grill in the Destiny Mall. Besides waiting 25 minutes for the server, it took another 30 to get my uncooked calamari. My wife's soup never came. My short ribs and my wife's swordfish was still not close to being ready over an additional 45 minutes later. Ridiculous! We should have known better when we saw everyone complaining when we arrived. We finally had enough and paid only for the calamari as we left. Looks like lots of unhappy people today - and this was only the lunch crowd!!!! Good luck if you choose this place! read more

This American restaurant is a chain with several locations in different states. This was my first time at a 110 grill and it was great! They're located by the carousel in the food court area of Destiny Mall. You can make reservations online. The space is large so I had no trouble getting a table right away. The interior is modern and semi upscale. I liked that the kitchen area was open so you could see the chefs cooking. I came for lunch and was really pleasantly surprised by the menu options and flavor of my dishes. They have lunch, dinner, kids items, cocktails, happy hour and desserts. Their cocktail menu looked absolutely delicious and were definitely up my flavor palette. I tried the salmon burger, autumn schnitzel (a seasonal menu item) and chorizo tator tot nachos (an appetizer). I loved that they had seasonal items. They also pride themselves in catering to allergies and diet restrictions. The chorizo nachos were really delicious. I liked that it had sour cream, scallions and pico de gallo. The tots were crispy and weren't soggy at all. I also liked that the spice that the chorizo added. The dish was packed with flavor. The cajun salmon burger was stupendously delicious and also packed with flavor. It came with a sriracha aioli and a slaw. The salmon had a nice crust on it. I'd absolutely order it again. The brioche bun got a little soggy on the bottom. I'd prefer the bun to have a little more hold to it. But overall it was very enjoyable. It came with a side. I chose fries but other options included shoe string onions, sweet potato fries and more. The autumn schnitzel was a breaded pork tenderloin served with a side of broccolini and spaetzel (German potato noodles that are pan fried). Other than one Austrian restaurant I've been to, I have never seen spaetzel on a menu. I was super excited about that! they did a good job of pan frying it too. Dessert menu options included things like brownie sundaes, coconut key lime pie, chocolate cake and s'mores flatbread. I didn't get a chance to try their desserts because I was too full. I'm very excited to come back and try more menu items. Apparently, they have live music on some Sundays but I missed it by a few hours. They also have gift cards! While in Syracuse my wife and I decided to try out this place. We have been wanting to try the one in Rochester out but there is always a 1 - 2 hour wait to get a table. We walked and and got a table right away. It was my wife, 10 month old son, and myself, the hostest took us right in. She tried to set us at a table that would be considered a high high top. I am 6 foot 4 inches and this tabe came to my chest while I was standing. How are we going to be able to place our son at a high chair at this table, the high chair would go right under the table. We had to ask her for another table and she looked at us with disgust for asking. After getting our table Ihad to ask her for a high chair, she was not getting one for us or even asked us if we wanted one. Not to happy from the start with this place. There was not a lot of people at the restaurant at all which makes it weird that once we were seated it took about 15 - 20 minutes for a waiter to come and say hi or anything to us. The waiter finally walked by us and said he would be right back. Once he came back he said is there any food allergies at our table. I informed him that I did not like my food cooked in alcohol. He said sorry but he would be right back and left. Did not take our drink orders or anything. He came back maybe 5 minutes later to take our drink orders. I do like the fact that they asked about allergies but I do not understand why it took so long to get out order taken. We had our son feed before they took our order. My wife order the BBQ Chiken Nachos and I ordered the Steak Tip Salad. Both tasted good but I think they could have been better. The nachos came out with very littel Chicken, cheese, and BBQ on them. My wife even made a comment that when you order nachos that you do not expect to have to try and search for toppings to put on a chip. They have a huge variety of different dishes along with a whole separate gluten-free menu. 110 Grill is also willing to substitute out anything that you choose. Very disappointing lunch with my grandson. Ordered Bistro Wings for appetizer. Flats were good, drums were not cooked, smelled like raw chicken and a fork could not pull them apart. When server finally came back, I told her they weren't cooked, she took them to kitchen and brought us back a coupon for free appetizer. They should have been taken off the bill! Grandson ordered steak and cheese, it was ok but loaded with peppers. I had chicken sandwich, very skimpy on chicken compared to the size of the roll. My wife and I are veterans and came for the veteran meal. Thank you for offering it.  Our wait was long and there was 8 dirty tables when we arrived. The small wait staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed. One family came as we were leaving, and when they got their drinks, got up and walked out. My wife wanted tomato soup, and they ran out and did not offer a substitute for her to choose of the same value. I asked for the BLT-A without bacon, and it came with the bacon and no avocado. It also came with a hair on my plate next to the fried pickles.  Our waitress never came back to ask if we wanted drink refills or to ask how we liked the meals. I also found it disconcerting that no one verified we were veterans. You should be verifying IDs, or word will get around, and people who are not veterans will take advantage of the program.  Needless to say, we won't be back. read more

We visited once previously with mixed reviews on my part. I felt the food was too expensive for what you received, the service was very slow, but we appreciated the allergy awareness. We decided to try again, but my opinion hasn't changed much. We were seated quickly, but it took a good 8-10 minutes for us to be acknowledged by a server. She was rude, condescending, and argumentative. We had severe allergy concerns and she talked down to us and gave us an attitude when we asked questions we wanted answers for our reassurance that our peanut/tree nut-allergic child would be safe. We requested a manager or chef. When the manager came out we clarified our issues and requested a new server. We placed our order when the new server came out, but it took a while to receive it. In spite of there not being a large number of people in the restaurant, our server was not very attentive. The calamari we had was excellent, but the rest of the food was mediocre. I had fish tacos, but was lucky to even have a small piece of fish on each taco. I was underwhelmed by the food once again. I'm normally a big tipper, but intended to only give them the minimal 15% this time because of the lower quality service. It wasn't that the second one wasn't friendly, but that she wasn't present very often. They automatically added a 20% gratuity, so even that was taken out of our control. This was my first time visiting this location inside of Destiny mall. The food selections inside this mall have been a hit or miss lately. When we arrived we were seated immediately. The manager sat us because the host was busy. He was very warm and friendly. We had two different waitresses' both of them were sweethearts but the second waitress who was a bit younger than the first was very disoriented. She was confused when we were trying to order our drinks as if she never heard of them and sort of nervous. I think she was new though. The food was horrible. My guest had salmon and white rice with a side of fries and I had the vegetarian stir fry. We asked for the salmon to be made well done but instead it wasn't. It was very soft and salty. The rice was so hard it was inedible and the fries were super soggy. We sent back the rice and received another which was also hard. The waiter told us the rice is pre cooked which is why it probably tastes the way it does. huh. What? No thank you. My vegetarian stir fry wasn't the best either. It lacked seasoning and I did not like the aoli sauce on it. The meal had a taste like noodles with french dressing on it. I did not like it and in turn sent it back and did not eat anything while there. The cutlery was dirty and we immediately called the waitress once we discovered it. I wish I had taken a picture of it but was so disgusted. She offered to bring us another set but we opted for plastic cutlery instead. Overall the entire staff was very nice and attentive. We went for Mother's Day brunch and the menu was no different than their regular brunch menu. Found that odd. The waitress had to tell us that they had no cod, no salmon, and the pulled pork would not be ready for quite some time, it was still in oven. We said that was fine and that we were going to order from the brunch menu, which is very small and limited choices. While waiting for our food, the waitress was reaching between myself and boyfriend to get a napkin to put his blood Mary on and ended up spilling quite a bit of the drink down my leg and all over my white shoes. When the food finally came out, most everything was not even hot. Fingerling potatoes were cold and tasteless, French toast was too eggy and soggy. The waffles with chicken were burned. Gave this an extra star because our waitress Kim was spectacular. We booked online reservations and they only had one time slot left. But when we arrived the place was empty, including nobody at hostess stand or bar. There were 3 tables occupied in a huge place. Flag #2. We ordered calamari, they were out of it. We ordered salmon....out of it. Somehow we ordered 3 entrees and they came out quickly and were all delicious. The food was absolutely terrible, especially when the price was considered. My son's salmon was raw in the middle, our calamari was served with banana peppers breaded and fried so that it looked just like the calamari. My margarita was one of the worst I've ever had. My other son did like his pork Mac and cheese so, there's that. Our service was poor- inattentive and I'm pretty sure our server was stoned out of their gourd.
